The pair of stretchable waistband pants according to claim 3 further comprising: the first end part of the outer elastic waist strip is positioned above the sewing part of the front trousers piece and the rear trousers piece, the first end part of the outer elastic waist strip is sewn together with the outer waist piece and the inner waist piece, and the second end part of the outer elastic waist strip is sewn together with the outer waist piece; the first end portion of the inner elastic waist strip is sewn with the inner waist panel, and the second end portion of the inner elastic waist strip is sewn with the inner waist panel and the outer waist panel.

The pair of stretchable waistband pants according to claim 4 further comprising: the outer waist piece and the inner waist piece are double-layer waist pieces formed by sewing an inner cloth strip and an outer cloth strip, the end parts of the two ends of the outer waist piece, which are positioned at an outer fracture, are respectively provided with an outer non-sewing opening, and the two end parts of the outer elastic waist strip respectively extend into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the outer waist piece through the two outer non-sewing openings to be sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip;
the two ends of the inner waist piece are respectively extended into the space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the inner waist piece through the two inner non-sewing openings and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip.
