The temperature controller parameters are set according to the valve temperature control requirement, and the valve temperature is required to be controlled at 120 degrees according to the Tianwan nuclear power station, and the welding temperature rise has certain delay and needs to be slightly less than 120 degrees according to an empirical set value. The temperature controller automatically judges whether the temperature exceeds the critical temperature according to the temperature rise of the sensor, and an alarm signal is sent out when a set critical point is reached; in order to avoid frequent fluctuations at the critical temperature, which affects the overall circuit control, a return difference needs to be set, which is set to 5 degrees. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, an internal relay of the temperature controller is triggered to send out a unified alarm signal. The alarm signal is fed back to an external relay circuit (namely a time relay coil and an intermediate relay) through an alarm output point of the temperature controller, and an audible and visual alarm is lightened to give an alarm.
After the alarm contact of the temperature controller is closed, a coil S of the time relay is electrified and closed, an intermediate relay connected in the circuit is electrified and then started, and a normally closed switch is opened, so that the time relay S is triggered to start a delay action, and the time relay releases a closed switch circuit 3 seconds after power failure (the time is set according to welding process requirements). The process simulates the welder torch switch action. And after the welding machine receives the closing signal, the welding power supply is automatically stopped by an automatic control circuit of the welding machine according to the process requirement, and the welding is stopped.
In order to reduce the uncontrollable factors of welding of the on-site temperature control valve, a temperature control valve installation module can be manufactured, pipelines with the length of 1 meter are respectively welded at the two ends of the temperature control valve in advance in a workshop, and only the pipelines are welded on the site, so that the on-site welding efficiency can be improved, and the quality of the temperature control valve can be ensured.
