For example, when the internal data in the enterprise can only be viewed by the internal personnel of the enterprise, the internal data can be kept in the intranet host, and other data which does not need to be kept secret or data obtained from the internet can be kept in the extranet host. When the lecturer reports the lecture, the data in the intranet host and/or the data in the extranet host can be selected according to the content of the lecture report to be displayed, so that the data required by the lecture report can be comprehensively displayed, and the confidentiality of the data in an enterprise can be ensured.
Optionally, in a case where the storage compartment 120 includes a plurality of sub-storage compartments 121, a host computer 130 is disposed in each sub-storage compartment 121.
Further, the signal switching device 220 includes a device body and a signal switching button 221, and the signal switching button 221 is located at an upper end of the device body. The podium further includes a cover plate 222, and the cover plate 222 is covered on the opening of the signal switching device placement slot 211 and used for shielding the device body. The cover 222 is provided with an avoiding through hole, and the signal switching button 221 is located in the avoiding through hole.
In this embodiment, the device body includes an input terminal and an output terminal, and the signal switching button 221 is pressed to switch the computer host 130 connected to the large screen, thereby switching the signal input to the large screen. Compared with the signal connected with the large screen by plugging and unplugging the signal source plug, the signal switching button 221 is pressed to switch the signal, so that the operation of the speaker is facilitated, and the use convenience is improved.
The signal switching device 220 is provided in the signal switching device placement slot 211, that is, the device body is provided in the signal switching device placement slot 211. The cover plate 222 covers the opening of the signal switching device placing groove 211, so that the device body can be shielded, the device body is prevented from falling out of the signal switching device placing groove 211 in the moving and carrying process of the podium, and the placing stability of the device body is improved. The signal switching device placement groove 211 is provided on the lecture table 210, the opening of the signal switching device placement groove 211 is upward, and the signal switching button 221 is located at the upper end of the device body. Thus, when the apparatus body is placed in the signal switching apparatus placing groove 211, the signal switching button 221 is located at the opening, that is, the cover plate 222. The cover plate 222 is provided with an avoiding through hole to avoid the signal switching button 221, so that the signal switching button 221 is exposed on the speech table 210, and a speaker can directly press the signal switching button 221 without opening the cover plate 222, thereby facilitating the operation of the speaker.
Alternatively, the cover plate 222 may be detachably provided at the opening of the signal switching device placement groove 211. Thus, when the signal switching device 220 needs to be repaired or replaced, the cover 222 can be opened to take out the signal switching device 220, so as to repair or replace the signal switching device 220.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the lecture table 210 is further provided with a plurality of interface end placement slots 212, the number of the plurality of interface end placement slots 212 is the same as the number of the plurality of computer hosts 130 and corresponds to one another, each interface end placement slot 212 is provided with an external device interface, and the external device interface is connected to the corresponding computer host 130.
The plurality of computer hosts 130 are disposed in the storage compartment 120, each of the computer hosts 130 is provided with an external device interface, such as a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, when the external device is connected to the computer host 130, the external device needs to be connected to the corresponding computer host 130 in the storage compartment 120, which is inconvenient for the speaker to operate. In this embodiment, the lecture table 210 is provided with an interface end slot 212, and the interface end slot 212 is provided with an external device interface connected to the computer host 130. Thus, the speaker can connect the external device to the host computer 130 through the external device interface on the lecture table 210, thereby facilitating the operation of the speaker. The number of the interface end placement slots 212 is the same as the number of the plurality of computer hosts 130, and the interface end placement slots 212 are respectively provided with an external device interface. Thus, each host computer 130 can be connected to external devices at the lecture table 210.
For example, when the plurality of computer hosts 130 includes an intranet host and an extranet host, the plurality of external device interfaces include an intranet USB interface connected to the intranet host and an extranet USB interface connected to the extranet host.
Illustratively, as described in the foregoing embodiment, in the case that the lecture table 210 is provided with the display screen placement position 213, the display screen placement position 213 is adapted to place the display screen 250 electrically connected to the output terminal of the signal switching device 220.
The display screen 250 disposed on the lecture table 210 is electrically connected to the output terminal of the signal switching device 220, so that the display screen 250 can display the same content as the large screen in the room, thereby facilitating the lecturer to view the displayed content.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the front-back direction refers to that the side of the podium close to the lecturer is the front side and the side of the podium far from the lecturer is the back side in the lecture report state of the lecturer;
the left-right direction means that the left side of the lecturer is the left side of the lecture table and the right side of the lecturer is the right side of the lecture table when the lecturer is in the lecture report state, that is, when the lecturer faces the lecture table.
