Air conditioners are ideal electrical appliances for regulating indoor temperature. In the prior art, an air conditioner may include an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the indoor unit includes a heat exchanger, the outdoor unit includes a compressor and a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger of the indoor unit and the compressor and heat exchanger of the outdoor unit pass through The pipelines are connected to form a circulation loop, and there is a refrigerant (such as Freon) in the circulation loop. When the air conditioner is in the cooling mode, the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit acts as a condenser, and the heat exchanger of the indoor unit acts as an evaporator, and the compressor compresses the gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant. At this time, the refrigerant is in a state that is easy to liquefy. Then the refrigerant flows through the condenser to dissipate heat and becomes a liquid refrigerant at room temperature and high pressure; when the liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator, the space suddenly increases, the pressure decreases, and the liquid refrigerant vaporizes into a gaseous low-temperature refrigerant, thereby absorbing a large amount of heat, making the evaporator When it gets colder, the air in the room enters the indoor unit and flows through the evaporator under the action of the fan, and then becomes cold air when it flows out of the indoor unit, thereby reducing the indoor temperature.

Conversely, when the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the refrigerant circulates in the opposite direction to that in the cooling mode. At this time, the heat exchanger of the indoor unit acts as a condenser, and the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit acts as an evaporator, and the refrigerant flows through the room. The heat exchanger of the machine dissipates a large amount of heat, which makes the evaporator hot, and the indoor air enters the indoor unit and flows through the evaporator under the action of the fan, and then becomes hot air when it flows out of the indoor unit, thus making the indoor The temperature rises.

However, regardless of whether the air conditioner is in the cooling mode or the heating mode, it is usually necessary to close the doors and windows to make the room an airtight space. As a result, the oxygen content and humidity of the indoor air are likely to decrease, thereby reducing the comfort of the user.

Based on this, referring to FIG. 1 , some embodiments of the present invention provide an air conditioner indoor unit 100, including a casing 1 and an oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 (as shown in FIG. 2 ). The casing 1 has an air inlet 101 and an air outlet 102 . Exemplarily, the casing 1 has an air duct 103 connecting the air inlet 101 and the air outlet 102 , so that indoor air can enter the casing from the air inlet 101 and flow out of the casing through the air outlet 102 under the action of the fan. In another example, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may be an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner, at this time, the air inlet 101 may be located on the top of the casing 1; or, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may also be an indoor unit of a cabinet air conditioner, and the air inlet 101 101 may be located on the side of the cabinet 1; or, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may be an indoor unit of a ducted unit, and at this time, the air inlet 101 may be located at the bottom of the cabinet 1; or, according to the structural design, the air inlet 101 It is located in other positions of the casing 1, which is not limited in this application.

Based on this, in order to increase the oxygen concentration of the indoor air, as shown in Figure 3, the oxygen generating humidifier 2 includes a first chamber 201, a second chamber 202, a first electrode 203, a second electrode 204 and an ultrasonic nebulizer 205. The first chamber 201 is used to hold water. The wall of the first chamber 201 has a first air outlet 2011 , and the first air outlet 2011 communicates with the air outlet 102 . The second chamber 202 communicates with the first chamber 201 to allow water to flow between the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 . The cavity wall of the second chamber 202 has a second air outlet 2021, and the second air outlet 2021 communicates with the outdoor.

Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 3 , the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 can be an independent structural module, and the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 can include a top wall 206, a bottom wall 207 and four side walls 208, and the four side walls 208 are connected Between the top wall 206 and the bottom wall 207, that is, the top wall 206, the bottom wall 207 and the four side walls 208 enclose a cavity, and the connection top wall 206, the bottom wall 207 and the two opposite sides can be arranged in the cavity. The first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 are formed. As another example, a water delivery port 2091 can be opened near the bottom wall 207 of the partition 209, so that the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 are connected to facilitate the circulation of water in the two chambers. Filling the chamber with water can make both chambers filled with water, which facilitates the simplification of the structure of the ultrasonic atomization device 2 . Based on this, for example, the first air outlet 2011 may be located at a side wall 208 of the first chamber 201 close to the top wall 206; or, the first air outlet 2011 may also be located on the top wall 206 of the first chamber 201 , can be applied. As another example, the second air outlet 2021 may be located on a side wall 208 of the second chamber 202 close to the top wall 206; or, the second air outlet 2021 may also be located on the bottom wall 206 of the second chamber 202, both can be applied. As another example, the first air outlet 2011 can be connected to the air outlet 102 through a pipeline, that is, the first air outlet 2011 can be connected to one end of the pipeline, and the other end of the pipeline is placed at the air outlet 102 (as shown in Figure 2 shown). Exemplarily, the second air outlet 2021 can communicate with the outside through a pipeline, that is, the second air outlet 2021 can be connected to one end of the pipeline, and the other end of the pipeline is placed outside.

