Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a tape sticking apparatus for sticking a tape to an object to be stuck with a tape. The rubberizing device comprises an unreeling mechanism 10, a glue preparing mechanism 20 and a rubberizing mechanism 30.
The unwinding mechanism 10 includes at least two unwinding assemblies 12 for unwinding the output tape strip. The adhesive tape preparing mechanism 20 includes at least two adhesive tape preparing assemblies 22 corresponding to the at least two unwinding assemblies 12 one to one, and each adhesive tape preparing assembly 22 is configured to cut off the adhesive tape unwound and output by the corresponding unwinding assembly 12 to form an adhesive tape. The rubberizing mechanism 30 includes a first mounting base 31 and at least two rubberizing assemblies 32 disposed on the first mounting base 31. The first mount 31 is controllably movable between a glue preparation station and a gluing station B.
When the first mounting base 31 moves to the glue preparing station (as shown in fig. 1), the at least two gluing assemblies 32 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the at least two glue preparing assemblies 22, and each gluing assembly 32 picks up the adhesive tape on the corresponding glue preparing assembly 22. When the first mounting base 31 moves to the gluing station B, each gluing assembly 32 adheres the adhesive tape to the object to be glued.
In actual use of the above tape sticking device, each unwinding assembly 12 unwinds the output tape to the corresponding tape preparation assembly 22. Each adhesive tape preparing unit 22 cuts the corresponding adhesive tape strip to form an adhesive tape. The first mounting base 31 is controlled to move to the glue preparation station, so that each gluing component 32 and each glue preparation component 22 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and at this time, each gluing component 32 picks up the adhesive tape on the corresponding glue preparation component 22. Then, the first mounting seat 31 is controlled to move to the gluing station B, and at this time, the respective gluing assemblies 32 glue the respective picked tapes to the object to be glued, thereby completing one-time gluing. Therefore, the first mounting seat 31 can realize the sticking of a plurality of adhesive tapes once when the first mounting seat moves back and forth between the adhesive preparation station and the adhesive sticking station B, so that the number of times of moving back and forth between the adhesive preparation station and the adhesive sticking station B is greatly reduced, and the adhesive sticking efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the object to be pasted with adhesive may be a battery, and of course, may also be other products to which an adhesive tape needs to be pasted, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the at least two rubberizing assemblies 32 are sequentially arranged along the first direction X, and a distance between every two adjacent rubberizing assemblies 32 is adjustable. In this way, when the first mounting seat 31 moves to the glue preparation position, the distance between two adjacent gluing assemblies 32 in the first direction X can be adjusted, so that each gluing assembly 32 is aligned with the corresponding glue preparation assembly 22, and each gluing assembly 32 can smoothly pick up the adhesive tape on the corresponding glue preparation assembly 22; when first mount pad 31 moves to rubberizing station B, the accessible is adjusted two adjacent rubberizing subassemblies 32 interval on first direction X to predetermineeing the rubberizing interval to make and paste the interval between the sticky tape to treating the rubberizing thing and satisfy the designing requirement.
In some embodiments, each tape applicator assembly 32 includes a first base 321 and a tape head 323. The first base 321 is disposed on the first mounting base 31. The head 323 is disposed on the first base 321 for absorbing or releasing the tape. The first base 321 of the at least one taping module 32 is movable in a first direction X relative to the first mounting block 31. The first bases 321 of the remaining rubberizing modules 32 are fixed relative to the first mounting base 31. In this way, the distance between each two adjacent rubberizing assemblies 32 is adjustable by moving part or all of the first base 321 relative to the first mounting seat 31 along the first direction X. That is, when the distance between two adjacent rubberizing assemblies 32 needs to be adjusted, the first base 321 of one of the rubberizing assemblies 32 can be controlled to move along the first direction X relative to the first mounting seat 31 until being adjusted in place. Of course, when the first bases 321 of two adjacent rubberizing assemblies 32 are both movable along the first direction X relative to the first mounting seat 31, the first bases 321 of the two adjacent rubberizing assemblies 32 can also be controlled to move along the first direction X relative to the first mounting seat 31 until being adjusted in place.
