Referring to fig. 7, another embodiment of the present invention provides a sealing device 10 for thermoplastic garbage bag, wherein a first end surface of a base 11 is a plane, two ends of the base are formed with counter bores for receiving fasteners 13, and a wire connecting member 14 is disposed at a second end surface of the base 11. The area of the first end face of the base 11 adjacent to the counter bore may be formed with a transition groove, and the heating element 12 is transited from the first end face of the base 11 to the counter bore through the transition groove, so that the wear caused by excessive bending of the heating element 12 is avoided, and the service life is short. The counter bore is a through hole and has a large diameter portion whose inner diameter is matched with the outer diameter of the cap portion 131 of the fastener 13 so that the cap portion 131 can be accommodated in the large diameter portion, and a small diameter portion whose inner diameter is matched with the outer diameter of the shank portion 132 of the fastener 13 so that the shank portion 132 can be accommodated in the small diameter portion. The large diameter portion has a depth d. The thermoplastic sealing device 10 for the garbage bag has the advantages that: the holes in the base 11 are counter bored holes, which are easy to machine and further simplify the structure and the manufacturing process.

The large-diameter part is provided with a wire passing hole or a wire passing groove connected with the outside, and the wiring piece 14 is electrically connected with an external power supply circuit through the wire passing hole or the wire passing groove. The large diameter portion has an inner diameter such that both the wire-connecting piece 14 and the cap portion 131 of the fastener 13 can be accommodated therein, and the small diameter portion has an inner diameter that matches the outer diameter of the shank portion 132 of the fastener 13 such that the shank portion 132 can be accommodated therein. The large diameter portion has a depth d. acquiring the environment temperature of the garbage bag, and calculating the temperature difference between the environment temperature and the set melting temperature required by the garbage bag;
determining the heating time and/or heating power required by a heating element of the thermoplastic sealing device of the garbage bag according to the temperature difference; and
and controlling the heating element to seal the garbage bag according to the heating time and/or the heating power.
In the step of obtaining the environment temperature of the garbage bag and calculating the temperature difference between the environment temperature and the set melting temperature required by the garbage bag, the environment temperature can affect the heating time, the required heating time is longer when the environment temperature is lower, and the required heating time is shorter when the environment temperature is higher. For example, the ambient temperature in summer is about 30 ℃ and the ambient temperature in winter is about 0 ℃. and at least two fasteners which correspond to the at least two holes one by one, wherein one ends of the fasteners are arranged on the first end surface and are used for fixing the heating element, and the other ends of the fasteners are inserted into the holes of the base corresponding to the fasteners.
2. The thermoplastic sealing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said fastener includes a cap portion and a stem portion, said cap portion including a fastening surface disposed opposite said first end surface of said base, said stem portion being inserted into said aperture of said base, said fastener securing said heating element between said fastening surface and said first end surface.
3. The thermoplastic sealing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said fastener comprises at least one of a rivet and a screw.
4. The thermoplastic sealing device of claim 1, wherein the fastener further comprises a nut, the fastener is a combination of a screw and a nut, and the nut is disposed on a shaft of the screw and is tightened toward the base.
5. A sealing apparatus for thermoplastic garbage bags according to claim 2, wherein said connecting member comprises at least two connecting terminals, said heating member comprises at least two end portions, and said at least two connecting terminals are electrically connected to said at least two end portions of said heating member one by one, respectively.
6. The thermoplastic sealing device for garbage bags according to claim 5, wherein the base comprises a second end surface opposite to the first end surface, the at least two holes of the base are two through holes respectively penetrating through the first end surface and the second end surface, and the at least two terminals are disposed on the first end surface or the second end surface of the base.
7. The thermoplastic sealing device for garbage bags according to claim 5, wherein the at least two holes on the base are two blind holes, and the at least two terminals are respectively disposed between the first end face and the heating member.
8. The thermoplastic sealing device for garbage bags according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the first end face comprises a supporting face and a mounting face located on both sides of the supporting face, the supporting face and the mounting face have a height difference h therebetween or the first end face is a plane and the at least two holes on the base are two counter bores, the counter bores comprise a large diameter portion having a depth d, and the height difference h and the depth d are both greater than the height of the cap portion or greater than the sum of the height of the cap portion and the height of the terminal.

The thermoplastic sealing device for garbage bags according to claim 8, wherein a height difference h is provided between the supporting surface and the assembling surface, the first end surface further comprises a connecting surface for connecting the supporting surface and the assembling surface, and the connecting surface is provided with a limiting groove or a limiting convex strip.
10. An intelligent garbage can comprising the thermoplastic sealing device for garbage bags according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the intelligent garbage can comprises:
