Background
When the high-viscosity polysaccharide is added into an emulsified product, the high-viscosity polysaccharide is difficult to disperse in an emulsion, and is easy to form agglomeration and caking in the emulsion, and the activity of the high-viscosity polysaccharide is difficult to ensure.
