one end of the first medicament backflow stirring pipe (19) is connected to the delivery pipelines of the first centrifugal pump (2) and the first safety filter (15), and the other end of the first medicament backflow stirring pipe (19) is connected to the first medicament box (1);
one end of the first medicament standby backflow stirring pipe (20) is connected with the first medicament backflow stirring pipe (19), and the other end of the first medicament standby backflow stirring pipe (20) is connected with the delivery pipelines of the second centrifugal pump (4) and the second security filter (16);
a first medicament backflow stirring valve (21) is arranged on the first medicament backflow stirring pipe (19); and a first medicament standby backflow stirring valve (22) is arranged on the first medicament standby backflow stirring pipe (20).

one end of the second medicament backflow stirring pipe (23) is connected to the delivery pipelines of the second centrifugal pump (4) and the second cartridge filter (16), and the other end of the second medicament backflow stirring pipe (23) is connected to the second medicament box (3);
one end of the second standby medicament backflow stirring pipe (24) is connected with the second medicament backflow stirring pipe (23), and the other end of the second standby medicament backflow stirring pipe (24) is connected to the conveying pipelines of the first centrifugal pump (2) and the first safety filter (15);
a second medicament reflux stirring valve (25) is arranged on the second medicament reflux stirring pipe (23); and a standby second medicament backflow stirring valve (26) is arranged on the standby second medicament backflow stirring pipe (24).

the second medicament adding pipe (28) is provided with a second medicament cartridge filter liquid outlet valve (31) and a second medicament adding valve (32);
the first medicament adding pipe (27) and the second medicament adding pipe (28) are connected to a membrane treatment system together through a flowmeter.
