The drying box is divided into an electric heating air blast drying box and a vacuum drying box according to different drying substances, and is widely applied to industries such as chemical engineering, electronic communication, plastics, cables, electroplating, hardware, automobiles, photoelectricity, rubber products, molds, spraying, printing, medical treatment, aerospace and colleges and universities nowadays. Due to huge market demands, the drying box is diversified in variety, different in product structure quality, small in structural difference and high in universality.
The production of the thermocouple comprises a baking processing step, an electrothermal drying box is required to be used, the electrothermal drying boxes with different requirements are required to be used according to different alloy materials used by the thermocouple, for example, the drying of certain alloy thermocouples needs to be isolated from oxygen, or vacuum drying is required, a vacuum drying box is required to be used, inert gas needs to be introduced when the drying requirement of certain alloy thermocouples is higher, the electrothermal drying is carried out in the presence of protective gas, and the electrothermal drying box capable of introducing protective gas is required. And the temperature that thermocouple core drying needs is often higher, and the manual operation mode of general type electric heat drying cabinet causes the injury easily to operating personnel.

Preferably, the upper cover is provided with a sliding rod at a position parallel to the cylinder.

Preferably, the drying part, the air pressure part and the control part are connected with each other and integrally moved by a universal wheel provided at a lower part.
Preferably, the air pressure part is provided with an explosion-proof valve.
Preferably, the control part is provided with an alarm.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the utility model are that:
1. the air inlet nozzle and the air suction nozzle are combined through the arranged air pressure part, so that vacuum drying and inert gas protection drying can be carried out, and the dual purposes of one box are realized;
2. the drying box is opened and closed through the air cylinder, and a high-temperature part does not need to be manually contacted, so that the operation safety of an operator is improved;

drying part 1, an

control part 3, wherein the
drying part 1 comprises a
lower bracket 11 arranged at the lower part and an
upper bracket 12 positioned at the upper part of the
lower bracket 11; the upper part of the
upper bracket 12 is provided with a
cylinder 13; the
cylinder 13 is connected with an
upper cover 14 downwards; a
lower cover 16 is arranged under the
upper cover 14 in a matching way; a
drying rack 17 is arranged in the
lower cover 16; the lower part of the
drying rack 17 is provided with an
electric heating wire 18; the bottom of the
lower cover 16 is provided with an
air hole 19; an
air outlet 110 is arranged at the upper part of the
upper cover 14; the
air hole 19 is connected with the
air pressure part 2 through an air pipe; the
air pressure part 2 comprises an
air inlet nozzle 21 and an
air suction nozzle 22 which are connected in parallel; the lower part of the

A temperature detector and a pressure detector are installed in the
lower cover 16, the detected values of the temperature and the pressure are reflected to the
display screen 33, and the controller of the
control part 3 is connected with the
electric heating wire 18 and the
pneumatic part 2, i.e. the display of the temperature and the pressure, i.e. the control function, is integrated in the
control part 3, according to the temperature and the pressure change displayed by the
display screen 33, the
controller 31 is adjusted to achieve the drying temperature and the pressure or the vacuum degree required by the process, of course, in some embodiments, the
controller 31 can also be connected with the
air inlet nozzle 21 or the
air outlet nozzle 22 to the connected inert gas generator or the vacuum pump, so as to further integrate the control function.
The
upper cover 14 is provided with a
slide rod 15 at a position parallel to the
cylinder 13. The sliding rods are arranged on two sides of the
cylinder 13, and one group or multiple groups are respectively arranged on the two sides of the cylinder to ensure that the cylinder can stably drive the
upper cover 14 to move up and down.
The lower edge of the
upper cover 14 is provided with a
sealing ring 111. The sealing
ring 111 is a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing ring, so that the sealing performance between the upper cover and the lower cover at high temperature and high pressure is ensured, and the vacuum degree or certain pressure is ensured.
A
window 112 is arranged on one side surface of the
upper cover 14, the drying condition of the thermocouple can be conveniently observed through the window, the window is made of high-temperature-resistant and high-pressure-resistant glass or other materials, the drying
part 1, the
air pressing part 2 and the
control part 3 are connected with each other, and the
universal wheel 113 arranged at the lower part moves integrally. The
gas pressure part 2 is provided with an explosion-
proof valve 24. When the pressure is too high, the pressure can be released through the explosion-
proof valve 24 to ensure the operation safety, the
control part 3 is provided with the
alarm 32, but when the temperature or the pressure reaches a set threshold value, the
alarm 32 can give a buzzing sound to remind an operator of carrying out corresponding operation and paying attention to the safety.
When vacuum drying is required, a thermocouple to be dried is firstly placed on the
drying rack 17, the
cylinder 13 is controlled to extend to drive the
upper cover 14 to move downwards, the
upper cover 14 and the
lower cover 16 form a closed space, the vacuum pump is connected to the
air suction nozzle 22, the
air outlet 110 is closed, the vacuum pump and the
electric heating wire 18 are started, heating is carried out while vacuumizing is carried out, and when the required vacuum degree and temperature are reached, heating and vacuumizing are stopped for drying. When the vacuum degree or the temperature is reduced, the valve is opened again.
When the inert gas is required to be dried in other protection modes, the three-way valve inside the
gas pressure part 2 is turned to one side of the
gas inlet nozzle 21 by using the gas
path selection knob 23, the inert gas is introduced into the closed space formed by the
upper cover 14 and the
lower cover 16 through the
gas inlet nozzle 21, the air inside the gas pressure part is exhausted through the
gas outlet 110, the
gas outlet 110 is closed after the air is exhausted, when the pressure in the closed space reaches a certain value, the gas supply is stopped, the drying is carried out, and when the pressure is observed and reduced from the
display screen 33, the inert gas can be continuously introduced to maintain the pressure.
