The paper transfer unit 300 is disposed on a side of the movable plate 110 away from the fixed plate 120, and is capable of transferring paper to the movable plate 110.
In this embodiment, the printed matter transfer unit 200 can transfer the printed matter to the cover folding unit 100. Here, the printed matter is a document album, a book, a brochure, or the like. The sheet transfer unit 300 can convey sheets to the cover folding unit 100. The cover opening unit 100 can open the cover of the printed matter so that the sheets are fed between the cover and the top sheet of the printed matter. On the whole, the manual operation is replaced, and the efficiency of post-treatment processing is greatly improved. Specifically, a fixing plate 120 is provided at one side of the cover opening unit 100, and the fixing plate 120 can support and fix the printed matter. Here, when the printed matter is placed on the fixing plate 120, the fore-edge of the printed matter faces upward, and the spine of the printed matter faces downward. Furthermore, the fixing plate 120 is disposed obliquely, and a first preset included angle is formed between the plane and the vertical direction. Specifically, the first preset included angle can be 30-75 degrees, so that the difficulty of opening the cover is effectively reduced, and the efficiency of opening the cover is improved. The other side of the cover opening unit 100 is provided with a movable plate 110, and the movable plate 110 is also inclined to form a second predetermined angle with the plane of the fixed plate 120. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cover opening unit 100 further includes a first adsorption part 130, a second adsorption part 140, and a third adsorption part. The first adsorption part 130 and the second adsorption part 140 are fixed on the movable plate 110. The first and second suction parts 130 and 140 allow the front cover of the printed matter to be closely attached to the movable plate 110. In the process of the cover being turned, the cover is not easily separated from the movable plate 110, so that the process of the cover being turned is stably and smoothly performed, and the efficiency of the cover being turned is improved. The third adsorption part is fixed on the fixed plate 120, so that the back cover of the printed matter can be tightly attached to the fixed plate 120, the stability of the position of the printed matter is effectively improved, the printed matter is not easy to fall off from the fixed plate 120, and the post-processing treatment efficiency is further ensured. Specifically, the movable plate 110 has a square structure, and the shape of the movable plate is the same as that of the front cover of the printed matter. The first adsorption parts 130 are fixed at the middle of the movable plate 110, and the number of the second adsorption parts 140 is four, and the four adsorption parts are respectively fixed at four corners of the movable plate 110. The fixing plate 120 is provided with a third yielding hole. The third hole of stepping down can dodge the third adsorption part. The third holes of stepping down are a plurality of, and a plurality of the third holes of stepping down are evenly distributed along the length direction of the fixing plate 120. Here, the fixing plate 120 has a square structure, and the length direction thereof is the same as the extending direction of the spine of the printed matter. The body length direction of the movable plate 110 is also the same as the extending direction of the spine of the printed matter. A first adsorption part 130 is fixed in the first abdicating hole, a second adsorption part 140 is fixed in each second abdicating hole, and the air outlet end of the first adsorption part 130, the suction end of the second adsorption part 140 and the inner side surface of the movable plate 110 are located on the same plane. Thus, the cover of the printed matter and the inner side of the movable plate 110 are attached more tightly. And a third adsorption part is fixed in each third abdicating hole. Moreover, the suction end of the third suction part and the inner side surface of the fixing plate 120 are located on the same plane, so that the back cover of the printed matter and the inner side surface of the fixing plate 120 are attached more tightly. Therefore, the stability of the position of the printed matter is greatly improved, the printed matter is not easy to fall off from the fixing plate 120, and the post-processing efficiency is improved.

The working process of the paper supplementing device is as follows:
first, the printed matter transfer unit 200 transports the single printed matter onto the fixed plate 120, then the cover opening unit 100 opens the cover of the printed matter, then the paper transfer unit 300 transports the single paper onto the inner side of the cover, then the glue dispensing unit 400 sprays glue lines to the bottom of the paper, and finally the second driving mechanism drives the supporting plate to integrally move to the side of the fixed plate 120 far away from the movable plate 110, so that the printed matter on the fixed plate 120 can fall down. The spine of the printed matter can fall between the two pairs of pressing rollers of the pressing mechanism 170 through the gap between the bottom of the fixed plate 120 and the bottom of the movable plate 110 to complete the job of feeding the printed matter with paper.
