The two ends of the protection strip 140 protrude out of the two side walls of the insertion plate 130, so that when the insertion plate 130 is inserted into the second tube 400, the overlapping bosses 141 on the two sides of the protection strip 140 can overlap the periphery of the second tube 400, and the overlapping bosses 141 can limit the embedding of the corner connecting member 100 in the second tube 400, thereby preventing the corner connecting member 100 from being embedded too far.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of friction ribs 150 are disposed on a plate surface of the insertion plate 130 away from the first insertion part 110, a side wall surface of the second insertion part 120 in the first direction, and two side wall surfaces of the first insertion part 110 in the second direction. The plurality of friction ribs 150 on the insertion plate 130 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, the plurality of friction ribs 150 on the second insertion part 120 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and the plurality of friction ribs 150 on the first insertion part 110 are arranged at intervals along the first direction.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, 7, 8, 10 and 11, the display frame further includes a middle corner brace 500, adjacent support tubes 600 and a cross beam 700, the support tubes 600 are connected to the second tube 400, the extending direction of the support tubes 600 intersects with the extending directions of the first tube 300 and the second tube 400, and the extending direction of the cross beam 700 extends along the transverse direction; the middle corner brace 500 comprises an embedding part 510 and a butting part 520 which are connected with each other, the size of the transverse surface of the butting part 520 is larger than that of the embedding part 510, the embedding part 510 is embedded in the inner side of the end part of the support tube 600 adjacent to the cross beam 700, the butting part 520 is butted on the end surface of the support tube 600, and the cross beam 700 is embedded in the butting part 520.
In this embodiment, the display frame is a display frame structure. In this embodiment, the display frame may be a picture frame hung on a wall. The first direction is a vertical direction and the second direction is a horizontal direction, the first tube 300 extends in the vertical direction and the second tube 400 extends in the horizontal direction. It should be noted that, the vertical direction does not only refer to the gravity direction, and in practical applications, the vertical direction may be changed according to the display angle of the display frame. The turn-over bead 200 extends in the lateral direction, i.e., in accordance with the extending direction of the second tube 400 in the present embodiment. The second caulking groove 420 is located above the first caulking groove 410, the transfer groove 430 is formed between the upper wall surface of the first caulking groove 410 and the side wall surface of the second caulking groove 420, and the turning bead 200 is mounted in the transfer groove 430 in a vertically turnable manner, so that the vertical turning of the turning bead 200 is not affected while the assembly between the second inserting part 120 of the corner connector 100 and the second pipe 400 and the assembly between the inserting plate 130 and the second pipe 400 are satisfied. Generally, the turning-over pressing bar 200 is disposed at the upper portion of the display frame, so that a user can take, place and fix the display board or the advertisement picture album by turning over the turning-over pressing bar 200. The specific structure of the turnover pressing bar 200 and the assembling structure between the turnover pressing bar 200 and the adapting groove 430 can refer to the prior art, and are not limited in detail herein.
The first insertion part 110 and the second insertion part 120 are both arranged in a plate shape, so that the corner connecting piece 100, the first pipe 300 and the second pipe 400 can be more conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the corner connecting piece 100 integrally arranged in a plate shape has less material consumption and light weight. Therefore, the plate surface direction of the first inserting part 110, the plate surface direction of the second inserting part 120 and the plate surface direction of the inserting plate 130 are consistent, so that the inserting connection between the corner connecting member 100 and the first and second pipes 300 and 400 is smoother.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 21 to 25, the thickness of the plugging plate 130 is smaller than the thickness of the first plugging portion 110 and the second plugging portion 120. Specifically, the socket plate 130 is coupled to the rear side of the second socket part 120 when the corner connector 100 is mounted to the first and second pipes 300 and 400. By making the thickness of the inserting plate 130 smaller than the thickness of the first inserting portion 110 and the second inserting portion 120, while the connection stability between the corner connecting member 100 and the first and second pipes 300 and 400 is ensured, a space is formed between the front side of the inserting plate 130 and the upper side of the second inserting portion 120. When the corner connector 100 is mounted on the second pipe 400, the transfer groove 430 may be formed between the upper wall surface of the first insertion groove 410 and the side wall surface of the second insertion groove 420 of the second pipe 400, so that the space may be fully utilized, and the second pipe 400 does not need to be additionally increased in height or width to provide the transfer groove 430, thereby making the overall structure more compact.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 21 to 25, the corner connector 100 further includes a protection structure 160, the protection structure 160 includes a corner protecting strip 161 and a mounting member 163 connected to each other, the first inserting portion 110 has a mounting groove 111 adjacent to the end surface of the inserting plate 130, the mounting member 163 is detachably mounted in the mounting groove 111, the corner protecting strip 161 is exposed out of the mounting groove 111, and the inserting plate 130 extends to the pressing mounting member 163.
In this embodiment, by detachably connecting the protection structure 160 to the first insertion part 110, the protection structure 160 is formed separately, and a more complex structure can be disposed on the protection structure 160, so that the forming process of the entire corner connector 100 is simpler. The mounting groove 111 is formed in the end face, adjacent to the plug board 130, of the first plug part 110, so that the plug board 130 extends to the pressing mounting piece 163, the plug board 130 can be fully utilized to fix the protection structure 160, the connection between the protection structure 160 and the first plug part 110 is more stable and reliable, and the protection structure 160 is effectively prevented from being loosened. The corner bead 161 can make the joint of the first and second pipes 300 and 400 more beautiful and prevent the edges of the first and second pipes 300 and 400 from scratching the user.
Further, the first plugging portion 110 has a plugging end surface 112 adjacent to the plugging plate 130, the plugging end surface 112 is disposed obliquely toward the plugging plate 130, the first sidewall 121 extends to be connected with the plugging end surface 112, and the mounting groove 111 is opened in the plugging end surface 112; the mounting member 163 includes a connecting shaft 164 and a pressing section 165 connected to each other, the connecting shaft 164 is inserted into the mounting groove 111, an inclined direction of the pressing section 165 is consistent with an inclined direction of the insertion end surface 112, a wall surface of the pressing section 165 departing from the insertion board 130 is attached to the insertion end surface 112, and the insertion board 130 presses the pressing section 165 toward the wall surface of the insertion board 130.
Through making the setting of pegging graft terminal surface 112 of first grafting portion 110 towards pegging graft board 130 slope, the incline direction of pressfitting section 165 is unanimous with the incline direction of pegging graft terminal surface 112, and when the installation, pressfitting section 165 deviates from pegging graft board 130's wall laminating pegging graft terminal surface 112, and pressfitting section 165 can be pressfitting by pegging graft board 130 towards the wall of pegging graft board 130, so, when being convenient for protective structure 160 and the dismouting of first grafting portion 110, make protective structure 160's installation more firm reliable. In addition, since the splicing surfaces of the first pipe 300 and the second pipe 400 are substantially inclined, when the pipe is installed, the first pipe 300 and the second pipe 400 are spliced at the splicing end surface 112, and the second pipe 400 can also be simultaneously pressed on the mounting member 163 of the protection structure 160, so that the whole structure is more compact, stable and reliable.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 16 to 25, the pressing section 165 has a clearance groove 166 formed on a wall surface facing the plug board 130, and the clearance groove 166 is disposed away from the plug board 130. The pressing section 165 is provided with a clearance groove 166 facing the wall surface of the plug board 130, so that the turnover pressing strip 200 can be prevented from being turned up and down, and the turnover pressing strip 200 can be turned over more smoothly.
Further, the corner bead 161 is provided with a clamping block 162 protruding towards the side wall of the first tube 300 and the side wall of the second tube 400, and the clamping block 162 is located inside the first tube 300 and the turnover bead 200. Through setting up this joint piece 162, can prevent effectively that angle bead 161 from taking place to warp. In addition, through making the joint piece 162 be located the inboard of first pipe 300 and upset layering 200, namely, set up in the joint piece 162 of angle bead 161 towards the lateral wall of first pipe 300 and be located the inboard of first pipe 300, set up in the joint piece 162 of angle bead 161 towards the lateral wall of second pipe 400 and be located the inboard of upset layering 200, thus, when the installation, even angle bead 161 has certain skew relative first pipe 300 and upset layering 200, also can realize with first pipe 300 internal face and upset layering 200 internal face looks butt through this joint piece 162, with the protective effect who guarantees angle bead 161, and then can guarantee product production installation stability.