It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the two chambers can also be independent structures, and the two chambers only need to be connected, and the same can be applied. On this basis, as an example, the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 can be located in the casing 1 (as shown in FIG. 1 ), as a standard functional module of the air conditioner; or, the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 can also be located in the machine casing. The outside of the shell 2 (as shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5 ) is connected with the shell 2 as an optional functional module of the air conditioner.

On this basis, in order to produce oxygen, the first electrode 203 is located in the first chamber 201 . The second electrode 204 is located within the second chamber 202 . Wherein, the first electrode 203 and the second electrode 204 are used to electrolyze water to generate oxygen gas and hydrogen gas in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 respectively. It should be noted that the water mentioned here can be pure water; or, the water mentioned here can also be tap water, as long as the water that is harmless to the human body can be used. Exemplarily, the first electrode 203 may be electrically connected to the positive pole of the DC power supply, and the second electrode 204 may be electrically connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply, so that the gas generated in the first chamber 201 is oxygen, and the gas generated in the second chamber 202 The generated gas is hydrogen, and the DC power supply can be a power supply configured solely for the oxygen generating humidifier 2; or, the DC power supply can also be a part of the power module of the air conditioner, both of which can be applied. As another example, the first electrode 203 may be an electrode plate, and one end of the first electrode 203 is as close as possible to the bottom wall 207 . Also exemplary, the second electrode 204 can be an electrode plate, and one end of the second electrode 204 is as close as possible to the bottom wall 207, so that when the water in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 is less, the same It can guarantee the oxygen production function of the device.

In order to increase the humidity of the indoor air, the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 communicates with the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202 . At least a part of the ultrasonic atomizer 205 is located outside the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 , and has a mist outlet 2051 , and the mist outlet 2051 communicates with the air outlet 102 . Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 3, the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 may be partially located in the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202, and directly contacts with water; or, the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 may be entirely located in the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202, absorb moisture from the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 through the siphon material, both can be applied. As another example, as shown in Figure 1, the part of the ultrasonic atomizer 205 with the mist outlet 2051 can be located in the air duct 103 corresponding to the air outlet 102; or, the mist outlet 2051 can also be connected to the outlet through a pipeline. The air outlet 102 is connected, that is, one end of the pipeline is connected to the mist outlet 2051, and the other end is placed at the air outlet 102, both of which can be applied.

The air conditioner indoor unit 100 provided by the utility model has an air inlet 101 and an air outlet 102 on the casing 1, so that indoor air can enter the inside of the casing 1 from the air inlet 101 and flow through the heat exchanger inside the casing 1 Afterwards, cold air or hot air flows out from the air outlet 102, thereby reducing or increasing the indoor temperature. Since the oxygen generating humidifier 2 includes a first chamber 201 and a second chamber 202 that communicate with each other, the first electrode 203 is located in the first chamber 201, and the second electrode 204 is located in the second chamber 202, so that the first electrode 201 and the second electrode 202 can electrolyze the water in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 to generate oxygen and hydrogen when they are respectively connected to the positive pole and the negative pole of direct current; on this basis, because the first chamber The chamber wall of the chamber 201 has a first air outlet 2011 communicating with the air outlet 102, and the chamber wall of the second chamber 202 has a second air outlet 2021 communicating with the outside, so that the oxygen in the first chamber 201 can Flowing from the air outlet 102 to the room, the hydrogen in the second chamber 202 can be discharged to the outside, thereby increasing the oxygen content of the indoor air and ensuring the health of the user.

In addition, since the first electrode 203 and the second electrode 204 generate oxygen by electrolysis of water, the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 can communicate with the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202, and there is no need to separately set up a chamber for holding water. The structure of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 is simplified; and since at least a part of the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 is located outside the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202, and has a mist outlet 2051, the oxygen generating humidifying device 2 also has the function of making In addition to the oxygen function and the humidification function, the installation of the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 is easier. On this basis, and because the mist outlet 205 communicates with the air outlet 102, the mist generated after the ultrasonic atomizer 205 atomizes the water from the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202 can come out from the outlet. The tuyere 102 flows into the room, thereby increasing the humidity of the indoor air and improving the user's comfort.

