The size and shape of the network management information acquisition device 103 and the information processing device 104 are not specifically limited in this application, and the specific structure of the inside thereof and the position thereof on the motherboard 102 can be set by themselves as required in practical applications, and it should be noted that the network management information acquisition device 103 may include an optical fiber data acquisition device and the like.

Therefore, based on the optical modem provided by the embodiment, network management information can be visually displayed on the optical modem of the client ONU, a network maintenance worker does not need to perform fault troubleshooting by means of instruments such as the PON network management, the optical power meter and the optical time domain reflectometer, the network fault reason can be checked only through the display screen on the optical modem, and the PON passive optical network fault positioning efficiency is improved.
In order to facilitate the maintenance personnel to view the display screen, in another embodiment or embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the display screen 105 is disposed on the housing 101 at an angle of a predetermined angle.

In one implementation, as shown in fig. 5, a sending device 107 is further disposed on the main board 102, and the sending device 107 sends request information requesting the network management information to the network management system.
The shell 101 is further provided with an optical fiber interface, and the sending device 107 and the network management information acquisition device 103 are connected to the network management system through the optical fiber interface.
In addition, the main board 102 is further provided with a control device, a power supply and the like, and it should be understood that other components designed for realizing the functions of the optical modem, such as a photoelectric signal conversion function, a wifi function, a socket function for providing a network cable, a router, a telephone and the like, are included in the present application, and are not described herein again.

4. The optical modem as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first switch corresponding to the display screen is disposed on the housing.
5. The optical modem as defined in claim 1, wherein said display screen is no greater than 1/2 of the size of said optical modem.
6. The optical modem as claimed in claim 3, wherein said housing further comprises a recess for receiving said display screen, said recess having a size matching a size of said display screen.
7. The optical modem of claim 1, wherein said display comprises a liquid crystal display, wherein said network failure information is displayed in red and said network traffic information is displayed in green.
8. The optical modem according to claim 1, wherein said main board further comprises a sending device, and said sending device sends request information for requesting said network management information to a network management system.
9. The optical modem as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main board further comprises a control device and a power supply.
10. The optical modem according to claim 8, wherein an optical fiber interface is further disposed on the housing, and the sending device and the network management information collecting device are connected to the network management system through the optical fiber interface.
