When new wind is needed to be discharged, the louver blades can be driven to open the new wind outlet, so that the new wind outlet can normally discharge wind, and when the new wind is not needed, the louver blades can be driven to close the new wind outlet, thereby avoiding the situation that the new wind flows backwards indoors and influencing the indoor temperature. Referring to fig. 5 and 8 and 14-18, the driving mechanism 42 includes a gear 421, a rack 422, and a driving motor 423.
The gear 421 has a plurality of, gear and shutter plate one-to-one, and the quantity of gear 421 is the same with the quantity of shutter plate and each gear corresponds with a shutter plate promptly, and the one end of shutter plate is located to the gear to the tip fixed connection of gear and shutter plate. One of the gears is a driving gear, and the rest are driven gears.
The rack is meshed with the gears, namely the rack is meshed with all the gears. The driving motor may be fixedly disposed on the housing. Driving motor and driving gear fixed connection, driving motor work drive driving gear rotate and drive and the shutter plate rotation of driving gear connection, and the driving gear rotation drives the rack and removes, and the rack removes and drives driven gear and rotate and drive and driven gear connection's shutter plate and rotate, and simple structure can realize that the shutter plate opens and close the fresh air outlet.
The rack can be vertical to the louver blades and can be arranged on one side of the gear close to the shell. The louver blades can be horizontally arranged or vertically arranged or obliquely arranged.
The fresh air outlet can be roughly rectangular, and in order to conveniently set up the louver blades, the louver blades are horizontally arranged or vertically arranged. When the louver blades are horizontally arranged, the racks can be vertically arranged; when the louver blades are vertically arranged, the racks can be horizontally arranged.
But a plurality of shutter plate parallel arrangement to actuating mechanism can drive the synchronous rotation of shutter plate, makes the shutter plate can open or close new trend air outlet simultaneously, avoids the part to open and influences the air-out effect.
When the shutter plate rotates to close the fresh air outlet, the adjacent ends of two adjacent shutter plates are overlapped and rotate in opposite directions, and when the fresh air outlet is closed, the blades are interlocked, so that the problem that outdoor air flows backwards and indoors can be effectively prevented.
The cross-section of the louvres may be substantially parallelogram-shaped. Referring to fig. 11, when the louver blade closes the fresh air outlet, the surface of the louver blade far away from the indoor unit of the air conditioner is vertically disposed and parallel to the surface of the casing at the fresh air outlet. When the fresh air outlet is closed to the shutter plate, the contact surface of the overlapping position of two adjacent shutter plates is parallel and is obliquely arranged towards the fresh air outlet, and the adjacent ends of the two adjacent shutter plates are convenient to overlap. When the fresh air outlet was closed to the shutter plate, the shutter plate was close to the vertical setting in surface of one side of air conditioning indoor set and was parallel with the casing surface of fresh air outlet department.
In some embodiments of the present patent, referring to fig. 17-20, the driving mechanism further includes a gear fixing member 424 disposed on one side of the louver, a gear groove 4241 is disposed on one side of the gear fixing member facing away from the louver, a bottom wall through hole 4242 is disposed on a bottom wall of the gear groove, a gear is disposed in the gear groove and is connected to the louver through the bottom wall through hole, a rack guide groove 4243 communicated with the gear groove is disposed on one side of the gear fixing member close to the rack, and the rack is disposed in the rack guide groove, capable of supporting the gear and capable of guiding the rack.
The gear grooves are provided with a plurality of gear grooves which are in one-to-one correspondence with the gears, and two adjacent gear grooves can be communicated with each other. The gear fixing member may be perpendicular to the louver blades.
In some embodiments of this patent, refer to fig. 4, machine still includes the intercommunication piece 51 of locating the new trend air outlet inboard in the air conditioning, and the both ends of intercommunication piece correspond with new trend air exit and new trend air outlet respectively, and the shutter plate rotates to be connected in the intercommunication piece and is close to the one end of new trend air outlet, sets up the intercommunication piece and can be convenient for go out the new trend with new trend air exit and new trend air outlet intercommunication.
