The sternal protection corselet for women according to claim 1, wherein said padding structure comprises a V-shaped structure, an X-shaped structure or a Y-shaped structure; when the corselet is composed of an inner layer of cloth and an outer layer of cloth, the liner structure is arranged on the outer surface of the corselet or the inner surface of the corselet, or the liner structure is arranged between the inner layer of cloth and the outer layer of cloth of the corselet.
