Background

The applicant finds that the existing round grinding wheel generally needs to be ground in the machining process, and the existing equipment can only grind one surface in the grinding process, so that the actual grinding efficiency is low, and therefore the round grinding wheel grinding auxiliary device is provided.

an L-shaped mounting plate is fixedly mounted on one side of the top plate, an adjusting screw rod penetrates through the end part of a horizontal support arm of the L-shaped mounting plate in a threaded manner, and a contact plate attached to the top end of the round grinding wheel is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the adjusting screw rod;
a through hole in the vertical direction is formed in the horizontal support arm of the L-shaped mounting plate, a side surface polishing assembly penetrates through the through hole, the side surface polishing assembly comprises a sliding pipe which is arranged at the through hole in the horizontal support arm of the L-shaped mounting plate in a sliding mode, a penetrating and contracting rod vertically penetrates through the sliding pipe, and a polishing head is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the penetrating and contracting rod;
the horizontal support arm of the L-shaped mounting plate is provided with a threaded through hole, a screw rod penetrates through the L-shaped mounting plate at the position of the threaded through hole in a threaded mode, an installation head is sleeved at one end of the screw rod, and a side grinding head is fixedly installed on one side of the installation head.