Alternatively, the first mounting seat 31 can be controlled to move back and forth along the first direction X between the glue preparation station and the glue application station B. The first mounting base 31 is also controlled to move along a second direction Y perpendicular to the first direction X to drive each tape head 323 to pick up a tape at the tape preparation station, or to stick the tape to an object to be glued at the tape sticking station B.
In this way, when the tape needs to be picked up, first, the first mounting base 31 is controlled to move to the tape preparation station along the first direction X, and at this time, each tape application head 323 is located on the same side of each tape preparation assembly 22 in the second direction Y. Then, the first mounting base 31 is controlled to move close to the glue preparation assembly 22 along the second direction Y until each glue application head 323 adsorbs the adhesive tape provided by the corresponding glue preparation assembly 22. Then, the first mounting base 31 is controlled to move away from the adhesive preparation assembly 22 in the second direction Y and return, so that each adhesive head 323 can pick up the adhesive tape.
When the adhesive tape needs to be pasted, the first mounting base 31 is controlled to move to the adhesive tape pasting station B along the first direction X, and at this time, the adhesive tape pasting heads 323 are located on the same side of the object to be pasted in the second direction Y. Then, the first mounting base 31 is controlled to move close to the object to be glued along the second direction Y until the adhesive tape on each gluing head 323 is glued to the object to be glued. Then, the adhesive tape is removed by each adhesive head 323, and the first mounting base 31 is controlled to move away from the object to be adhered along the second direction Y and return, so that each adhesive head 323 adheres the adhesive tape to the object to be adhered.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first direction X is a left-right direction, the second direction Y is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface, and the third direction Z described below is an up-down direction.
Further, the rubberizing apparatus further comprises a driving mechanism 40 (see fig. 1), wherein the driving mechanism 40 is in driving connection with the first mounting seat 31 to drive the first mounting seat 31 to move along the first direction X and the second direction Y. Alternatively, the driving mechanism 40 may adopt an electric cylinder, a linear module, or the like, as long as it can drive the first mounting seat 31 to move along the first direction X and the second direction Y, and is not limited herein.
In the embodiment, each of the rubberizing elements 32 further includes a second base 322, a fixing seat 324, an elastic buffer structure 325, and a connecting seat 326.
The second base 322 is movably connected to the first base 321 along the second direction Y, and the taping head 323 is disposed on the second base 322 to move together with the second base 322. The fixing base 324 is fixedly connected to the first mounting base 31 and is located on one side of the second base 322 in the second direction Y. One side of the adhesive head 323 departing from the fixed seat 324 is used for absorbing the adhesive tape. The elastic buffer structure 325 is disposed on a side of the second base 322 facing the fixing base 324, and the connecting base 326 is connected to the elastic buffer structure 325 facing the fixing base 324. Therefore, the elastic buffer structure 325 is used for buffering the impact between the gluing head 323 and the object to be glued during gluing, and the damage to the object to be glued caused by the overlarge impact between the gluing head 323 and the object to be glued is avoided.
Further, in the same adhesive tape applying assembly 32, when the first base 321 is movable along the first direction X relative to the first mounting seat 31, the connecting seat 326 is movably connected to the fixing seat 324 along the first direction X; when the first base 321 is fixed relative to the first mounting seat 31, the connecting seat 326 and the fixing seat 324 are also fixedly connected. That is, for the rubberizing module 32 which cannot be adjusted in position along the first direction X, the connecting seat 326 is fixedly connected to the fixing seat 324. For the rubberizing module 32 capable of adjusting the position along the first direction X, the connecting seat 326 is movably connected to the fixing seat 324 along the first direction X, so that the position of the rubberizing head 323 of the rubberizing module 32 along the first direction X is adjusted by moving the first base 321 along the first direction X relative to the first mounting seat 31, and simultaneously moving the connecting seat 326 along the first direction X relative to the fixing seat 324.
