In some preferred embodiments, the first end plate 233 is connected to the frame 900 by a first secondary end plate 2331; the second endplate 234 is connected to the frame 900 via a second sub-endplate 2341, and both the first sub-endplate 2331 and the second sub-endplate 2341 are rotatable relative to the frame 900.
The quick-change mechanism 230 further includes a fourth driving assembly 236, the fourth driving assembly 236 has a fourth output shaft, and the fourth output shaft is linked with the first sub-end plate 2331 and/or the second sub-end plate 2341 so as to drive the first sub-end plate 2331 and/or the second sub-end plate 2341 to rotate relative to the frame 900, thereby driving the contact rod 231 between the first end plate 233 and the second end plate and the paper pressing roller 232 to rotate, and realizing the adjustment of the paper pressing gap between the contact rod 231 or the paper pressing roller 232 and the paste wheel 211.
The quick-change mechanism 230 further includes a third driving assembly 235, the third driving assembly 235 has a third output end, the third output end is linked with the first end plate 233 and/or the second end plate 234, the first end plate 233 and/or the second end plate 234 is driven to rotate by the third driving assembly 235, the movable pressing rod 231 and the paper pressing roller 232 are driven to rotate relative to the frame 900, and therefore the use of the movable pressing rod 231 or the paper pressing roller 232 is switched.
In the above embodiment, the third driving assembly 235 and the fourth driving assembly 236 can both be realized by driving a push rod structure through a servo motor, and the push rod structure is preferably an air cylinder, and has the characteristics of small volume and high precision, so that the accurate adjustment of the pressing gap and the quick switching between the pressing rod 231 and the platen roller 232 can be realized.
In some preferred embodiments, the first hot cylinder mechanism 100 is driven by the fifth drive assembly 110, and the second hot cylinder mechanism 300 is driven by the sixth drive assembly 310; the first hot cylinder mechanism 100 and/or the second hot cylinder mechanism 300 can rotate at a constant speed or adjust the self-rotating speed along with the vehicle speed, so that the tile paper is preheated more uniformly;
further, the first hot cylinder mechanism 100 adopts a large-diameter hot cylinder, so that the temperature of the upper-layer corrugated paper is increased, and the vehicle speed is increased; the first cylinder mechanism 100 may further be provided with a floating paper guide roller that is rotatable around the periphery of the cylinder to adjust the heating area of the paper.
The display device further comprises a main PCB and a display screen, wherein the main PCB is electrically connected to the display screen, the light curtain 223, the first driving assembly 214, the second driving assembly 2221, the third driving assembly 235, the fourth driving assembly 236, the fifth driving assembly 110 and the sixth driving assembly 310 respectively. The operation of the first driving component 214, the second driving component 2221, the third driving component 235, the fourth driving component 236, the fifth driving component 110 and the sixth driving component 310 is controlled by the PCB, and the operation states are displayed on the display screen in a value-attached manner, so that the automatic control of the paste machine is realized, and the adjustment and setting of the whole machine can be more intuitively performed.

Claims (10)

