如图8所示,搓针、打标机构5000具体包括能够对进入的麻醉针进行搓动的下搓针装置5010、上搓针装置5020以及对搓动中的麻醉针实施表面电腐蚀打标的打标装置5030。具体的,下搓针装置包括第三滑轨5011,第三滑轨与进入上搓针装置、下搓针装置之间的麻醉针空间垂直,在第三滑轨上滑设有一个搓针平台5012,该搓针平台与能够驱动其在第三滑轨上滑动的水平驱动部5013传动连接。于此同时,在搓针平台上方还水平的设置有一块下搓针板5014,该下搓针板与纵向设置的纵向驱动部5015传动连接,以使下搓针板具备升降功能。需要说明的是,为了保证下搓针板的稳定性,下搓针板的四角连接有四根滑插在搓针平台中的导柱以对下搓针板实施约束。在本实施例中,水平驱动部以及纵向驱动部均可采用伺服电机带动螺杆驱动或者伸缩缸驱动的形式实现驱动。而上搓针装置5020则包括第四机架5021,第四机架上安装有一台纵向设置的第七伸缩缸5022,该第七伸缩缸传动连接一块与下搓针板平行的上搓针板5023。而打标装置则采用电腐蚀形式,打标装置电连接于上搓针板和下搓针板上,当上搓针板与下搓针板对麻醉针实施搓动时,打标装置对麻醉针表面实施电腐蚀打标。具体的,搓针打标机构的工作方式为,转运机构将麻醉针送入至上、下搓针装置之间后,纵向驱动部动作驱动下搓针板上升直至接触麻醉针,随后第七伸缩缸伸出并带动上搓针板接触麻醉针,当上、下麻醉针均移动到位后,水平驱动部动作,带动下搓针板发生水平移动,在下搓针板移动过程中,因为摩擦力的作用而使得麻醉针被搓动,在搓动过程中打标装置通电以对麻醉针表面实施电腐蚀打标操作。As shown in FIG. 8 , the needle-rubbing and
