A cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a housing 10 and a sling 20.
Specifically, the housing 10 may be used to provide functional components to implement the cooking function of the cooking appliance 100, and the functional components may be a heating component, a temperature measuring component, a control component, a display component, or the like. The hanging belt 20 is installed on the housing 10, so that the cooking appliance 100 can be hung and stored through the hanging belt 20 when the cooking appliance does not need to be cooked, the cooking appliance 100 does not need to be placed on a kitchen table for a long time, and the occupation of an operation space or a main stove position of the kitchen table is avoided. For example, the cooking appliance 100 may be hung on the hook 300 on the wall 200 by the hanging strap 20.
For example, the cooking appliance 100 may be an induction cooker, a baking tray, a hot pot, or the like. For example, in some embodiments, the thickness of the cooking appliance 100 is smaller than the length and the width, in other words, when the cooking appliance 100 is placed on a kitchen counter, the thickness of the cooking appliance 100 in the up-down direction is smaller, but the area of the kitchen counter is occupied. The cooking utensil 100 can be prevented from occupying the space of the table top of the kitchen by hanging the hanging belt 20, and the horizontal space occupied by the hanging belt is small.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-7, the housing 10 includes a side peripheral wall 13, and the hanging strap 20 may be mounted to the side peripheral wall 13 to avoid the hanging strap 20 from interfering with the normal use of the cooking appliance 100. And in an embodiment where the thickness of the cooking appliance 100 is relatively small, the space occupied in the vertical direction may be increased while the space occupied in the horizontal direction may be decreased after the cooking appliance 100 is suspended, thereby reducing interference of the cooking appliance 100 with a user or other equipment in the horizontal direction. And is favorable for making the hanging gravity center of the cooking utensil 100 closer to the vertical plane where the hook 300 is located, and improving the hanging stability.
Furthermore, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, both ends of the hanging strip 20 in the length direction are connected to the housing 10, and at least one end of the hanging strip 20 is movable relative to the housing 10, so that the hanging strip 20 can be switched between the storage state and the use state. The distance between the middle part of the hanging belt 20 and the shell 10 in the using state is larger than the distance between the middle part of the hanging belt 20 and the shell 10 in the accommodating state, so that the hanging belt 20 is more easily hung on the hook 300 in the using state, and the accommodating is convenient; when the hanging belt 20 is in the storage state, the hanging belt 20 protrudes out of the housing 10 to a smaller size, so that interference with other devices can be avoided, the phenomenon that the cooking appliance 100 slides off from a kitchen table top due to the fact that the user mistakenly hooks the hanging belt 20 in the cooking process of using the cooking appliance 100 is also prevented, and the use safety is improved.
For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-6, both ends of the strap 20 are movable relative to the housing 10 along the circumference of the housing 10. When the two ends of the hanging strip 20 move to approach each other, the distance between the middle of the hanging strip 20 and the shell 10 can be increased, that is, the size of the hanging strip 20 protruding out of the outer surface of the shell 10 is increased, so that the hanging strip 20 is switched to a use state and can be hung on the hook 300; when storage is required, the both ends of the hanging band 20 can be moved away from each other, thereby reducing the distance between the middle of the hanging band 20 and the case 10, so that the size of the hanging band 20 protruding from the outer surface of the case 10 is reduced.
For another example, in some embodiments, the two ends of the hanging strip 20 in the length direction are a first end and a second end, respectively, the first end is fixed relative to the housing 10, and the second end is movable relative to the housing 10 along the circumference of the housing 10. When the second end moves to be close to the first end, the distance between the middle of the hanging strip 20 and the shell 10 increases; when the hanging belt 20 needs to be stored, the second end is moved to be away from the first end, so that the hanging belt 20 is switched to a storage state.
For another example, in some embodiments, the housing 10 is provided with a through hole, two ends of the hanging strap 20 penetrate through the through hole, and the end of the hanging strap 20 is retractable in the through hole to realize the movement of the end of the hanging strap 20 relative to the housing 10, so as to change the length of the hanging strap 20 extending out of the housing 10, thereby changing the distance between the middle of the hanging strap 20 and the housing 10, and realizing the switching between the storage state and the use state.
