The pre-cleaning liquid flows through the pre-cleaning fine filter, the spray pipe, the pre-cleaning chamber, the magnetic filter basket, the insert plate filter screen, the pre-cleaning oil-water separator and continuously circulates under the driving of the pre-cleaning pump 20, and the pre-cleaning liquid continuously performs self-filtering purification and oil-water separation while playing a pre-cleaning role.
The cleaning scanning spray unit consists of a cleaning chamber 6 and a cleaning scanning spray system, and a cleaning water tank is assembled at the right side (feeding direction) of the combined machine body 17; the cleaning scanning spray system 7 is composed of a spray pipe moving assembly assembled at the top in the cleaning chamber, annular spray pipes connected to the spray pipe moving assembly on the cleaning chamber from top to bottom and from left to right, and adjustable nozzles arranged on the movable annular spray pipes, so that the all-dimensional scanning cleaning spray system 7 is formed for cleaning gears, the cleaning scanning spray system 7 is provided with a set of water circulation pipelines, and the water circulation pipelines comprise a cleaning pump 27 assembled on one side of a cleaning water tank, a cleaning oil-water separator 30 assembled on the cleaning water tank, a cleaning fine filter 28 and a cleaning water tank heater 31; the cleaning liquid is filtered and purified by a cleaning magnetic filter basket 32, a cleaning plugboard filter screen 29, a cleaning oil-water separator 30, a cleaning fine filter 28 and the like; the cleaning magnetic filter basket, the plugboard filter screen, the oil-water separator and the fine filter shell are made of stainless steel materials, and the cleaning fine filter bag is made of non-woven fabrics with different filter precisions. The cleaning liquid flows through the magnetic filter basket, the fine filter, the oil-water separator, the plugboard filter screen, the spray pipe and the cleaning chamber in sequence under the driving of the cleaning pump 27, and continuously circulates to play a cleaning role and simultaneously continuously perform the self-filtering purification and oil-water separation functions.
The rinsing scanning spraying unit consists of a rinsing chamber 8 and a rinsing scanning spraying system, and a rinsing water tank is assembled on the right side (feeding direction) of the combined machine body 17; the rinsing scanning spray system 9 is composed of a spray pipe moving component assembled at the top in a rinsing chamber, an annular spray pipe connected to the spray pipe moving component and arranged on the rinsing chamber in an up-down and left-right mode, and an adjustable nozzle arranged on the movable annular spray pipe, so that the all-dimensional scanning type rinsing spray system 9 is formed for rinsing the gear, the rinsing scanning spray system 9 is provided with a set of water circulation pipelines and comprises a rinsing pump 38 assembled on one side of a rinsing water tank, a rinsing oil-water separator 35 assembled on the rinsing water tank, a rinsing fine filter 37 and a rinsing water tank heater 34; the filtration and purification of the rinsing liquid respectively comprises a rinsing magnetic filter basket 33, a rinsing plugboard filter screen 36, a rinsing oil-water separator 35, a rinsing fine filter 37 and the like; the rinsing magnetic filter basket, the plugboard filter screen, the oil-water separator and the fine filter shell are made of stainless steel materials, and the rinsing fine filter bag is made of non-woven fabrics with different filter precisions. The rinsing liquid flows through the magnetic filter basket, the fine filter, the oil-water separator, the insert plate filter screen, the spray pipe and the rinsing chamber in sequence under the driving of the rinsing pump 38, and continuously circulates to play a rinsing role and simultaneously continuously perform the filtering purification and oil-water separation functions of the rinsing liquid.
The scanner blow-drying unit 11 is assembled in the blow-drying chamber 10 and connected to a compressed air line outside the blow-drying chamber 10 purified by an air cleaner 39.
The exhaust fog dissipation system comprises fog exhaust fans 12 assembled at two ends of the top of the combined machine body 17, and the two fog exhaust fans exhaust fog at two ends to the outside through exhaust pipelines, so that the surrounding working environment is ensured.
The specific cleaning process is as follows:

In order to ensure the cleanness of the pre-cleaning liquid/rinsing liquid, a pre-cleaning, cleaning and rinsing liquid water tank is separately and independently arranged on the right side of the cleaning device, and liquid washed from the surface of the gear passes through a magnetic filter basket for coarse filtration, then passes through a fine filter, an insert plate filter screen and an oil-water separator and enters a pre-cleaning chamber/rinsing chamber to pre-clean/rinse the gear so as to ensure the cleanness of the gear.

1. Automobile drive axle gear belt cleaning device, its characterized in that: comprises a combined machine body and a conveying unit for conveying workpieces;
a pre-cleaning chamber, a rinsing chamber and a blow-drying chamber are arranged in the combined machine body;
a water tank is arranged at the lower part of the pre-cleaning chamber, an ultrasonic generator is arranged in the water tank, and a circulating system is arranged outside the pre-cleaning chamber; the circulating system comprises a pre-cleaning pump, a pre-cleaning plugboard filter screen, a pre-cleaning water tank heater, a pre-cleaning fine filter, an oil distribution tank, a pre-cleaning oil-water separator and a pre-cleaning magnetic filter basket which are sequentially communicated;
the cleaning chamber and the rinsing chamber are internally provided with a scanning spraying unit respectively; the scanning and spraying unit comprises an annular pipeline with an adjustable nozzle, the annular pipeline is connected with the cleaning chamber or the rinsing chamber in a sliding mode through a moving assembly, the annular pipeline is communicated with a water pump, the water pump is communicated with a water tank, and an oil-water separator and a filter are further arranged between the water pump and the water tank;
a scanning blow-drying unit is arranged in the blow-drying chamber;
the two ends of the top of the combined machine body are provided with air exhaust and fog dissipation units;
the conveying unit comprises an inner conveying unit positioned inside the combined machine body and an outer conveying unit positioned outside the combined machine body.