1. A paste machine for corrugated board production is characterized by comprising a rack, a first hot cylinder mechanism, a paste device and a second hot cylinder mechanism; the first hot cylinder mechanism, the glue pasting device and the second hot cylinder mechanism are sequentially arranged on the rack from top to bottom;
the first hot cylinder mechanism is used for preheating the upper layer of corrugated paper; the second hot cylinder mechanism is used for preheating the lower layer of corrugated paper; the glue pasting device is used for pasting glue on tile paper and comprises a paper feeding roller, a paper outlet roller, a glue pasting mechanism and a quick-change mechanism;
the paper feeding roller and the paper outlet roller are respectively rotatably connected to the rack and play a role in guiding the tile paper;
the paste glue mechanism comprises a paste wheel, a paste disc and a first driving assembly, the paste wheel is provided with a paste wheel shaft, and two ends of the paste wheel shaft are connected with the rack; the paste disc is arranged below the paste wheel and is used for containing glue; the first driving assembly is provided with a first output shaft which is linked with the paste wheel shaft; the paste wheel is driven to rotate by the first driving assembly, so that the surface of the paste wheel is stained with the glue in the pulp disk and coated on the surface of the tile paper;
the quick-change mechanism comprises a first end plate and a second end plate, and the first end plate and the second end plate are respectively and rotatably connected to the rack; a touch pressing rod and a paper pressing roller are connected between the first end plate and the second end plate, the touch pressing rod can apply elastic paper pressing force to the peripheral surface of the paste wheel, and the paper pressing roller can apply constant paper pressing force to the peripheral surface of the paste wheel; the first end plate and/or the second end plate rotate relative to the frame to drive the touch rod and the paper pressing roller to rotate, so that the paper pressing force applied to the peripheral surface of the paste wheel by the touch rod or the paper pressing roller is switched.
2. The pasting machine for corrugated board production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pasting device further comprises a glue homogenizing roller, the glue homogenizing roller has a glue homogenizing roller shaft, two ends of the glue homogenizing roller shaft are connected with the frame, the glue homogenizing roller shaft is parallel to the paste roller shaft, and a glue homogenizing gap is formed between the peripheral surface of the glue homogenizing roller and the peripheral surface of the paste roller.
3. The pasting machine for corrugated board production as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pasting device further comprises a glue scraping plate having a glue scraping flange contacting with the peripheral surface of the glue spreading roller.

The pasting machine for corrugated cardboard production as claimed in claim 2, wherein said pasting device further comprises a glue separating mechanism disposed at an end of said pasting wheel for separating the edge of the tile from the glue, thereby making the glue application area the same width as the tile.

The pasting machine for corrugated board production according to claim 4, wherein the glue separating mechanism comprises a glue separating swing arm, the glue separating swing arm comprises a glue separating plate, the glue separating plate comprises a glue separating surface, and the glue separating surface comprises a first attaching surface and a second attaching surface; the first binding surface is the contact surface of the rubber separating plate and the glue roller, and the second binding surface is the contact surface of the rubber separating plate and the glue homogenizing roller.

The paste machine for corrugated board production according to claim 5, wherein an elastic element is arranged at the joint of the glue separating plate and the glue separating swing arm, and the elastic element applies an elastic force to the glue separating plate in the direction of the paste wheel and the glue homogenizing roller.

The pasting machine for corrugated board production as claimed in claim 5, wherein the glue separating mechanism further comprises a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism comprises a second driving assembly and a sliding assembly, and the sliding assembly comprises a sliding rod and a sliding block; the sliding block is connected with the glue separation swing arm, the direction of the sliding rod is parallel to the paste wheel shaft, and the sliding rod is linked with the second driving assembly; the second driving assembly drives the sliding block to move in the direction of the sliding rod, so that the glue separation swing arm is driven to move in the direction of the paste wheel shaft.
8. The pasting machine for corrugated cardboard production as claimed in claim 7, wherein the glue separating mechanism further comprises a light curtain and a PCB, and the PCB is electrically connected to the light curtain and the second driving assembly respectively.

A paste machine for corrugated cardboard production according to claim 1 wherein the quick-change mechanism further comprises a first and a second secondary end plate; the first end plate is rotatably connected with the rack through the first auxiliary end plate, and the second end plate is rotatably connected with the rack through the second auxiliary end plate;
the quick-change mechanism further comprises a fourth driving assembly, the fourth driving assembly is provided with a fourth output shaft, and the fourth output shaft is in linkage with the first auxiliary end plate or/and the second auxiliary end plate; and the first auxiliary end plate or/and the second auxiliary end plate is/are driven to rotate relative to the frame, so that the paper pressing gap between the pressing rod or the paper pressing roller and the paste wheel is adjusted.
10. The pasting machine for corrugated cardboard production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quick-change mechanism further comprises a third driving assembly, the third driving assembly being linked with the first end plate and/or the second end plate; the third driving assembly provides driving force to drive the first end plate and/or the second end plate to rotate relative to the paste wheel, so that the touch pressing rod or the paper pressing roller is switched to apply paper pressing force to the peripheral surface of the paste wheel.
