A coal mine dust removal device is shown in figure 1 and comprises an air suction pipe 1, a dust falling device 2, a filtering device 3, a suction fan set 4 and an air outlet pipe 5. The air suction unit 4 is electrified, air enters the dust falling device 2 from the air suction pipe to remove large-particle dust, fine particles are removed through the filtering device 3, and fresh air flows out of the air outlet pipe 5. The dust removal device has the advantages that each part is an independent module, each module can be detached firstly in a place with limited space, the occupied space is small, the carrying is convenient, and each module is connected with the interface through which airflow flows along the air suction direction in a sealing mode when arriving at a dust removal place to perform dust removal work. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the air intake pipe 1 is a flexible bellows, and the inlet of the air intake pipe is further connected with an ash suction cover 6, and the ash suction cover 6 is provided with a filter screen 7 for filtering coal at an ash suction end.
A spraying device 8 is further disposed between the air suction pipe 1 and the dust falling device 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the spraying device comprises a spraying tank 81, a venturi 82, a water suction pipe 83, a water tank 84, a water inlet pipe 85, a water inlet valve 86, and a liquid level indicator 87. The spray box 81 is a closed box provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the venturi 82 is arranged in the spray box 81, the air inlet and the air outlet of the venturi 82 are respectively connected with the air inlet and the air outlet on the spray box 81, the lower area of the venturi 82 in the spray box 81 is closed to form a water tank 84, one end of the water suction pipe 83 is connected with the throat of the venturi 82, the other end of the water suction pipe extends into the bottom of the water tank 84 from the opening of the water tank 84, the water inlet pipe 85 is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the water tank 84, a water inlet valve 86 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 85, and the liquid level indicator 87 is a slender pipe which is arranged on the side surface of the water tank 84, one end of the slender pipe is communicated with the bottom of the water tank 84, and the other end of the slender pipe is communicated with the top of the water tank 84.
As shown in fig. 3, the dust falling device 2 includes a dust falling box 21, a cyclone filter 22, a dust collecting box 23, and a knob 24. The dust falling box 21 is a closed box provided with a side air inlet and an upward air outlet, the cyclone filter 22 is arranged inside the dust falling box 21, the air inlet and the air outlet of the cyclone filter are respectively connected with the air inlet and the air outlet of the dust falling box 21, the bottom ash outlet of the cyclone filter is connected with the dust collecting box 23, the dust collecting box 23 is a closed area at the lower end of the cyclone filter 22 in the dust falling box 21, a transparent observation port is arranged on the side wall of the dust collecting box 23, the bottom shell of the dust collecting box 23 is in threaded connection with the side wall, and the knob 24 is fixed on the bottom shell of the dust collecting box 23.
As shown in fig. 1, a drying device 9 is connected between the dustfall device 2 and the filter device 3.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the filter device 3 is an air cleaner provided with a multi-stage filter cartridge, and includes a cartridge 31, a housing 32, a clip 33, a wedge-shaped top block 34, and a pressure spring 35. The filter element 31 has a generally rectangular overall configuration and comprises a fixed frame 312 and a plurality of cores 311 removably mounted on the fixed frame 312, the fixed frame 312 being wedge-shaped at the end parallel to the direction of air flow. The primary effect filter element, the intermediate effect filter element and the high-efficiency filter element are arranged in sequence along the air flow direction, and the filtering precision of the filter elements is increased in sequence. The shell 32 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet on the end face through which the air flow passes, a rectangular maintenance opening is arranged on one end face parallel to the air flow direction, the maintenance opening is opposite to the side face of the filter element 31 and is larger than the area of the side face of the filter element 31, and the clamp 33 is a cantilever part with one end elastically hinged with the side face of the maintenance opening. The wedge-shaped top block 34 is connected with the inner side of the shell 32 right opposite to the maintenance opening in a sliding mode, the wedge surface of the wedge-shaped top block is matched with the wedge surface of the filter element 31, the long end face of the wedge-shaped top block is arranged on the windward side of the filter element 31, and the wedge-shaped top block 34 can move back and forth in the air flow direction along a slide way connected with the shell 32. The extension direction of the pressure spring 35 is consistent with the air flow direction, one end of the pressure spring is connected with the short end face of the wedge-shaped top block 34, and the other end of the pressure spring is connected with the shell 32. After the filter element 31 is installed, the inner side surface of the clip 33 abuts against the end surface of one side of the filter element 31, the short end surface of the wedge-shaped top block 34 abuts against the end surface of the other side of the filter element 31, the wedge-shaped top block 34 is static under the traction of the pressure spring 35, when the filter element 31 is normally used, the air pressure of the windward side is not enough to push the pressure spring 35 to work, the wedge-shaped top block 34 keeps static under the traction of the pressure spring 35, and when the filter element 31 reaches the maintenance working condition, the air pressure of the windward side is increased to overcome the elastic force of the pressure spring 35, the friction force between wedge faces and the elastic force of an elastic hinge connected with the clip 33 to push the wedge-shaped top block 34 to slide along a slide way connected with the shell 32.
