When the ball nest moves to the ball detection assembly, the detection driving cylinder 72 drives the elastic needle connecting plate 73 to be close to the ball nest, so that the detection elastic needle 74 is pressed against the ball on the ball nest, and when the ball is leaked in the corresponding ball hole on the ball nest, the detection elastic needle 74 cannot be stressed.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, five detection pogo pins 74 are connected to the pogo pin connection plate 73 of the first ball detection assembly 7, and when the detection driving cylinder 72 is started, the five detection pogo pins 74 move to the balls on the front side of the ball nest at the same time; three detection spring pins 74 are connected to the spring pin connecting plate 73 of the second ball detection assembly 8, and when the detection driving cylinder 72 is started, the three detection spring pins 74 simultaneously move towards the balls on the rear side surface of the ball nest; a detection spring pin 74 is connected to the spring pin connecting plate 73 of the third ball detection assembly 9, and when the detection driving cylinder 72 is started, one detection spring pin 74 moves towards the balls on the upper surface of the ball nest at the same time.

Claims (10)

1. A pearl nest pearl loading mechanism comprises a pearl nest conveying component (1), a pearl loading component and a pearl nest carrying component (10), wherein the pearl nest conveying component (1) is used for outputting a pearl nest, the pearl loading component is used for loading balls into a pearl nest output by the pearl nest conveying component (1), the pearl nest carrying component (10) is used for carrying the pearl nest to each pearl loading station when the pearl loading component loads pearls, and the pearl nest carrying mechanism is characterized by comprising:
a first ball loading assembly (2) for loading balls into the second and fourth ball holes on the front side of the ball nest;
a second ball loading assembly (3) for loading balls into the first, third and fifth ball holes on the front side of the ball nest;
a third ball loading assembly (4) for loading balls into the first and third ball holes on the rear side of the ball nest;
a fourth ball loading assembly (5) for loading balls into a second ball hole on the rear side of the ball nest;
and a fifth ball loading assembly (6) for loading the balls into the ball holes on the upper surface of the ball nest.

The bead nest bead filling mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bead nest conveying assembly (1) comprises a bead nest vibration disc (11), a direct vibration (12), a feeding channel (13), a conveying support (14) and a bead filling channel (15), the feeding channel (13) is arranged on the direct vibration (12), the feeding end of the feeding channel is communicated with the discharging end of the bead nest vibration disc (11), the bead filling channel (15) is arranged on the conveying support (14), and the feeding end of the feeding channel is communicated with the discharging end of the feeding channel (13).