As a possible implementation, referring to FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, the ultrasonic atomizer 205 includes a conduit 2052 and at least one atomizing sheet 2053 (as shown in FIG. 6 ). One end of the conduit 2052 communicates with the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202; at least one mist outlet 2051 is opened on the side wall of the conduit 2052, and the mist outlet 2051 communicates with the inner cavity of the conduit 2052 and the outside, and is located at the air outlet 102 Inside. An atomizing sheet 2053 is arranged at a mist outlet 2051, and the atomizing sheet 2053 is used to atomize the water from the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202 into mist droplets.

With such a design, the water in the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202 can enter the conduit 2052, contact the atomizing sheet 2053, and be atomized by the atomizing sheet 2053 into mist droplets, and the mist droplets are sprayed directly from the mist outlet 2051. When the air is discharged into the air outlet 102, it can quickly flow into the room to increase the indoor air humidity. In addition, this structure is simple, easy to install, and easy to implement.

Exemplarily, the conduit 2052 may be a rigid pipe, and the pipe section provided with the mist outlet 2051 on the conduit 2052 may be directly suspended in the air outlet 102 . Of course, the conduit 2052 can also be a flexible pipe, which is hooked inside the casing 1 through buckles, so that the pipe segment with the mist outlet 2051 is located in the air outlet 102, which can also be applied.

Exemplarily, the end of the conduit 2051 close to the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 may pass through the wall of the first chamber 201 and be located in the first chamber 201 , or pass through the wall of the second chamber 202 and be located in the second chamber 201 . In this way, the water in the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202 can directly flow into the conduit 2052 so as to form mist droplets at the mist outlet 2051, and at the same time, the wall of the first chamber 201 or the second chamber 202 The wall of the cavity can act as a fixed support for the catheter 2052, simplifying the structure of the ultrasonic nebulizer 205.

Exemplarily, the number of mist outlets 2051 can be one; or, the number of mist outlets 2051 can also be multiple, arranged at intervals along the length direction of the duct 2052, so that the mist droplets can be evenly distributed in the air outlet 102 Scattering makes it easier to quickly increase the humidity of the indoor air.

Exemplarily, the atomizing sheet 2053 may be formed by bonding a ceramic sheet and a metal sheet with micro-holes.

In order to ensure the humidification function of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 , referring to FIG. 6 , in some embodiments, the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 further includes a plurality of silver ion antibacterial balls 2054 , and the silver ion antibacterial balls 2054 are filled in the catheter 2052 . The atomized sheet 2053 is in contact with the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 . Such design, when tap water is filled in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202, when the tap water flows through the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 in the conduit 2052, the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 can absorb the microorganisms in the water body, directly Kill and inhibit all kinds of pathogenic bacteria and microorganisms in the water, achieve antibacterial and keep the water clean, thus ensuring the quality of indoor air, and thus ensuring the health of users. In addition, when the amount of water in the first chamber 201 is too small to fill the inner cavity of the catheter 2052, the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 can also absorb water and keep it moist, so that the atomizing sheet 2053 can still vibrate and the silver ion antibacterial in contact with it The water in the ball 2054 is atomized into mist droplets, thereby ensuring the humidification function of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 .

2054。Exemplary, the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 can be directly filled in the conduit 2052; or, the filter element can also be filled in the conduit 2052 by filling the silver ion antibacterial ball 2053 in the filter screen to form an integral filter element, so that both The effect of atomization and humidification is guaranteed, and when the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 needs to be replaced, it is convenient to take out the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 as a whole and replace the silver ion antibacterial ball 2054 as a whole.

In order to save energy and ensure user comfort, referring to FIG. 7 , in some embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further includes a first humidity sensor 3 , a first humidity comparator 4 and a power supply controller 5 . The first humidity sensor 3 is disposed at the air inlet 101 . The first humidity comparator 4 is electrically connected to the first humidity sensor 3, and is used to receive the first humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor 3, and compare it with the first preset humidity threshold value, if the first humidity value is less than the first humidity value When a preset humidity threshold is reached, the first signal is output. The power supply controller 5 is electrically connected with the first humidity comparator 4 and the atomizing sheet 2053; the power supply controller 5 is used for: if receiving the first signal, then supplying power to the atomizing sheet 2053, so that the atomizing sheet 2053 vibrates to dissipate the water Atomized into droplets.

