Referring to fig. 6 and 7, an atomizer 40 and a fan 50 are disposed at the bottom end of the water tank 20, and the atomizer 40 and the fan 50 are respectively located near two sides of the water tank 20 and inside the base 10. The atomizer 40 is preferably an ultrasonic atomizer. The bottom in the water tank 20 is formed with air-out passageway 22, and air-out passageway 22 is close to one side of water tank 20, and the first end of air-out passageway 22 is close to the top of water tank 20, and the second end of air-out passageway 22 extends to the bottom tip of water tank 20 and communicates with the inside of base 10, and fan 50 corresponds with the second end of air-out passageway 22. Atomizer 40 is used for atomizing the inside liquid that holds of water tank 20 such as water, the mixture of water and champignon essential oil, the essential oil mixture, and fan 50 is used for blowing in the air current through air-out passageway 22 to the inside of water tank 20 to make the outside that the aerial fog after atomizer 40 atomizing can give off the champignon machine through the perforating hole 72 of water tank lid 70, the play fog hole 82 of top cap 80 under the drive effect of air current, in order to realize the champignon or realize the humidity of air regulation.
The base 10 is provided with a PCB and a battery therein, and the atomizer 40, the fan 50 and the battery are electrically connected to the PCB. The battery is used for supplying power to the PCB. The battery is preferably a rechargeable battery, and the outer wall of the bottom end of the base 10 is provided with a charging interface 14 (see fig. 2) electrically connected with the PCB board, and the battery can be charged through the charging interface 14.
A water outlet 24 is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the water tank 20 close to the air outlet channel 22, the water outlet 24 is positioned below the first end of the air outlet channel 22, an axial slot 25 is arranged on the outer wall of the water tank 20, the bottom of the slot 25 is concave-convex, a water outlet channel 32 (shown in figure 4) is formed between the bottom of the slot 25 and the inner wall of the shell 30, a water outlet 34 (shown in figures 2 and 4) is formed between the inner wall of one side of the bottom end of the shell 30 close to the slot 25 and the base, one end of the water outlet channel 32 is communicated with the water outlet 24, and the other end of the water outlet channel 34 is communicated with the water outlet. Through this kind of structure, when adding too much liquid to the inside of water tank 20, liquid can be followed outlet 24 and discharged the outside of champignon machine through drainage channel 32, delivery port 34, is less than outlet 24 until the liquid level, can avoid liquid to flow into the inside of base 10 through air-out passageway 22 like this, avoids devices such as the inside PCB board of base 10, circuit impaired, has ensured the normal use of champignon machine, has prolonged the life of champignon machine.
The water outlet 24 is located between the center of the water tank 20 and the first end of the air outlet channel 22, so that a larger amount of liquid can be kept in the water tank 20 without adding liquid frequently.
The bottom end of the base 10 is provided with two concave positions 12a, 12b at positions corresponding to the atomizer 40 and the fan 50, respectively, and the inner walls of the two sides of the bottom end of the housing 30 are provided with two grooves 36a, 36b correspondingly communicated with the concave positions 12a, 12b, respectively. Cavities are respectively formed between the concave position 12a and the groove 36a and between the concave position 12b and the groove 36b, and the water outlet 34 is communicated with the cavity formed between the concave position 12a and the groove 36a, as shown in figure 2, so that water discharged from the water outlet 34 can flow out of the aromatherapy machine through the cavities.
The bottom of the recess 12a is provided with air inlet holes 122 corresponding to the fan 50, so that the fan 50 can suck air flow from the air inlet holes 122. The bottom of the concave portion 12b is provided with a sound outlet 124.
The inside of base 10 is equipped with the sound production spare such as loudspeaker, and the sound production spare is connected with the PCB board electricity, and the sound production spare can be used to broadcast pronunciation, music etc. and adjustable champignon atmosphere still can realize bluetooth function. Voice, music, etc. played by the sounding member may be transmitted to the outside from the sound outlet hole 124.
The installation channel 26 is formed at the middle position of the bottom in the water tank 20, the first end of the installation channel 26 is close to the top end of the water tank 20 and is provided with the light transmission sheet 27, and the light transmission sheet 27 corresponds to the through hole 72 of the water tank cover 70. The light emitted by the plurality of LED lamps can be the same color light, such as red light, or different colors, such as a combination of red light and blue light.
