and a filter element 44, wherein the filter element 44 is arranged inside the shell 41 and is used for purifying the gas discharged by the treatment barrel 20.
It will be appreciated that the housing 41 may be a cylinder or a cuboid having an internal cavity, and the housing 41 is mainly used to provide a space for cleaning gas, so as to prevent the gas exhausted from the processing barrel from directly exhausting along the air duct.
The housing 41 may be fixedly connected to the body 10 by any connection means, such as screwing, welding, riveting, etc.
The material of the housing 41 may be, but is not limited to, a metal material and a high temperature resistant plastic material, and this embodiment is not limited to this.
In order to facilitate the installation of the filter element 44, the casing 41 may be open at one end or open at two opposite ends, and the open end cover of the casing 41 is provided with an outer cover, so as to define an internal cavity between the outer cover and the casing 41, which is beneficial to the deodorization treatment of the gas to be treated in the internal cavity.
In order to enable the gas exhausted from the processing barrel 20 to enter the inner cavity of the casing 41 and exhaust the processed gas out of the inner cavity, the second air outlet 42 and the third air outlet 43 may be respectively disposed on the side wall of the casing 41 or the outer cover of the casing 41.
The filter element 44 may be one or more of a device containing activated carbon or other adsorbent material, an ultraviolet device, an ozone device, and a device containing a purification catalyst (e.g., microbial bacteria, lytic enzymes, etc.).
The filter element 44 can convert the gas discharged from the treatment barrel 20 into nontoxic harmless odorless gas through adsorption treatment and/or decomposition, thereby effectively realizing gas purification, avoiding environmental pollution and harming user health.
As a realizable manner, the filter element 44 includes a heating pipe 441 and at least one heat-conducting blade 442 disposed on an outer wall of the heating pipe 441, the heating pipe 441 is disposed along a length direction of the housing 41, and the heat-conducting blade 442 is coated with the purification catalyst.
The heating pipe 441 may be a heating wire or rod, a heating plate, or a self-heating material; of course, the heating pipe 441 may also be a heat pipe containing a high-temperature fluid (e.g., hot water), and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
The heating pipe 441 is used to increase the temperature inside the case 41; at least one heat conduction blade 442 is disposed on the outer wall of the heating pipe 441, which is not only beneficial to improving the heat conduction effect, but also beneficial to reducing the maintenance cost and prolonging the service life because other heat conduction blades can work normally when one or more heat conduction blades are damaged.
The heat-conducting blades 442 and the heating pipe 441 may be connected by any connection method, such as screwing, welding, riveting, or stamping, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The heat conducting blades 442 are coated with the purification catalyst, so that the reaction and conversion of the gas to be treated at high temperature can be catalyzed, the catalyst is not consumed in the reaction process, the catalyst can be recycled and does not need to be replaced, the service life is prolonged, and the heat conducting blades are convenient to use, clean and environment-friendly.
As a realizable manner, as shown in fig. 5, at least one heat-conducting blade 442 is distributed at intervals along the outer peripheral side of the heating pipe 441, and the heat-conducting blade 442 has a surface extending along the length direction of the heating pipe 441, and the surface is coated with a purification catalyst.
When the heating pipe 441 is a cylinder, the peripheral side of the outer wall of the heating pipe 441 refers to the side wall of the cylinder; the heat conducting blades 442 are uniformly distributed around the side wall of the cylinder, wherein the end surface of each heat conducting blade 442 connected to the heating pipe 441 may be sequentially and closely distributed, or may be distributed at intervals, as long as a predetermined included angle is formed between the surfaces of two adjacent heat conducting blades 442, and a gap exists between two adjacent heat conducting blades 442 for guiding air, and the predetermined included angle may be 0 ° to 180 °.
When the heating pipe 441 is a prism, the peripheral sides of the outer wall of the heating pipe 441 are four side walls of the prism, and the heat-conducting blades 442 can be connected to the side walls of the heating pipe 441 in parallel to form a fin structure, so that the heat-conducting effect is effectively improved; of course, the heat-conducting blades 442 may be distributed on the outer wall of the heating pipe 441 at other included angles.
In the embodiment, the number of the heat-conducting blades is large, and the heat-conducting effect is good; and the surface extends along the length direction of the shell, so that the contact area of gas and the catalyst is increased, the purification effect is further improved, smooth gas guide is facilitated, and the use safety of the machine body is ensured.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, at least one heat-conducting blade 442 is uniformly distributed along the length direction of the heating pipe 441, and the heat-conducting blade 442 has a surface extending along the radial direction of the heating pipe 441, and the surface is coated with the purification catalyst.
As an implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the garbage disposer further includes: the control system 60, the control system 60 includes a controller disposed inside the machine body 10, a control button 61 disposed on the outer wall of the machine body 10, and a display panel 62, and the controller is connected to the control button 61, the display panel 62, the heating body 31, the exhaust fan 32, and the driving motor 52, respectively.
The control system 60 may be a general control system for controlling the kitchen waste disposer to work to achieve different functions.
The controller may be an MCU controller or a PLC controller, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The controller may also be connected to the air intake fan 33 and the heating pipe 441 for controlling the operation thereof.
The control button 61 may be a power-on button, a heating button, a pulverizing button, a purge button, etc. When the garbage drying and purifying device is used, a user can dry, crush and/or purify garbage by operating different buttons.
The display panel 62 can display the temperature, the working state and other working parameters inside the machine body 10, so as to facilitate the user to check, and the user can know the working state of the processor in real time according to the information displayed by the display panel 62 and can adjust the working state of the processor according to the information displayed by the display panel 62.
The kitchen garbage disposer of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to an example.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a cover 70 is covered on the machine body 10, the inner barrel 21 is installed inside the outer barrel 22, a first gap 23 is formed between the inner barrel 21 and the outer barrel 22, the outer barrel 22 is installed inside the machine body 10, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are respectively formed on the outer wall of the machine body 10, an air duct is formed inside the inner wall of the machine body 10, an air inlet fan 33 is arranged inside the air duct in a region close to the air inlet 11, an exhaust fan 32 is arranged inside the air duct in a region close to the air outlet 12, a heating body 31 is arranged inside the air duct in a region close to an air outlet a1, an air outlet a1 of the air duct is communicated with the inner barrel 21, a cutter 51 is arranged inside the inner barrel 21, a driving motor 52 is installed at the bottom of the machine body 10, an output shaft of the driving motor 52 is connected with the cutter 51, a purifying assembly 40 is installed in a region close to the air outlet 12 of the machine body 10, a first air outlet 221 of the outer barrel 22 is connected with a second air outlet 42 of the purifying assembly 40, a third air outlet 43 of the purifying assembly 40 is connected with an air outlet a3 of the air duct through a guide pipe, and an air outlet a2 of the air duct is connected with the air outlet 12; the other side wall of the body 10 is provided with a control button 61 and a display panel 62.

at least one knife (51), said at least one knife (51) being arranged inside said treatment tub (20);
and the driving motor (52), the driving motor (52) is arranged in the machine body (10), and an output shaft of the driving motor (52) is connected with the at least one cutter (51).
3. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the disposal bin (20) comprises an inner bin (21) and an outer bin (22), the inner bin (21) is disposed in the outer bin (22), and a first gap (23) is formed between the outer wall of the inner bin (21) and the inner wall of the outer bin (22);

The kitchen waste disposer of claim 8, wherein the at least one heat conduction blade (442) is spaced along the outer peripheral side of the heating tube (441), and the heat conduction blade (442) has a surface extending along the length of the heating tube (441) and coated with the purification catalyst.