Such a design, when the humidity value of the indoor air detected by the first humidity sensor 3 is lower than the first preset humidity threshold, the ultrasonic atomizer 205 of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 starts to work to increase the humidity of the indoor air, so that the oxygen generating Humidifier 2 is more intelligent, and can work independently without being associated with the operating state of the air conditioner, which is not only beneficial to energy saving, but also prevents the humidification function from being turned on when the air conditioner is associated with the operating state without humidification, which reduces the comfort of the user. Of course, the oxygen generating humidifier 2 can also be associated with the operating state of the air conditioner through program design. For example, when the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the first humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor 3 of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 is less than the first humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor 3. When a preset humidity threshold is reached, the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 is turned on to increase the humidity of the indoor air, which can also be applied.

Exemplarily, the first humidity comparator 4 can be a voltage comparator, the humidity value transmitted by the first humidity sensor 3 to the first humidity comparator 4 can be a voltage signal, and the humidity value transmitted by the first humidity comparator 4 to the power supply controller 5 The first signal may be a level signal.

Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 8 , the first humidity comparator 4 can be a point (single value) comparator, that is, a signal is input, and a voltage "point" (the voltage value U 01 corresponding to the first preset humidity threshold ) to get a logical output result.

0.4。Exemplarily, the first preset humidity threshold may be a relative humidity value, and the first preset humidity threshold may be 0.4.

It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the first humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor 3 can be directly input into the power supply controller 5, and the power supply controller 5 can compare the first humidity value with the first humidity value through a software algorithm. The preset humidity threshold is compared, and then the ultrasonic nebulizer 205 is controlled to work or not to work according to the comparison result, which can also be applied.

In order to prompt the user to troubleshoot the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 in time, referring to FIG. 7 , in some embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further includes a second humidity sensor 6 , a second humidity comparator 7 and a first indicator light 8 . The second humidity sensor 6 is disposed at the air outlet 102 . The second humidity comparator 7 is electrically connected to the second humidity sensor 6 and the power supply controller 5, and is used to receive the second humidity value detected by the second humidity sensor 6, and compare it with the first preset humidity threshold, if If the second humidity value is smaller than the first preset humidity threshold, a second signal is output. The first indicator light 8 is electrically connected with the power supply controller 5 . The power supply controller 5 is also used for supplying power to the first indicator light 8 if the second signal is received.

With such a design, the humidity value of the air at the air outlet 102 can be determined according to the second humidity value detected by the second humidity sensor 6. If the second humidity value is less than the first preset humidity threshold, the first indicator light 8 will be on to remind the user The ultrasonic nebulizer 205 of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 may be faulty and needs to be checked.

Exemplarily, the second humidity comparator 7 can be a voltage comparator, the humidity value transmitted by the second humidity sensor 6 to the second humidity comparator 7 can be a voltage signal, and the humidity value transmitted by the second humidity comparator 7 to the power supply controller 5 The first signal may be a level signal.

Exemplarily, the structure and principle of the second humidity comparator 7 may be the same as that of the first humidity comparator 4 , which will not be repeated here.

It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the second humidity value detected by the second humidity sensor 6 can be directly input into the power supply controller 5, and the power supply controller 5 can compare the second humidity value with the first humidity value through a software algorithm. Comparing the preset humidity threshold, and then controlling whether the first indicator light 8 is on or not according to the comparison result, can also be applied. In addition, the power supply controller 5 can also compare the second humidity value with the second preset humidity threshold (for example, the second preset humidity threshold can be 0.6) through a software algorithm, and then control the vibrating atomizer according to the comparison result 2053, and then adjust the humidity of the airflow at the air outlet 102.

In order to save energy, referring to FIG. 7 , in some embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further includes an oxygen detector 9 and an oxygen concentration comparator 10 . The oxygen detector 9 is arranged at the air inlet 101 . The oxygen concentration comparator 10 is electrically connected with the oxygen detector 9 and the power supply controller 5, and is used to receive the oxygen concentration value detected by the oxygen detector 9, and compare it with the preset concentration threshold, if the oxygen concentration value is less than the preset concentration threshold, the third signal is output. Wherein, the power supply controller 5 is further configured to: if the third signal is received, supply power to the first electrode 203 and the second electrode 204 to electrolyze water.

So designed, when the oxygen content of the indoor air detected by the oxygen detector 9 is lower than the preset concentration threshold, the first electrode 203 and the second electrode 204 of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 are energized to electrolyze water to increase the oxygen concentration of the indoor air , making the oxygen generating and humidifying device 2 more intelligent, and can work independently without being associated with the operating state of the air conditioner, which is beneficial to energy saving. Of course, the oxygen generating humidifier 2 can also be associated with the operating state of the air conditioner through program design, for example, when the air conditioner is in a working state (such as cooling or heating, etc.), the oxygen generating humidifying device 2 detects it at the oxygen detector 9 When the oxygen concentration value is lower than the preset concentration threshold value, the first electrode 203 and the second electrode 204 of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 are energized to electrolyze water to increase the oxygen concentration of the indoor air, which can also be applied.