Exemplarily, when the display screen placement position 213, the keyboard placement position 214, the mouse placement position 215, the tablet computer placement position 216, the pen placement position 217, the patch board placement position 218, and the omnidirectional microphone placement position 219 are all disposed on the upper sidewall of the podium base 200, in a use state, the keyboard placement position 214 is located on the front side of the display screen placement position 213, and the patch board placement position 218 is located on the rear side of the display screen placement position 213.
The mouse placing position 215, the tablet computer placing position 216 and the omnidirectional microphone placing position 219 are all located on the right side of the display screen placing position 213, and are sequentially arranged in the front-to-back direction.
The pen placing position 217, the plurality of interface end placing grooves 212 and the switching device placing groove are all arranged between the display screen placing position 213 and the tablet computer placing position 216, the plurality of interface end placing grooves 212 and the switching device placing groove are sequentially arranged along the front-back direction, and the pen placing position 217 and the plurality of interface end placing grooves 212 are arranged in parallel.
Optionally, the podium further includes a tablet support 260, the tablet support 260 is disposed at the tablet placement position 216, and the tablet placement position 216 is used for placing a tablet.
The tablet computer holder 260 may be used to hold a tablet computer or a mobile phone so that the tablet computer or the mobile phone is tilted by a predetermined angle for the speaker to view. Optionally, the tablet computer holder 260 includes a seat body, a holder body and a placing board, the seat body is disposed at the tablet computer placing position 216, the seat body is provided with a wireless charging module, and the wireless charging module is suitable for charging the tablet computer or the mobile phone. The placing plate is obliquely arranged and used for placing a tablet personal computer or a mobile phone, and the frame body is connected between the base body and the placing plate. Illustratively, when the tablet computer is placed in the tablet computer holder 260, the pen placing position 217 can place a capacitive pen so that the speaker can operate on the tablet computer through the capacitive pen.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the podium further includes a display screen support 251, the display screen support 251 is disposed at the display screen placement position 213, and the display screen support 251 is used for placing the display screen 250 and can adjust the inclination angle of the display screen 250.
Display screen support 251 can be used to place display screen 250, makes the display screen 250 slope preset angle, and the speaker of being convenient for looks over to display screen support 251 can also adjust display screen 250's inclination, so that the inclination of messenger display screen 250 can satisfy different speakers' height and use habit, improves the travelling comfort that the speaker used.
Further, the lecture table further comprises a stopper 270, the two opposite ends of the lecture table top 210 are provided with the stoppers 270, and the stoppers 270 are used for preventing the articles from falling off.
The stop piece 270 is arranged at the two opposite ends of the speech table board 210, so that when the speech articles are moved to the end part of the speech table board 210, the stop piece 270 can stop the speech articles to prevent the articles from falling and being damaged.
Illustratively, the lecture table base 200 is further provided with a storage space, and the storage space is located below the lecture table top 210. The podium further comprises a push type drawer 280, and the push type drawer 280 is arranged in the storage space.
In this embodiment, the push-type drawer 280 is disposed in the storage space, and the push-type drawer 280 can store articles therein to increase the storage function of the podium and improve the use experience of the lecturer. For example, when the lecture table is not used, lecture items (a display, a keyboard, a mouse, a tablet, a pen, and the like) on the lecture table top 210 can be stored in the push-type drawer 280. The push type drawer 280 is adopted in the embodiment, and the presenter can open the push type drawer after pressing, so that the situation that the drawer is automatically opened due to inertia in the moving or pushing process of the podium is avoided.
Further, the podium still includes baffle 290, and baffle 290 locates the both sides of podium body 100 width direction, and baffle 290 extends towards podium base member 200. At least a portion of the baffle 290 is located above the podium base 200, and the length of the baffle 290 is less than half of the length of the podium base 200 along the extending direction of the baffle 290.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the podium body 100 extends above the lecture table 210, and the upper end of the podium body 100 covers the lecture table 210, so that the hand operation of the lecturer (for example, pressing the signal switching button 221 and turning the page of the lecture manuscript) can be covered during the lecture and the report of the lecturer, so as to establish the image of the lecturer. When the omnidirectional microphone 230 is provided in the omnidirectional microphone placement position 219, the upper end of the lecture table can block the sound propagation of the lecturer, so that the sound of the lecturer propagates to the lecture table base 200 while contacting the upper end of the lecture table main body 100, thereby improving the sound reception effect of the omnidirectional microphone 230. The baffle 290 is disposed on both sides of the podium body 100 in the width direction, and the baffle 290 can also prevent the sound of the speaker from being continuously transmitted, so as to improve the sound receiving effect of the omnidirectional microphone 230. The podium body 100 of podium base member 200 upper end is crooked to the podium base member 200, along the extending direction of baffle 290, and the length of baffle 290 is less than half of the length of podium base member 200 to avoid sheltering from more speech mesa 210 at the side like this, disturbing the speaker and use.