According to the utility model discloses cooking utensil 100, through set up string area 20 on casing 10, make cooking utensil 100 can hang and accomodate, reduce the space that occupies the mesa, and the tip through string area 20 removes the state switching that realizes string area 20 for casing 10, when making cooking utensil 100 need not to hang and accomodate, string area 20 can reduce the size of protrusion in casing 10, thereby avoid interfering with equipment on every side, also avoid user's mistake hook string area 20 to lead to cooking utensil 100 to drop, and the safety in utilization has been improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the housing 10 for connecting with the strap 20 may be a BMC (bulk molding compound), for example, the side wall 13 of the housing 10 may be a BMC material. The BMC material has good heat resistance (such as 150-280 ℃), aging resistance, stability and rigidity, can be used at high temperature for a long time, avoids the problem that a matching structure of the BMC material and the hanging belt 20 is easy to age due to high cooking temperature of the cooking utensil 100, has large bearing capacity, ensures the connection reliability and the service life of the hanging belt 20 and the shell 10, and reduces the risk of falling off when the cooking utensil 100 is hung and stored. And the BMC material has small shrinkage (such as three to five ten-thousandths), can be formed by injection molding, can meet the complex structural requirement of matching with the hanging belt 20, is convenient to process, has small deformation after forming, is simpler to operate without shaping by a tool or shaping by the tool, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7-9, the housing 10 includes a panel 14, and the panel 14 is integrally formed with the side wall 13 and is a BMC material. The panel 14 has a working surface for placing a container to be heated. Through panel 14 and side wall 13 integrated into one piece, can improve the integrality and the leakproofness of casing 10 on the one hand, reduce follow-up assembly process, on the other hand panel 14 adopts the BMC material, the BMC material has very high corrosion resistance and stain resistance, fabulous flow characteristic and insulating and fire resistance, mechanical properties is excellent, the contractility is low and the color and luster is stable, and the material is colorful, can satisfy the abundant outward appearance demand of panel 14 and to many-sided demands such as corrosion-resistant, easy cleaning, non-flammability.
The utility model discloses an in some embodiments, hang area 20 can be flexible material, soft materials such as PE, rubber, silica gel for example, make and hang area 20 and casing 10 convenient assembling, hang area 20 and hang and to be established can warp so that hang firm when couple 300 to flexible material injection moulding can satisfy the processing demand of hanging 20 optional structures of taking.
The following describes a fitting structure between the hanging strip 20 and the housing 10 according to some embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the casing 10 is provided with a long strip-shaped sliding groove 101, the end of the hanging belt 20 is disposed in the sliding groove 101, and the end of the hanging belt 20 can move along the length direction of the sliding groove 101, so that the distance between the middle of the hanging belt 20 and the casing 10 is adjustable, thereby realizing switching between the storage state and the use state. The chute 101 can guide the movement of the end of the strap 20, and smoothly switches the state of the strap 20, thereby preventing the strap from being jammed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, there are two sliding grooves 101, and two ends of the strap 20 respectively cooperate with the two sliding grooves 101 to implement state switching by simultaneous movement of the two ends, so that the switching is more sensitive. In addition, two chutes 101 may be arranged along the length direction of the chute 101, so that when the two ends of the strap 20 move along the chute 101, the two ends are close to each other or far away from each other, and the state switching is convenient.
In some embodiments, the sliding groove 101 may be further isolated from the space inside the housing 10 to prevent external dust, water, and the like from entering the housing 10 through the sliding groove 101, so as to prevent functional components inside the housing 10 from being damaged.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, the groove side wall of the sliding groove 101 may be provided with a stopper protrusion 11, and the stopper protrusion 11 may define the notch 102 of the sliding groove 101, so that the opening size of the notch 102 is smaller than the size of the inside of the sliding groove 101. And the end of the hanging belt 20 is provided with a stop matching part 21, the stop matching part 21 is positioned inside the sliding chute 101 and between the bottom wall of the sliding chute 101 and the stop convex part 11, and the width of the notch 102 is smaller than that of the stop matching part 21. So that the stop protrusion 11 can limit the stop matching part 21 to prevent the stop matching part 21 from being separated from the sliding slot 101, thereby ensuring the reliable matching of the hanging strip 20 and the shell 10.
For example, in some specific embodiments, the stopping convex portion 11 includes a first convex portion 111 and a second convex portion 112 disposed opposite to each other, the first convex portion 111 and the second convex portion 112 both extend along the length direction of the sliding chute 101 and are spaced apart along the width direction of the sliding chute 101, so that a notch 102 is formed between the first convex portion 111 and the second convex portion 112, the strap 20 can pass through the notch 102, and the first convex portion 111 and the second convex portion 112 can stop the stopping matching portion 21 from both sides, the force applied to the stopping matching portion 21 is more uniform, and the effect of preventing the stopping matching portion 21 from coming off is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the stopping protrusion 11 may further include at least one of a third protrusion 113 and a fourth protrusion 114, and the third protrusion 113 and the fourth protrusion 114 are respectively provided at both ends of the sliding chute 101 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 3, in the storage state, the fourth protrusion 114, the first protrusion 111, and the second protrusion 112 may abut against three sides of the stopper fitting portion 21 for limiting; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the use state, the third protrusion 113, the first protrusion 111, and the second protrusion 112 can abut against three sides of the stopper fitting portion 21 for limiting, and the effect of preventing the stopper fitting portion 21 from coming off is better.
