The embodiment of the utility model provides a solve current actuating mechanism and can destroy control panel's whole aesthetic feeling, the problem of electrical apparatus inner bag and water tank size has been restricted in the influence simultaneously, through this actuating mechanism and to the rational design of water tank and control panel position, reduced the mechanism on the one hand and occupied space, guarantee the volume of electrical apparatus inner bag and water tank, on the other hand can also guarantee that water tank and control panel's structure is independent, avoid influencing each other in appearance, guaranteed control panel's wholeness and aesthetic property.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the household appliance further comprises a water tank moving device comprising two moving mechanisms 5, the two moving mechanisms 5 being arranged along a third direction 300 and being mechanically connected with the water tank assembly 4, respectively, for controlling the water tank assembly 4 to move along the first direction 100.
The purpose of the two movement mechanisms 5 here is to control the movement of the water tank assembly 4 in the first direction 100. In other words, after the control panel 1 is removed from the front of the water tank assembly 4, the water tank assembly 4 can be removed by the moving mechanism 5 to be exposed to the front of the electric home appliance, facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the water tank.
Further, the moving mechanism 5 comprises a first track assembly 501, and the water tank assembly 4 and the box structure 3 are respectively provided with the first track assembly 501 adapted thereto, and the track of the first track assembly 501 extends along the first direction 100.
Because the first rail assemblies 501 are respectively arranged on the water tank assembly 4 and the box structure 3, the water tank assembly 4 can slide on the first rail assemblies 501 relative to the box structure 3, and the process is actually a sliding path which is provided by the first rail assemblies 501 and extends along the first direction 100, so that the pushing-out action of the water tank assembly 4 in the horizontal direction is realized.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the drive mechanism 2 optionally comprises a power unit 21 and a transmission, which are mechanically connected to the power unit 21 and the control panel 1, respectively; the transmission comprises a second track assembly 201, the tracks of the second track assembly 201 at different positions extending in the first direction 100 and/or the second direction 200; the power device 21 is used for driving the control panel 1 to slide along the rail 2011 of the rail assembly 201.
It should also be emphasized that the tracks of the second track assembly 201 at different positions extending along the first direction 100 and/or the second direction 200 herein means that there may be tracks of the second track assembly 201 extending along the first direction 100 alone, tracks of the second track assembly 201 extending along the second direction 200 alone, and some tracks, so that when an object moves on the tracks, the object will move along the first direction 100 and the second direction 200. Thereby, the control panel 1 can be moved in the first direction 100 alone or the second direction 200 alone or in the first direction 100 and the second direction 200 simultaneously according to the moving track defined by the track in the second track assembly 201.
The structure and the operation principle of the transmission are illustrated in the following specific example shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the transmission may include a slide rail bracket 24, the slide rail bracket 24 being relatively fixed; a second rail assembly 201 is disposed on the slide rail bracket 24.
Here, the slide rail bracket 24 is a fixed mechanism, and the rail assembly 201 disposed thereon is responsible for limiting the moving track of the control panel 1, that is, moving along the rail assembly 201, so as to realize the displacement of the control panel 1 in the first direction 100 and/or the second direction 200.
Further, the transmission also comprises a rotating arm 22;
the extending direction of the rotating arm 22 is parallel to a first plane, and the first plane is a plane formed by intersecting the first direction 100 and the second direction 200; the rotating arm 22 comprises a first end and a second end which are mutually deviated, the power device 21 is in transmission connection with the first end of the rotating arm 22, and the power device 21 is used for driving the rotating arm 22 to rotate;
the transmission component is rotatably connected with the second end of the rotating arm 22, is connected with the track component 201 in a sliding manner, and is mechanically connected with the control panel 1; the rotating arm 22 drives the control panel 1 to slide along the rail 2011 of the second rail assembly 201 relative to the sliding rail bracket 24 via the transmission assembly in the rotating process.
