The cutting device 3 comprises a motor 32 which is arranged at the free end of the bracket 2 in a vertically movable manner, and a cutter holder 33 which is connected with the output end of the motor 32, wherein the motor 32 is positioned in the middle of the cutter holder 33, cutting knives 35 are arranged at two ends of the cutter holder 33, one cutting knife 35 is close to the motor 32 and used for cutting an inner circle on a plastic plate, and the other cutting knife 35 is far away from the motor 32 and used for cutting an outer circle on the plastic plate. The cutter holder 33 is a horizontally arranged rod-shaped structure, the cross section of the cutter holder 33 is rectangular, a sliding sleeve 34 matched with the cutter holder 33 is arranged on the cutting knife 35, the sliding sleeve 34 can slide along the cutter holder 33, a first threaded hole is formed in the sliding sleeve 34, the bolt 36 is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole, the end portion of the bolt 36 is tightly abutted to the cutter holder 33 to fix the sliding sleeve on the cutter holder 33, when the position of the cutting knife needs to be adjusted, the corresponding bolt only needs to be screwed, so that the end portion of the bolt leaves the cutter holder to slide the corresponding sliding sleeve to a proper position, and then the bolt is rotated reversely to enable the end portion of the bolt to be tightly abutted to the cutter holder.
