Claims (18)

1. A perishable waste treatment complete system comprises a perishable waste pretreatment system and a sewage treatment system, and is characterized by further comprising a compost reactor, wherein pretreated organic slag sent by the perishable waste pretreatment system is sent into the compost reactor through a feed inlet of the compost reactor for composting pretreatment, and the pretreated organic slag is sent into an organic fertilizer treatment workshop for composting treatment; and sewage of the perishable garbage pretreatment system is sent into the sewage treatment system for treatment through a sewage output port of the perishable garbage pretreatment system and a sewage input port of the sewage treatment system.
2. A perishable waste management system according to claim 1, wherein the perishable waste preparation system comprises at least one perishable waste bin, at least one feeding conveyor and at least one extruder; perishable rubbish silo is used for accepting the perishable rubbish of collection, the feeding side of material loading conveyer with perishable rubbish silo butt joint will perishable rubbish in the perishable rubbish silo carries out, the discharge side of material loading conveyer is connected with the feeding side of extruder, material loading conveyer sends into the extruder with perishable rubbish and extrudees the dehydration, and perishable rubbish after the extruder extrusion dehydration sends into the compost reactor through the feed inlet of compost reactor and carries out the compost and handle.
3. A perishable waste disposal plant according to claim 2, wherein the perishable waste material bin is disposed in a pit, the wastewater treatment system having a lagoon also disposed in the pit and below the perishable waste material bin; the sewage tank is used for receiving the flushed sewage.

A perishable waste management system according to claim 3, wherein the perishable waste material bin is a perishable waste bin, wherein the perishable waste bin is lifted by a bin lift, wherein the perishable waste bin is lifted by the bin lift to the perishable waste feed side of the drain cleaning extruder to dump perishable waste in the perishable waste bin to the perishable waste feed side of the drain cleaning extruder.