The specific process of transporting the individual printed products to the fixing plate 120 by the printed product transfer unit 200 is as follows:
a plurality of printed matters are sequentially stacked on the carrying plate of the first carrying mechanism 210 in layers with the spine of the printed matter of each layer facing the fixed plate 120, and then the height of the carrying plate of the first carrying mechanism 210 in the vertical direction is adjusted to be matched with the height of the first conveying mechanism. And then, the third compressed air source drives the first driving cylinder to start working, and under the action of the first driving cylinder, the second driving cylinder and the first traction plate move to the position right above the bearing plate of the first bearing mechanism. Then, the eighth compressed air source drives the second driving cylinder to start working. The second driving cylinder drives the first traction plate to move downwards and enables the first traction plate to be abutted to the cover. Then, the third vacuum pumping device starts to pump air to the fourth absorption portion, so that the side of the cover of the printed matter on the carrying plate of the first carrying mechanism 210, which is close to the spine, is tightly attached to the side of the first traction plate, which is close to the fixing plate 120. Then, the eighth compressed air source drives the second driving cylinder to drive the first traction plate to move upwards, and then the third compressed air source drives the first driving cylinder to drive the second driving cylinder and the first traction plate to move to the upper part of the first conveying belt. In the process, the printed matter moves above the first conveyor belt along with the first traction plate. Then, the third vacuum pumping device stops pumping air, the printed matter falls on the first conveyor belt and is conveyed to the position right above the fixed plate 120 by the first conveyor belt, and then the printed matter naturally falls on the fixed plate 120. Here, when the printed matter falls, the spine of the printed matter faces downward and the fore-edge faces upward. When the printed product is to be dropped, the interval between the two shutters of the aligning unit 500 is adjusted to be large. When the printed matter falls onto the fixing plate 120, the distance between the two blocking plates of the aligning unit 500 is adjusted so that the two blocking plates abut against the opposite ends of the front and back covers of the printed matter, respectively.
The specific process of the cover opening unit 100 for opening the cover of the printed matter is as follows:
the second blowing nozzles are fixed at the opposite ends of the fixing plate 120, and can blow air to the printed matter on the fixing plate 120, so that the cover and the paper of the printed matter are loosely opened, the cover is easily opened, and the possibility of simultaneously opening a plurality of pages is greatly reduced. Then, the first compressed air source blows compressed air to the first adsorption part 130 to make the first adsorption part 130 have a suction force. Thereafter, one side of the movable plate 110 of the cover opening unit 100 adjacent to the fixed plate 120 rotates toward the fixed plate 120, so that the cover of the printed matter is attached to the movable plate 110. Then, the first suction device sucks air from the second suction portion 140 to make the cover adhere more tightly. Thereafter, the movable plate 110 is moved away from the fixed plate 120 so that the front cover is opened.
The sheet transfer unit 300 transfers the sheet to the inner surface of the front cover as follows:
the multiple sheets of paper are stacked on the loading plate of the second loading mechanism 310 in sequence. Then, the height of the carrier plate of the second carrier mechanism 310 in the vertical direction is adjusted to be matched with the height of the second transport mechanism and the height of the air outlet end of the first blowing nozzle. The fourth compressed air source blows compressed air into the first blowing nozzle to loosen the paper on the carrying plate of the second carrying mechanism 310. And then, the sixth compressed air source drives the third driving cylinder to start working, and under the action of the third driving cylinder, the fourth driving cylinder and the second traction plate move to the position right above the bearing plate of the second bearing mechanism. The ninth compressed air source then drives the fourth drive cylinder into operation. And the fourth driving cylinder drives the second traction plate to move downwards and enables the second traction plate to be abutted against the top layer paper. Then, the fourth vacuum pumping device starts to pump air to the fifth absorption portion, so that one side of the paper on the supporting plate of the second supporting mechanism 310 close to the movable plate 110 is tightly attached to one side of the second traction plate close to the movable plate 110. Then, the ninth compressed air source drives the fourth driving cylinder to drive the second traction plate to move upwards, and then the sixth compressed air source drives the third driving cylinder to drive the fourth driving cylinder and the second traction plate to move to the position above the second conveying belt. In the process, the paper moves to the upper part of the second conveying belt along with the second traction plate. Then, the fourth vacuum pumping device stops pumping air, the paper falls onto the second conveyor belt and is conveyed to the position right above the movable plate 110 by the second conveyor belt, and then the single paper falls onto the inner side surface of the cover under the guidance of the guide part on the second support frame. Here, it should be noted that when the individual sheets are about to fall, the distance between the two shutters of the aligning unit 500 is adjusted to be large. When the individual sheets fall onto the inner side of the cover, the interval between the two baffles of the aligning unit 500 is adjusted so that the two baffles abut against the opposite ends of the individual sheets, respectively, thereby aligning the individual sheets and the cover.
The specific process of the glue spraying line from the glue dispensing unit 400 to the bottom of the paper is as follows:
the seventh compressed air source drives the fifth driving cylinder to start working, and under the action of the fifth driving cylinder, the glue dispensing valve moves towards the bottom of the obliquely arranged paper and dispenses the glue to the bottom of the paper. The second driving motor drives the third cylinder to move from one common side of the fixed plate 120 and the movable plate 110 to the other common side of the fixed plate 120 and the movable plate 110 through the second transmission rod, that is, the second driving motor drives the third cylinder and the dispensing valve to move along the longitudinal direction of the movable plate, and the dispensing valve can finish spraying of a glue line in the longitudinal movement process along the movable plate. It should be noted that the logic sequence and related supporting software executed by the device for supplementing printed matters into paper in normal operation are prior art, and are not described herein again.