A display frame is characterized by comprising a corner connecting piece, a turnover pressing strip, a first pipe and a second pipe which are adjacent, wherein the first pipe extends along a first direction, the second pipe extends along a second direction, the turnover pressing strip is connected to the first pipe or the second pipe in a turnover mode, a first caulking groove and a second caulking groove which are mutually communicated are formed in the second pipe, and the first caulking groove and the second caulking groove are arranged in a mode of avoiding the turnover pressing strip;
the corner connecting piece comprises a first inserting part, a second inserting part and an inserting plate, the first inserting part extends along a first direction, the second inserting part extends along a second direction, and the end part of the first inserting part is connected with the end part of the second inserting part; the plugboard extends along the second direction, the plugboard is connected with the side edge of the second plugboard, which extends along the second direction, the second plugboard is provided with a first side wall adjacent to the board surface of the plugboard, the first side wall is intersected with the board surface of the plugboard, and the first direction is intersected with the second direction;
the first inserting part is embedded in the inner side of the end part, close to the second pipe, of the first pipe in a matching mode, the second inserting part is embedded in the first embedding groove in a matching mode, and the inserting plate is inserted in the second embedding groove in a matching mode.

The display frame of claim 1, wherein the first direction is a vertical direction, the second direction is a horizontal direction, the second caulking groove is positioned above the first caulking groove, and a transfer groove is formed between an upper wall surface of the first caulking groove and a side wall surface of the second caulking groove; the turnover pressing strip extends along the transverse direction and can be arranged in the transfer groove in a vertically turnover manner; the first inserting part and the second inserting part are of plate-shaped structures, and the plate surface direction of the first inserting part, the plate surface direction of the second inserting part and the plate surface direction of the inserting plate are consistent.

The display frame of claim 8, wherein the first mating portion has a mating face adjacent the mating plate, the mating face being angled toward the mating plate, the first sidewall extending to meet the mating face, the mounting slot opening into the mating face; the installation piece comprises a connecting shaft and a pressing section which are connected with each other, the connecting shaft is inserted into the installation groove, the inclination direction of the pressing section is consistent with the inclination direction of the insertion end face, the wall face of the pressing section, which deviates from the insertion plate, is attached to the insertion end face, and the insertion plate presses the pressing section towards the wall face of the insertion plate.

The display frame of claim 9, wherein the press-fit section is provided with a clearance groove facing the wall surface of the insertion plate, and the clearance groove is arranged to avoid the insertion plate; and/or the corner bead faces towards the side wall of the first pipe and the side wall of the second pipe, and a clamping block is convexly arranged on the side wall of the second pipe and is positioned on the inner side of the first pipe and the turnover pressing strip.
