Claims (10)

1. An improved spray gun base is characterized by comprising a base body and a water inlet connector, wherein the base body is provided with a clamping base, a water inlet cavity, a first water outlet connector and a second water outlet connector; the water inlet joint is provided with a threaded section and an insertion section, the threaded section is connected with a water supply interface in a wall body, a water inlet channel is arranged on the water inlet joint along the axis direction, and a clamping groove and a sealing ring are arranged on the outer wall of the insertion section; the insertion section can be inserted into the water inlet cavity, and the sealing ring is connected with the inner wall of the water inlet cavity in a sealing manner; at least one pin hole is formed in the outer wall of the base body below the water inlet cavity, and a limiting pin used for being connected with the clamping groove in a clamped mode is installed in the pin hole.

An improved spray gun mount according to claim 1 wherein said pin holes are two or three in number; the limiting pin is in threaded connection with the pin hole; the outer wall of the insertion section is provided with a conical section, the conical section is positioned between the sealing ring and the threaded section, the small end of the conical section is close to the threaded section, and the clamping groove is formed by a gap between the outer wall of the conical section and the inner wall of the water inlet cavity.
3. An improved spray gun carriage as claimed in claim 1 wherein a shelf is removably mounted to said carriage body.
4. The improved spray gun carriage as recited in claim 1 wherein a first valve cartridge and a filter cartridge are disposed within the carriage body, the first valve cartridge having a knob mounted thereon; a first water through hole and a second water through hole are formed in the seat body, the first valve core is installed in a middle cavity in the seat body, the knob is exposed out of the side part of the seat body, and the filter element is installed in a filter cavity in the seat body; a first flow channel is formed from the water inlet cavity, the first water passing hole, the middle cavity and the second water passing hole to the filter cavity; the first valve core can seal or open the first water through hole under the control of a knob; and the water inlet end of the filter element is connected with the second water passing hole.

The improved spray gun holder as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the holder body is provided with a first mounting hole, a first outer cover is detachably disposed in the first mounting hole, and the first outer cover is disposed corresponding to the position of the filter element; the first outer cover and the knob are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat body or two adjacent sides of the seat body.

The improved spray gun mount as recited in claim 4 wherein a filter chamber external to said filter cartridge is in communication with said second outlet fitting; a water outlet cavity is formed in the base body and is connected with the first water outlet connector, and the first water outlet connector is connected with a spray gun hose; a partition plate is arranged between the flow channels communicated with the water outlet cavity and the filter cavity, water inlet holes and water outlet holes are respectively arranged on the seat bodies on the two sides of the partition plate, the water inlet holes are communicated with the filter cavity through the flow channels, and the water outlet holes are communicated with the water outlet cavity; the water stopping assembly is arranged in the seat body, is communicated with the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole and controls the communication state between the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole, and comprises an ejector rod arranged in the clamping seat; when the spray gun head is positioned in the clamping seat and abuts against the ejector rod, the water stop component disconnects the water inlet hole from the water outlet hole; and when the ejector rod is popped up, the water inlet hole is communicated with the water outlet hole.
7. The improved spray gun holder as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water stop assembly further comprises a second valve core, a return spring and a return spring, the ejector rod is slidably connected to the through hole of the side wall of the holder, and the return spring is sleeved outside the ejector rod to drive the ejector rod to slide towards the inside of the holder; the bottom of the second valve core is simultaneously communicated with the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole, a valve rod of the second valve core abuts against the tail part of the ejector rod, the reset spring is arranged on a seat body of the valve rod, which is deviated from the direction of the ejector rod, and the reset spring abuts against the valve rod; the valve rod swings in the length direction of the ejector rod and is provided with a first position and a second position, and the first position and the second position respectively correspond to a connection state and a disconnection state between the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole.

The improved spray gun holder as claimed in claim 7, wherein said base body further comprises an adjusting hole, said adjusting hole is internally provided with an abutting base, an outer wall of said abutting base is in threaded connection with said adjusting hole, and said return spring is mounted on said abutting base.
9. An improved spray gun mount according to claim 7 wherein a second mounting hole is provided in an outer wall of said mount body, a second outer cover is removably disposed in said second mounting hole, and said second mounting hole is coaxially disposed with said second valve spool.
10. A spray gun assembly comprising a spray gun head, a spray gun hose and a spray gun mount according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the spray gun hose having two ends connected to the spray gun head and a first water outlet fitting, respectively; the spray gun head can be clamped in the clamping seat.
