The stirring shaft adopts a sectional and detachable mode, and is convenient to install and maintain. Claims (9)
1. A stirring and aeration integrated fermentation tank is characterized by comprising a fermentation tank, a stirring shaft and an aeration device;
a stirring shaft is arranged in the fermentation tank, the stirring shaft is hollow and is vertically connected with stirring blades with hollow interiors, a plurality of aerators communicated with the hollow interiors of the stirring blades are arranged on the stirring blades, and the hollow interiors of the stirring shaft are communicated with the hollow interiors of the stirring blades;
the stirring shaft comprises an upper stirring shaft, a middle stirring shaft and a lower stirring shaft, wherein the upper stirring shaft is provided with an upper stirring blade, the middle stirring shaft is provided with a middle stirring blade, and the lower stirring shaft is provided with a lower stirring blade; the upper stirring shaft, the middle stirring shaft and the lower stirring shaft are detachably connected; the upper stirring shaft is positioned on the stirring layer of the fermentation tank, the middle stirring shaft is positioned on the fermentation layer of the fermentation tank, and the lower stirring shaft is positioned on the cooked food layer of the fermentation tank;
the upper stirring shaft passes through the upper part of the fermentation tank and is connected with the driving mechanism; the lower stirring shaft penetrates through the lower part of the fermentation tank and is connected with the aeration pipe through a bearing, and the aeration device is communicated with the hollow part in the stirring shaft through the aeration pipe and is used for inputting high-pressure air.
2. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter according to claim 1, wherein the upper stirring shaft and the middle stirring shaft and the lower stirring shaft are connected by flanges, and a sealing gasket is provided between the flanges.
3. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter according to claim 1, wherein the upper stirring shaft and the upper stirring blade, the middle stirring shaft and the middle stirring blade, and the lower stirring shaft and the lower stirring blade are connected by a flat key.

The integrated stirring and aeration fermentation tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the upper stirring blades on the upper stirring shaft is larger than that of the lower stirring blades on the middle stirring shaft; the number of the upper stirring blades on the middle stirring shaft is more than that of the lower stirring blades on the lower stirring shaft.
5. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter according to claim 1, wherein the size of the upper stirring blade, the middle stirring blade and the lower stirring blade is decreased in turn.
6. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter of claim 1, wherein an insulation layer is provided outside the fermenter.
7. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter of claim 1, wherein the bearing is installed on a bearing seat, and the bearing seat is installed on a fixed support frame.
8. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter according to claim 7, wherein the bearing seat is provided with a sealing ring at the contact surface with the lower stirring shaft.
9. The integrated stirring and aeration fermenter according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism is a motor.