Further, the transmission assembly comprises a synchronous bracket 23, and a second rail assembly 201 matched with the slide rail bracket 24 is arranged on the synchronous bracket 23;
the synchronous bracket 23 is used for fixing the control panel 1; the rotating arm 22 is used for driving the synchronization bracket 23 to slide along the rail 2011 of the rail assembly 201 relative to the slide rail bracket 24.
The synchronizing bracket 23 disposed in the transmission assembly is mainly responsible for moving along the track on the sliding rail bracket 24 to drive the control panel 1 fixed thereon to move, and compared with the sliding rail bracket 24 with a fixed position, the synchronizing bracket 23 is substantially a moving mechanism. It is further contemplated that the skid brackets 24 and the synchronizing bracket 23 are embodied as flat plate structures, both in a plane parallel to the first plane.
First, based on the above structure, the synchronizing bracket 23 is further provided with a protruding circular shaft 231, the second end of the rotating arm 22 is rotatably connected with the protruding circular shaft 231, and the rotating arm 22 drives the synchronizing bracket 23 to slide relative to the sliding rail bracket 24 along the track of the second track assembly 201 through the protruding circular shaft 231 during the rotating process.
In addition, consider the fixed mode of being connected of control panel 1 and synchronizing bracket 23, the embodiment of the utility model provides a still set up lifting connecting rod 25 in transmission assembly, lifting connecting rod 25 includes the first end and the second end that deviate from each other, lifting connecting rod 25's first end and synchronizing bracket 23 fixed connection, the second end be used for with control panel 1 mechanical connection.
With continued reference to fig. 2, for the transmission between the rotating arm and the power device, in the embodiment of the present invention, a gear set 26 may be further optionally disposed in the transmission device, the gear set 26 is in transmission connection with the first end of the rotating arm 22, and the power device 21 is configured to drive the rotating arm 22 in the two driving mechanisms 2 to rotate synchronously through the transmission of the gear set 26 and the transmission link 20.
Furthermore, the power device 21 is responsible for providing power, which may be specifically the drive motor 211. In the two driving mechanisms 2, the rotating arm 22 is in transmission connection with the power device 21 through a gear set 26 and is responsible for transmitting power. The slide rail bracket 24 is responsible for defining a motion track, the synchronous bracket 23 is responsible for driving a lifting connecting rod 25 connected with the synchronous bracket 23 to move along the motion track under the driving of the rotating arm 22, and the lifting connecting rod 25 further drives the control panel 1 mechanically connected with the lifting connecting rod to synchronously move along the motion track, so that the control panel 1 can move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. It can be understood that the movement of the control panel 1 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction depends on the movement locus defined by the slide rail bracket 24. Specifically, the slide rail bracket 24 is fixed in position, and the rails 2011 of the second rail assembly 201 provided thereon at different positions extend along the first direction 100 and/or the second direction 200, that is, the motion tracks in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are defined, and at this time, the synchronization bracket 23 can move along the rail tracks in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction defined by the second rail assembly 201.
On this basis, the embodiment of the utility model provides a set up protrusion circle axle 231 on synchronizing bracket 23, can utilize this protrusion circle axle 231 and rotor arm 22 to realize rotating and be connected, also be rotor arm 22 at the rotation in-process, can drive protrusion circle axle 231 and remove. Moreover, since the movement of the synchronization bracket 23 to which the protruding circular shaft 231 belongs is limited by the rail 2011, the synchronization bracket 23 can only move along the rail track, so that the synchronization bracket 23 can move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and then the control panel 1 can be driven to move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction by the lifting link 25.
Here, the gear train 26 in the drive mechanism 2 may be provided as a multi-stage reduction gear, and the rotation speed of the drive motor 211 may be reduced while the torque is amplified.
Specifically, the gear set 26 may be configured to include a first gear and a second gear in driving connection, the first gear and the second gear being located on opposite sides of the slide rail bracket 24; the rack 51 is engaged with the first gear, and the first end of the rotating arm 22 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the second gear.