A perishable waste management system according to claim 5, further comprising a waterlogging cleaning press, the perishable waste feeding side of the waterlogging cleaning press abutting the perishable waste bin, the perishable waste discharge side of the waterlogging cleaning press abutting the feeding side of the feeding conveyor, the waterlogging cleaning press cleaning the received perishable waste to waterlogging; and a sewage discharge port of the draining cleaning extruder is in butt joint with the sewage treatment system, and the sewage after cleaning and draining is sent into the sewage treatment system for treatment.
7. A perishable waste management system as set forth in claim 6, wherein the perishable waste preparation system further comprises at least one shredder disposed between the discharge side of the infeed conveyor and the feed inlet of the composting reactor, the shredder shredding the perishable waste to shred bones, whole cabbage, or long vegetables therein.
8. A perishable waste management system as set forth in claim 7, wherein the perishable waste preparation system further comprises at least one shredder disposed between the shredder and the feed inlet of the composting reactor, the shredder shredding perishable waste.
9. A perishable waste treatment complete system according to claim 8, wherein a washing water gun is installed above the perishable waste material bin, a plurality of water outlets are formed on the bin wall of the perishable waste material bin, the washing water gun sprays cleaning water or cleaning liquid into the perishable waste material bin to wash perishable waste in the perishable waste material bin; and the flushed sewage is discharged out through a plurality of water outlets on the bin wall of the perishable garbage bin and enters the sewage treatment system for treatment.
10. A perishable waste management system according to claim 9, wherein magnetic separators and de-ironing separators are provided at the infeed side or/and the outfeed side or/and the intermediate position of the infeed conveyor.
11. A perishable waste management system set forth in claim 10 wherein the shredder is vertically disposed from the shredder, the shredder feed opening is connected to the discharge side of the infeed conveyor, and the shredder discharge opening is connected to the shredder feed opening such that shredded perishable waste is gravitationally fed into the shredder.
12. A perishable waste management system according to claim 10, wherein the shredder is arranged vertically above the shredder and a third intermediate conveyor is provided between the shredder and the shredder, the third intermediate conveyor having an inlet side abutting the discharge outlet of the shredder and an outlet side abutting the discharge outlet of the shredder.
13. A perishable waste management system according to claim 11 or 12, wherein extruded perishable waste exits and waste exits are provided at the bottom of the extruder, the extruded perishable waste exits being connected to the infeed side of a second intermediate conveyor, the outfeed side of the second intermediate conveyor being connected to the infeed port of the composting reactor; the sewage discharge port is connected with the sewage tank through a sewage tank pipeline.
14. A perishable waste management system, as set forth in claim 13, wherein said extruded organic residue outlet is connected to said second intermediate conveyor at the feed side thereof by a micro diaphragm pump assembly; and a biological deodorant atomizing nozzle is arranged on the feeding side of the second intermediate conveyor, and sprays biological deodorant to the organic slag extruded on the feeding side of the intermediate conveyor.
15. A perishable garbage treatment complete set system as set forth in claim 1, wherein a material turning machine set, a rolling sieve magnetic attraction screening machine set and a finished product bagging machine set are arranged in the organic fertilizer treatment workshop, organic fertilizer after composting treatment in the organic fertilizer treatment workshop is turned and fermented by the material turning machine set, and then is screened by the rolling sieve magnetic attraction screening machine set to be fed into the finished product bagging machine set for finished product packaging; the waste gas produced in the organic fertilizer treatment workshop is treated by a waste gas treatment device and then is discharged.
16. A perishable waste disposal plant as set forth in claim 15 wherein the ceiling of said organic fertilizer processing plant is a sunlight shed.
17. A perishable waste management system according to claim 15, wherein the waste gas treatment device comprises a waste gas collection duct, a fan train, a spray tower train, a circulation device, a purifier; the air inlet of the waste gas collecting pipeline is connected with a waste gas collecting port of the organic fertilizer treatment workshop, the air outlet of the waste gas collecting pipeline is connected with the air inlet of the air guiding unit, the air outlet of the air guiding unit is connected with the air inlet of the spray tower unit, the air guiding unit of the spray tower purifier sucks waste gas into the spray tower purifier, the waste gas flows through a filling layer section in the spray tower purifier and is fully contacted with washing liquid flowing through the filling layer section to adsorb acidic or alkaline dirt contained in the waste gas, and the washed waste liquid is collected into a water collecting tank in the spray tower purifier and then is discharged to the sewage treatment system for treatment; the circulating device is connected with the spray tower purifier and is used for circularly treating the waste gas passing through the filling layer section in the spray tower purifier; and (4) after being treated by the spray tower purifier, feeding the treated gas into a purification device for purification treatment, and exhausting the purified gas.
18. A perishable waste management system, as set forth in claim 17, wherein said waste water management system further comprises oil-water separation means, waste oil tanks, waste water treatment tanks, stacking screw units, storage tanks, air flotation units, anaerobic tanks, facultative tanks, aerobic tanks, return tanks, sedimentation tanks; sewage from the sewage treatment system sewage tank and the spray tower purifier is sent into the oil-water separation device for oil-water separation, separated oil is sent into a waste oil tank after being discharged from an oil outlet of the oil-water separation device, and separated water is stirred in the sewage treatment tank after being discharged from a water outlet of the oil-water separation device; the sewage after the stirring treatment is sent into a screw stacking machine set by a first sewage pump for filter pressing treatment, and sludge in the sewage is removed after the filter pressing treatment, and enters a sludge box; the sewage after the sludge is removed enters a storage tank, the sewage in the storage tank enters an air floatation unit by using a second sewage pump to separate floaters in the sewage, and the floaters enter a sundry box; and (2) the sewage from which the scum is removed enters an anaerobic tank for anaerobic treatment, biogas generated by the anaerobic treatment is recovered, the sewage after the anaerobic treatment is sent into a facultative tank for facultative treatment, the sewage after the facultative treatment is sent into an aerobic tank for aerobic treatment, the sewage after the aerobic treatment is sent into a reflux tank for reflux treatment, the sewage after the reflux treatment is sent into a sedimentation tank for sedimentation treatment, and the water after the sedimentation treatment is recycled or discharged.
