A certain amount of backwash liquid is introduced into the backwash water inlet pipe 162, and a corresponding amount of gas is introduced into the backwash gas inlet pipe 165, so that the backwash liquid is introduced through the filter chamber 142 by gas pressurization, thereby realizing the backwash operation of the filter pipe 141.
The waste material obtained after the backwashing operation is discharged through the backwashing water outlet pipe 164.