Preferably, the water tank 20, the installation channel 26, the air outlet channel 22 and the light-transmitting sheet 27 are integrally formed into a single piece, so that the manufacturing is convenient, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the sealing performance of the installation channel 26 can be ensured. The integral piece is a transparent plastic piece, such as a PP plastic piece, an ABS plastic piece and the like. The base 10 and the housing 30 may be made of the same material as the water tank 20, and it is understood that the material may be different.
Further, a baffle 262 is disposed at the first end of the installation channel 26, and the baffle 262 is sleeved outside the light-transmitting sheet 27. The baffle 262 is located below the water tank cover 70 and forms a mist outlet channel 264 with the water tank cover 70, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the mist outlet channel 264 is respectively communicated with the through hole 72 of the water tank cover 70 and the inside of the water tank 20, and one end of the baffle 262 is located right above the first end of the air outlet channel 22. In practical application, the airflow coming out from the air outlet channel 22 is reflected by one end of the baffle 262 and is horizontally diffused, so that the aerosol can be driven to enter the through hole 72 of the water tank cover 70 through the mist outlet channel 264, and then is diffused to the outside of the aromatherapy machine through the mist outlet hole 82 of the top cover 80.
The bottom in the water tank 20 is provided with a water inlet corresponding to the atomizer 40, and the water inlet and the air outlet channel 22 are respectively located on two sides of the installation channel 26. The inlet opening communicates with the inlet end of atomizer 40 to liquid in the water tank 20 can enter into atomizer 40 through the inlet opening, can realize atomizing liquid through atomizer 40. The water inlet is provided with a connecting pipe 29 (see fig. 4), the connecting pipe 29 is opposite to the atomizer 40, and the aerosol atomized by the atomizer 40 can enter the water tank 20 from the connecting pipe 29. The connection pipe 29 is preferably integrally formed with the water tank 20.
Referring to fig. 8, the bottom of the tank cover 70 is formed with a protrusion 76 at a position corresponding to the atomizer 40, the protrusion 76 is located between the inner wall of the water tank 20 and the first end of the mounting channel 26, and in practical applications, the aerosol coming out from the connecting pipe 29 is reflected by the protrusion 76 and is dispersed horizontally, which facilitates the airflow dispersed horizontally to bring the aerosol into the aerosol outlet channel 264. The top end of the tank cover 70 is recessed at a position corresponding to the projection 76.
In this embodiment, the housing 30 is movably sleeved outside the water tank 20 and the base 10, the water tank cover 70 is movably disposed at the top end of the water tank 20, and the water tank cover 70 and the top cover 80 are fixedly mounted at the lower recess of the housing 30 by fasteners such as screws, so that when liquid needs to be added into the water tank 20, the housing 30 can be directly taken down, and then the liquid can be added into the water tank 20 from the top end of the water tank 20, thereby facilitating use and cleaning the water tank 20.
Specifically, the bottom end of the top cover 80 is formed with two mounting posts 84 (see fig. 4) at positions on both sides thereof, the two ends of the water tank cover 70 are provided with two mounting locations 78 (see fig. 3, 4 and 8), one of the mounting locations 78 is disposed through the protrusion 76, the two mounting posts 84 pass through the two through holes 39 (see fig. 3) in the lower recess of the housing 30 and are inserted into the two mounting locations 78, and fasteners such as screws and the like are installed between the two mounting locations 78 and the two mounting posts 84, so that the water tank cover 70 and the top cover 80 are fixed to the lower recess of the housing 30.
The fragrance machine of the utility model also comprises a remote controller 90 for adjusting the functions of the fragrance machine, such as starting, stopping, volume adjusting and the like. The outer wall of the water tank 20 is provided with a mounting groove 23 (see fig. 6 and 7), the remote controller 90 is mounted in the mounting groove 23, the outer wall of the housing 30 is provided with a hole site 38 (see fig. 3) corresponding to the mounting groove 23, and a part of the remote controller 90 extends out of the hole site 38.
