本实用新型是一种高精度校验台。适用于各种 电器产品的检验整定。如对各种开关、熔断器、电流 继电器、交流接触器和仪器等需要整定电流或整定功 率的电器产品。它含有台体和台体上面的台面控制 显示板。在台体内置有输入变压器和负载变压器,在 两变压器之间有谐振恒流源和过压保护器,负载变压 器的输出到被试产品接线板上。本实用新型具有检 验整定精度高、输出端的电流电压波形不失真、稳定 可靠、准确无误的优点。

Description

本实用新型是一种高精度校验台。主要适用于各种电器产品的检验整定。如对各种开关、熔断器、电流继电器、交流接触器以及各种仪表等需要电流整定或功率整定的电器产品。
已有技术中,一种校验台是用电机拖动调压器经电子稳流系统再经大电流变压器供给被测定的电器产品;另一种是用可控硅线路代替上述第一种的调压器,这两种结构均不理想,检验整定精度差、输出波形严重失真、整定结果不可靠。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种精度高的检验台,检验台输出端电压电流幅值与输入端的电压电流的幅值成正比的增加,而波形不变,与负载阻抗的变化无关,检验整定的结果应该是准确可靠。

本实用新型的高精度检验台含有台体1和台体上面的台面控制显示板2、在台体1内有输入变压器3和负载变压器6,在输入变压器3与负载变压器6之间与输入变压器3输出端相接的有谐振恒流源4,在谐振恒流源4与负载变压器6之间,输入端与谐振恒流源4输出端相接,输出端与负载变压器6之输入端相接的过压保护器5,负载变压器6的输出到被试产品接线板7上。上述各器件的控制和数字指示均置放在台面控制显示板2上。如图1所示,上面所说的谐振恒流源4是由电感L和电容C构成的谐振恒流源。
本实用新型的优点是由于在输入变压器3和负载变压器6之间置有谐振恒流源4和过压保护器5,使得校验台输出端即被试产品接线板7上的电压、电流波形与检验台输入端即输入调压器3的输入端的电压电流波形相同,不失真,稳定可靠,测量准确而精度高。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例。输入变压器3的输入电压U=220伏,谐振恒流源4的谐振电容器C=690μf,谐振恒流源4的电感线圈L1=L2=144匝。将被检验或被整定的电器产品接在被试产品接线板7上,根据被试产品的要求,调准输入变压器3,经过谐振恒流源4、在它的输出端输出有与输入端成正比的与外负载变化无关的正弦波形、再通过过压保护器5、由负载变压器6输出规定的电流。当被试产品接线板7上发生短路或其他问题时,过压保护器5立即将电源切断、当被试产品接线板7上重复正常时、过压保护器5再将电源接通。总之,本新型的检验台使用起来方便可靠、数据准确无误、精度高。

1、一种高精度检验台,其特征在于含有台体(1)内置有输入变压器(3)和负载变压器(6),在两变压器(3)、(6)之间与输入变压器(3)输出端相接有由电感L和电容C构成的谐振恒流源(4),在谐振恒流源(4)与负载变压器(6)之间与谐振恒流源(4)输出端相接有过压保护器(5),负载变压器(6)的输出到被试产器接线板(7)上,台体(1)上面有台面控制显示板(2)。