Further, the tape sticking assembly 32 capable of adjusting the position along the first direction X further includes a first adjusting driving element 327, and the first adjusting driving element 327 is mounted on the first mounting seat 31 or the fixing seat 324 and is in driving connection with the first base 321, so that the first adjusting driving element 327 can drive the first base 321 to move along the first direction X, that is, the position adjustment in the first direction X is realized. Alternatively, the first adjustment driving member 327 may be a linear module, a rack and pinion structure, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the elastic buffer structure 325 includes a guide rod 3251 and an elastic element 3252. One of the connecting seat 326 and the second base 322 is fixedly connected to the guide rod 3251, the other of the connecting seat 326 and the second base 322 is slidably fitted to the guide rod 3251, and an axial direction of the guide rod 3251 is parallel to the second direction Y, so that the guide rod 3251 guides the movement of the second base 322 relative to the connecting seat 326 along the second direction Y, so that the movement of the second base 322 along the second direction Y is more stable and reliable. The elastic element 3252 is connected between the connecting seat 326 and the second base 322 to provide a pre-tightening force for making the second base 322 have a moving trend away from the connecting seat 326 along the second direction Y. Thus, when the tape attaching assembly 32 attaches the tape, the first mounting base 31 drives the tape attaching head 323 to approach the object to be attached along the second direction Y until contacting the object to be attached to attach the tape to the object to be attached. In the process that the rubberizing head 323 moves towards the object to be rubberized until the rubberizing head 323 and the object to be rubberized are contacted, the elastic piece 3252 can be pressed to contract so as to buffer the impact between the rubberizing head 323 and the object to be rubberized, and therefore the phenomenon that the rubberizing head 323 damages the object to be rubberized due to the fact that the impact force between the rubberizing head 323 and the object to be rubberized is too large is avoided. Alternatively, the elastic member 3252 may be a spring.
Specifically, in the embodiment, for the rubberizing assembly 32 with an adjustable position along the first direction X, the first mounting seat 31 is provided with a first sliding rail 311 extending lengthwise along the first direction X, and the first base 321 is provided with a first sliding block 3211 slidably engaged with the first sliding rail 311. In this way, the first base 321 is guided to move along the first direction X relative to the first mounting seat 31 by the movement of the first slider 3211 along the first slide rail 311, so that the movement of the first base 321 is more stable and reliable.
For the rubberizing assembly 32 whose position along the first direction X is not adjustable, the first base 321 and the first mounting seat 31 may be fixedly connected by welding or bolt locking.
In an embodiment, for the rubberizing assembly 32 adjustable in position along the first direction X, the fixed seat 324 is provided with a second sliding rail 3241 longitudinally extending along the first direction X, and the connecting seat 326 is provided with a second sliding block 3261 slidably engaged with the second sliding rail 3241. In this way, the movement of the connecting seat 326 relative to the fixing seat 324 along the first direction X is guided by the movement of the second slider 3261 along the second slide rail 3241, so that the movement of the connecting seat 326 is more stable and reliable.
For the rubberizing assemblies 32 with non-adjustable positions along the first direction X, the connecting seat 326 and the fixing seat 324 may be fixedly connected by welding or bolt locking.
Specifically, in the embodiment, for each adhesive tape sticking assembly 32, the first base 321 is provided with a third sliding rail 3212 extending lengthwise along the second direction Y, and the second base 322 is provided with a third slider 3221 slidably engaged with the third sliding rail 3212. In this way, the movement of the second base 322 relative to the first base 321 along the second direction Y is guided by the movement of the third slider 3221 along the third sliding rail 3212, so that the movement of the second base 322 relative to the first base 321 is more stable and reliable.
