Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of power transmission, in particular to an outlet structure of a GIS (geographic information System) power transformation device and a GIS substation.
Background
GIS (gas insulated switchgear) is an English abbreviation of gas insulated totally-enclosed switchgear. The GIS is composed of a breaker, a disconnecting switch, a grounding switch, a mutual inductor, a lightning arrester, a bus, a connecting piece, an outgoing line terminal and the like, all the equipment or components are enclosed in a metal grounded shell, and SF6 insulating gas with certain pressure is filled in the metal grounded shell, so that the GIS is also called as an SF6 fully-closed combined electrical appliance. GIS devices have been widely operated around the world since the practical use in the 60's of the 20 th century. GIS is widely used not only in the high-voltage and ultra-high voltage fields, but also in the ultra-high voltage field. Compared with a conventional open-type transformer substation, the GIS has the advantages of compact structure, small occupied area, high reliability, flexible configuration, convenience in installation, high safety, high environmental adaptability, small maintenance workload and maintenance interval of main parts not less than 20 years.
Voltage transformers are instruments for transforming voltages, similar to transformers. The voltage transformer is mainly used for supplying power to a measuring instrument and a relay protection device, measuring the voltage, the power and the electric energy of a line, or protecting valuable equipment, a motor and a transformer in the line when the line fails. Therefore, the capacity of the voltage transformer is small, generally, the capacity is only a few volt-amperes and dozens of volt-amperes, and the maximum capacity is not more than one thousand volt-amperes.
The lightning arrester is an electric appliance for protecting electrical equipment from being damaged by high transient overvoltage during lightning stroke, limiting follow current time and limiting follow current amplitude.
For the existing GIS operation power transformation device, in the design scheme, a voltage transformer and a lightning arrester on the line outlet side of the GIS power transformation device are both arranged in the GIS power transformation device, the latest requirements of 35 kV-500 kV transformer substation equipment technology cannot be met, and the GIS operation power transformation device is not beneficial to maintenance of operation units. Therefore, the outlet structure of the GIS power transformation device of the existing transformer substation needs to be improved, and the voltage transformer and the lightning arrester are improved to be external. The outlet structure of the existing GIS transformer device is as follows: the GIS goat's horn at GIS transformer unit end is installed on the platform of being qualified for the next round of competitions, uses aluminium conductors (cable) steel reinforced to connect GIS goat's horn and output line. After the external scheme is changed, a voltage transformer and an arrester are additionally arranged on the original outgoing line platform. Because the space of the original outgoing line platform is limited, how to compactly arrange a voltage transformer, a lightning arrester and a GIS horn as much as possible becomes a new technical problem on the premise of meeting the safety distance.