The fresh air exhaust outlet can be inserted into the communicating piece, so that the contact part between the fresh air exhaust outlet and the communicating piece can smoothly pass through the air.
Be equipped with the swivelling orifice 511 on the relative both sides wall of communicating piece, the relative both ends of shutter plate are equipped with column spinner 411, and in the column spinner was located the swivelling orifice, simple structure can realize that shutter plate and communicating piece's rotation is connected.
In some embodiments of the present patent, referring to fig. 5-7, the driving mechanism is disposed inside the casing, a side of the casing located at the fresh air outlet is recessed toward the outside of the casing to form a driving mechanism placing groove 15, one side of the driving mechanism placing groove close to the fresh air outlet has an opening 151 and is open to communicate with the fresh air outlet, and the gear fixing member is located inside the driving mechanism placing groove, so that the driving mechanism placing groove can play a certain protection role for the gear fixing member, and the appearance is beautiful.

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the left side or the right side of the machine shell is limited with a fresh air outlet;
the fresh air module is arranged in the shell and used for introducing outdoor fresh air into a room; the fresh air module comprises a fresh air shell, a fresh air cavity is defined in the fresh air shell, a fresh air outlet communicated with the fresh air cavity is defined on the fresh air shell, and the fresh air outlet is communicated with the fresh air cavity through the fresh air outlet;
a blind, comprising:
the louver blades are provided with a plurality of louver blades and are rotatably connected to the fresh air outlet;
and the driving mechanism is connected with the louver blades and drives the louver blades to rotate to open or close the fresh air outlet.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism includes:
the gear is provided with a plurality of gears, the gears correspond to the louver blades one by one, the gears are arranged at the same end of the louver blades and fixedly connected with the end parts of the louver blades, one of the gears is a driving gear, and the rest gears are driven gears;
the rack is meshed with the gear;
the driving motor is fixedly connected with the driving gear, the driving motor works to drive the driving gear to rotate and drive the louver blades connected with the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear rotates to drive the rack to move, and the rack moves to drive the driven gear to rotate and drive the louver blades connected with the driven gear to rotate.
3. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a gear fixing member disposed on one side of the louver, a gear groove is disposed on one side of the gear fixing member facing away from the louver, a bottom through hole is disposed on a bottom wall of the gear groove, the gear is disposed in the gear groove, the gear is connected to the louver through the bottom through hole, a rack guide groove communicated with the gear groove is disposed on one side of the gear fixing member close to the rack, and the rack is disposed in the rack guide groove.
4. The indoor unit of claim 1, further comprising a communication member disposed inside the fresh air outlet, wherein two ends of the communication member respectively correspond to the fresh air outlet and the fresh air outlet, and the louver is rotatably connected to one end of the communication member near the fresh air outlet.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of the louver blades are parallel and the driving mechanism drives the louver blades to rotate synchronously.
6. The indoor unit of claim 5, wherein when the louvers rotate to close the fresh air outlet, adjacent ends of two adjacent louvers overlap and rotate in opposite directions.
7. The indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein when the louver blades close the fresh air outlet, a surface of a side of the louver blades away from the indoor unit of the air conditioner is vertically disposed and parallel to a surface of the casing at the fresh air outlet, and/or when the louver blades close the fresh air outlet, a contact surface at an overlapping portion of two adjacent louver blades is parallel and obliquely disposed toward the fresh air outlet.
8. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein rotation holes are formed in opposite side walls of the communication member, rotation columns are formed at opposite ends of the louver, and the rotation columns are disposed in the rotation holes.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the driving mechanism is provided inside the casing, a side of the casing located at the fresh air outlet is recessed toward an outside of the casing to form a driving mechanism accommodating groove, a side of the driving mechanism accommodating groove close to the fresh air outlet has an opening that communicates with the fresh air outlet, and the gear fixing member is located in the driving mechanism accommodating groove.
10. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the fresh air chamber includes a fresh air blower chamber, a fresh air inlet chamber disposed on one side of the fresh air blower chamber, and a fresh air outlet chamber disposed on the other side of the fresh air blower chamber, and the fresh air outlet is formed on a chamber wall on a side of the fresh air outlet chamber close to the fresh air outlet.
