A silica gel surface photocuring process comprises the following steps:

s3, spraying liquid silica gel

When the base material moves horizontally to the lower part of the rubber scraping plate 72, the moving plate 71 is driven to reciprocate horizontally, the moving plate 71 enables the rubber scraping plate 72 to reciprocate horizontally, the rubber scraping plate 72 reciprocates horizontally and scrapes off redundant liquid silica gel on the upper surface of the base material, and the scraped liquid silica gel falls into the returning-type collecting tank 12.
The working principle is as follows: when liquid silica gel needs to be sprayed on the surface of the base material, a worker firstly places the base material at the center of the material box 13, and the upper surface of the base material and the upper surface of the material box 13 are kept flush;

along with the intermittent movement of the base material, when the base material horizontally moves to the lower part of the spray head body 61, a worker simultaneously starts the second motor 63 and the spray head body 61, the second motor 63 enables the second rotating rod 52 to rotate, the second rotating rod 52 enables the special-shaped handle 53 to rotate by taking the axis of the second rotating rod 52 as the center of a circle, the special-shaped handle 53 enables the oscillating rod 57 to oscillate in a reciprocating manner by taking the axis of the first rotating shaft 56 as the center of a circle through the convex rod 54, the arc-shaped groove 59 and the arc-shaped block 58, the oscillating rod 57 enables the spray head body 61 to oscillate in a reciprocating manner through the fixed rod 6, and meanwhile, the spray head body 61 in a reciprocating manner uniformly sprays the liquid silica gel on the upper surface of the base material, so that the uniform spraying of the liquid silica gel is conveniently realized, and the spraying uniformity of the liquid silica gel is effectively improved;
meanwhile, the second rotating rod 52 rotates the second transmission rod 82 through the two transmission wheels 84 and the transmission belt 85, the second transmission rod 82 rotates the first transmission rod 79 through the two bevel gears 83 which are meshed with each other, the first transmission rod 79 rotates the rotating disc 8, the rotating disc 8 pushes the push rod 78 for operation through the rotating rod 81, the push rod 78 enables the moving plate 71 to reciprocate and horizontally move through the fixing sleeve 77, the second rotating shaft 76 and the two fixing plates 75, the moving plate 71 enables the rubber scraping plate 72 to reciprocate and horizontally move, when the base material horizontally moves to the position below the rubber scraping plate 72, the rubber scraping plate 72 reciprocates and scrapes off redundant liquid silica gel on the upper surface of the base material, and the scraped liquid silica gel falls into the square-shaped collecting tank 12, so that scraping of redundant liquid silica gel is conveniently realized, the sprayed effect of the liquid silica gel is effectively improved, and the photocuring effect of the subsequent liquid silica gel is effectively improved.