Exemplarily, the oxygen concentration comparator 10 may be a voltage comparator, the oxygen concentration value transmitted by the oxygen detector 9 to the oxygen concentration comparator 10 may be a voltage signal, and the third signal transmitted by the oxygen concentration comparator 10 to the power supply controller 5 Can be a level signal.

Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 9, the oxygen concentration comparator 10 can also be a point (single-valued) comparator, that is, a signal is input, which corresponds to a voltage "point" (the voltage value U 02 corresponding to the preset concentration threshold) Compare to get a logical output result.

19.5%。Exemplarily, the preset concentration threshold may be 19.5%.

It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the oxygen concentration value detected by the oxygen detector 9 can be directly input into the power supply controller 5, and the power supply controller 5 performs a comparison between the oxygen concentration value and the preset concentration threshold through a software algorithm. The comparison, and then controlling whether the first electrode 203 and the second electrode 204 work or not according to the comparison result, can also be applied.

In order to automatically inject water into the oxygen generating humidifier 2 , referring to FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, the cavity wall of the first chamber 201 or the cavity wall of the second chamber 202 has a liquid replenishment port 2022 . The air conditioner indoor unit 100 also includes a water pump (not shown in the figure), a liquid level sensor 11 (as shown in FIG. 7 ) and a liquid level comparator 12 . The water pump communicates with the liquid replenishment port 2022 . The liquid level sensor 11 is used to detect the liquid level in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 . The liquid level comparator 11 is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor 11 and the power supply controller 5, and is used to receive the liquid level height detected by the liquid level sensor 11, and compare it with the first preset height threshold and the second preset height threshold. For comparison, if the liquid level is less than or equal to the first preset height threshold, then output the fourth signal; if the liquid level is equal to the second preset height threshold, then output the fifth signal. Wherein, the power supply controller 5 is further configured to: supply power to the water pump if the fourth signal is received, and stop supplying power to the water pump if the fifth signal is received.

In such a design, when the water in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 is reduced to a level less than or equal to the first preset height threshold, the power supply controller 5 receives the fourth signal, then supplies power to the water pump, and automatically Oxygen generating humidifier 2 replenishes water; when the water in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 increases to a liquid level equal to the second preset height threshold, the power supply controller 5 receives the fifth signal, and stops supplying power to the water pump . In this way, water can be automatically injected into the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 and the water injection can be stopped, which increases the degree of automation of the oxygen generating humidifier 2 and further increases the degree of automation of the air-conditioning equipment.

Exemplarily, the liquid level comparator 12 can be a voltage comparator, the liquid level height value transmitted by the liquid level sensor 11 to the liquid level comparator 12 can be a voltage signal, and the liquid level comparator 12 transmits to the fourth The signal and the fifth signal may be level signals.

Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 10 , the liquid level comparator 12 can be a step voltage comparator, that is, a signal is input, which corresponds to two voltage "points" (the voltage value U 03 corresponding to the first preset height threshold and the second The voltage value U 04 corresponding to the preset height threshold is compared to obtain two logic output results with different degrees.

2/3。Exemplarily, the first preset height threshold may be 1/3 of the distance between the top wall 206 and the bottom wall 207 , and the second preset height threshold may be 2/3 of the distance between the top wall 206 and the bottom wall 207 .

It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the liquid level value detected by the liquid level sensor 11 can be directly input into the power supply controller 5, and the power supply controller 5 can compare the liquid level height value with the first preset value through a software algorithm. It is also applicable to set the height threshold to compare with the second preset height threshold, and then control the water pump to work or not to work according to the comparison result.

In order to prompt the user to fill the oxygen generating humidifier 2 with water in time, see FIG. 7 , in some embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further includes a float switch 13 (as shown in FIG. 3 ) and a second indicator light 14 . The second indicator light 14 is electrically connected to the power supply controller 5; wherein, the power supply controller 5 is further configured to supply power to the second indicator light 14 if the sixth signal is received.

In such a design, when the water in the first chamber 201 and the second chamber 202 is reduced to a level equal to the third preset height threshold, the power supply controller 5 receives the sixth signal, and the second indicator light 14 lights up. The user is prompted to add water into the oxygen generating humidifier 2 .