In the embodiment, the rubberizing head 323 includes an upper adsorption plate 3231, a middle adsorption plate 3232, a lower adsorption plate 3233, a floating seat 3237, an upper rubber coating roller 3235, a lower rubber coating roller 3236, and a floating driving member 3234. The upper suction plate 3231, the middle suction plate 3232, and the lower suction plate 3233 are mounted on the second base 322. The floating seat 3237 is movably connected to the second base 322 along the second direction Y, and the floating driving member 3234 is mounted on the second base 322 and is drivingly connected to the floating seat 3237 for driving the floating seat 3237 to move along the second direction Y relative to the second base 322. The upper rubber coating roll 3235 and the lower rubber coating roll 3236 are mounted on the floating seat 3237, the upper adsorption plate 3231, the upper rubber coating roll 3235, the middle adsorption plate 3232, the lower rubber coating roll 3236 and the lower adsorption plate 3233 are sequentially arranged along a third direction Z perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Y, the upper adsorption plate 3231, the middle adsorption plate 3232 and the lower adsorption plate 3233 jointly form an adsorption surface for adsorbing a rubber belt, and the floating seat 3237 can drive the upper rubber coating roll 3235 and the lower rubber coating roll 3236 to simultaneously penetrate out of or retract to the adsorption surface in the process of moving along the second direction Y.
Thus, during gluing, the first mounting seat 31 moves close to the object to be glued along the second direction Y, so as to drive the gluing head 323 to be close to the object to be glued until the adhesive tapes adsorbed on the upper adsorption plate 3231, the middle adsorption plate 3232 and the lower adsorption plate 3233 contact with the object to be glued. At this time, the floating driving element 3234 drives the floating seat 3237 to move close to the object to be glued along the second direction Y, so that the upper rubber wrapping roller 3235 and the lower rubber wrapping roller 3236 penetrate through the adsorption surface to press the adhesive tape on the object to be glued, and the adhesive tape is firmly adhered to the object to be glued. Finally, the upper adsorption plate 3231, the middle adsorption plate 3232 and the lower adsorption plate 3233 release the adsorption of the adhesive tape, and the first mounting base 31 moves away from the object to be adhered along the second direction Y, so as to drive the upper adsorption plate 3231, the upper rubber coating roller 3235, the middle adsorption plate 3232, the lower rubber coating roller 3236 and the lower adsorption plate 3233 to separate from the adhesive tape. The floating driving member 3234 drives the floating seat 3237 to move along the second direction Y to reset, so as to drive the upper rubber coating roller 3235 and the lower rubber coating roller 3236 to retract into the absorption surface.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the glue preparing mechanism 20 includes a second mounting base 21, and each glue preparing assembly 22 includes a third base 221 disposed on the second mounting base 21, and a glue clamping structure 222, a glue cutting structure 224, and a glue pulling structure 223 disposed on the third base 221.
The laminating structure 222 is located downstream of the corresponding unwinding assembly 12 for laminating or releasing the passing tape. The glue cutting structure 224 and the glue pulling structure 223 are located at the downstream of the glue clamping structure 222. The tape pulling structure 223 is movable in the third direction Z relative to the third base 221 to pull the tape strip along the third direction Z past the tape cutting structure 224 and to a tape picking position where the tape strip can be picked up by the taping head 323. The adhesive cutting structure 224 is used for cutting off the passing adhesive tape strip, and the cut part is the adhesive tape.
Thus, when the adhesive needs to be taken, the adhesive pulling structure 223 moves close to the adhesive clamping structure 222 along the third direction Z, and clamps the starting end of the tape strip. Then, the tape pulling structure 223 moves away from the tape clamping structure 222 along the third direction Z until the tape is pulled to pass through the tape cutting structure 224 and reach the tape taking position capable of being absorbed by the tape head 323, and at this time, the tape clamping structure 222 clamps the passing tape. Then, the first mounting seat 31 drives the tape attaching head 323 to move close to the tape pulling structure 223 along the second direction Y until the tape attaching head 323 adsorbs the tape between the tape pulling structure 223 and the tape cutting structure 224. Then, the tape cutting structure 224 cuts the passing tape strip, so that the tape adsorbed on the head 323 is separated from the tape strip.
