It can be understood that, with such an arrangement, the lower camera shooting unit 10 and the upper camera shooting unit 11 are both in signal connection with the control component, and the image data shot by the lower camera shooting unit 10 and the upper camera shooting unit 11 is returned to the control component, so that the control component can calculate error compensation, and control the double-acting-element assembling portal frame unit 5 to accurately assemble the sucked lens component and the lens cone. The correction unit 9 mechanically corrects the sucked lens component, and can prevent the sucked lens component from deviating from the center of the component suction pen 507, which causes poor assembly precision. The camera shooting unit 10 of the lower camera can accurately position the position of the lens part, so that the lens part can be assembled with the lens barrel in a better matching manner when the lens part is assembled conveniently, and accurate positioning is achieved. The upper camera photographing unit 11 can compare the center of each lens barrel with the center of each lens component, so that the mechanical position can be corrected and compensated, and the assembling positions of the lens components can be conveniently in one-to-one correspondence without deviation. The lower camera photographing unit 10 and the upper camera photographing unit are also electrically connected with the electric control cabinet to ensure stable power supply.
By combining the suction pen switching unit 8, the correcting unit 9, the lower camera photographing unit 10 and the upper camera photographing unit 11, a series of actions of sucking, correcting, photographing, assembling and suction pen replacing of the lens parts can be completed through the matching operation of all parts in the double-acting-unit assembling portal frame unit 5, so that all parts of the whole lens are assembled in order.
