Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, in an embodiment, the filling assembly 30 includes a moving mechanism 31 and a filling mechanism 32, the moving mechanism 31 is fixedly connected to the positioning plate 11, the filling mechanism 32 is connected to the moving mechanism 31, the filling mechanism 32 can contain the filler 200 therein, the moving mechanism 31 drives the filling mechanism 32 to partially dispose the filling mechanism 32 in the first through hole 221, and the filling mechanism 32 can inject the filler 200 into the recess 301 through the first through hole 221.
In one embodiment, the moving mechanism 31 includes a first mounting plate 311, a second mounting plate 312, and a second moving drive 313. The first mounting plate 311 is fixedly connected to the positioning plate 11, the second mounting plate 312 is slidably connected to the first mounting plate 311, and the second movable driving member 313 is connected to the second mounting plate 312.
