The skin tensioning mechanism according to claim 5, further comprising two fixing plates movably disposed on the first fixing frame and respectively disposed at two sides of the second fixing frame, wherein at least one pair of the first clamping plates and at least one pair of the second clamping plates are respectively disposed on the two fixing plates.
7. The skin tensioning mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the two fixing plates are respectively connected to the driving structure, and the driving structure drives the two fixing plates to approach each other.

The skin tensioning mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the pair of first clamping plates includes a first fixing plate and a first moving plate, the first fixing plate is movably disposed on the fixing frame assembly, the first moving plate is connected to the first driving member, and the first driving member is capable of driving the first moving plate to move closer to or away from the first fixing plate.
