1. An absorbent article with adjustable waistline comprises a front waistline portion, a back waistline portion, an absorbent main body and a leg penetrating port, wherein the leg penetrating port is arranged below the space between the front waistline portion and the back waistline portion.

2. The absorbent article of claim 1, wherein the front waistline portion and/or the back waistline portion is provided with a nonwoven fabric, and one end of the elastic member is connected to the nonwoven fabric, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the connecting structure.

3. The absorbent article of claim 1, wherein the elastic members include first and second elastic members disposed on opposite sides of the front waistline portion and/or on opposite sides of the back waistline portion.

The absorbent article of claim 3, wherein the front waistline portion and/or the back waistline portion are respectively provided with a first nonwoven fabric and a second nonwoven fabric at both sides thereof, and one end of the first elastic member is connected to the first nonwoven fabric, and the other end thereof is connected to the connecting structure; one end of the second elastic piece is connected with the second non-woven fabric, and the other end of the second elastic piece is connected with the connecting structure; the connecting structure of the first elastic piece is detachably connected to the second non-woven fabric or the front waistline part or the rear waistline part; the connecting structure of the second elastic piece is detachably connected to the first nonwoven fabric or the front waistline part or the back waistline part.

5. The absorbent article of claim 2 or 4, wherein the connection structure is a velcro tape, and the front waistline portion, the back waistline portion and the nonwoven fabric are provided with velcro layers.

6. The absorbent article of claim 3, wherein the first/second elastic members are elastic strips arranged side by side, and the elastic strips include two or more elastic strips arranged uniformly from bottom to top on the nonwoven fabric.

7. The absorbent article of claim 6, wherein the first elastic member and the second elastic member are sequentially staggered.

8. The absorbent article of claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a planar elastic band.

9. The absorbent article of claim 4, wherein the first/second elastic member has a length less than or equal to a distance between the first nonwoven and the second nonwoven.

10. The absorbent article of claim 1, wherein a waist portion is provided between the front waistline portion and the back waistline portion, the leg hole is provided below the waist portion, and elastic strips are provided on both the waist portion and the leg hole.