When the dust removal device removes dust in an area limited by the space, all modules of the dust removal device are independently transported, and after the dust removal device reaches a dust removal place, the air inlets and the air outlets of all modules are sequentially connected through the short-circuit rubber tubes according to the air flow direction. The air suction unit 4 is connected with an external power supply, the length of the air suction pipe 1 is adjusted, the air suction cover 6 is aligned to a dust removal area, a switch of the air suction unit 4 is opened to start air suction, air with dust filters coal through the filter screen 7, the air enters the air inlet of the spraying device 8 through the air suction pipe, air flow passes through the venturi 82, negative pressure is generated at the throat of the venturi 82 to suck water in the water tank 84 into the venturi 82 and mix and atomize the water with the air, the weight of the dust in the air is increased, the atomized air flows out of the air outlet of the spraying device 8 to enter the dust falling device 2, the air enters the cyclone filter 22 from the air inlet in a tangential direction, dust with larger mass in the air sinks into the dust collecting box 23 under the centrifugal action, the air flow carries small-particle dust, the small-particle dust flows out of the air outlet to enter the drying device 9, the wet air is dried and enters the filtering device 3, the filter element 31 further filters the air, the small-particle dust is intercepted by the filter element, fresh air flows out of the air outlet, and dust removal is completed. And after the dust removal is finished, removing the short-circuit rubber pipes, separating the modules and facilitating the removal.
In the dust removal process, an operator can timely supply water to the water tank by observing the liquid level height of the liquid level indicator 87, and when the water is supplied, the water inlet pipe 85 is connected with an external water source, and the water inlet valve 86 is opened to supply water. Similarly, an operator checks the dust capacity through a viewing port on the dust collection box 23, rotates the knob 24 in the direction of loosening the threads between the bottom shell and the side walls of the dust collection box 23, and opens the bottom shell of the dust collection box 23 to clean dust in time. After the filtering device 3 is connected with the dust falling device 2, the airflow flows into the filtering device 3 from the dust falling box 21 to the upward air outlet, and the airflow direction in the filtering device 2 is from bottom to top. The new filter element 31 is pushed to overcome the elasticity of the elastic hinge connected with the clamp 32, the filter element is installed into the shell 32 from the maintenance port on the shell 32, after the installation, the inner side surface of the clamp 33 at one side end of the filter element 31 is propped against, and the end surface at the other side is propped against the short end surface of the wedge-shaped top block 34, so that the movement of the filter element 31 in the direction vertical to the maintenance port is limited. After working for a period of time, when the filter element 31 is blocked and needs maintenance, the air pressure in front of the filter element 31 is increased to a limit value, the air flow overcomes the elastic force of the pressure spring 35, the friction force between the wedge surfaces and the elastic force of the elastic hinge connected with the clamp 33, the pressure spring 35 is pushed to work, the wedge-shaped top block 34 moves upwards, the long end surface of the wedge-shaped top block pushes the filter element 31 to move towards the maintenance opening, the wedge surface of the filter element 31 and the wedge surface of the clamp 33 slide relatively, the maintenance opening is ejected out of the filter element 31, and an operator is reminded of maintaining the filter element 31 in time. Maintenance may be performed only on severely clogged cartridges 311.
In this embodiment, the pressure spring 35 is a compression spring, one end of the compression spring is connected with the short end face of the wedge-shaped top block 34, and the other end of the compression spring is connected with the upper portion of the housing 32, when the pressure of the air in front of the filter element 31 is increased to a limited value, the pressure spring 35 compresses upward to drive the wedge-shaped top block 34 to move upward. In other embodiments, the pressure spring 35 is an extension spring, one end of which is connected to the long end face of the wedge-shaped top block 34, and the other end of which is connected to the lower portion of the housing 32, and when the pressure of the air in front of the filter element 31 increases to a limited value, the pressure spring 35 is extended upward to drive the wedge-shaped top block 34 to move upward.
