Background
In the daily care of long-term bedridden patients, some critically ill patients can have serious continuous diarrhea due to the disease conditions, medicines and the like, the patients have no self-care ability, even are unconscious and bedridden, and the continuous excrement can be cleaned only by nursing staff at regular time. The excrement of a patient lying in bed for a long time or suffering from severe diarrhea is mostly in a thin water sample and contains more bacteria, the excrement overflows to cause serious pollution and bring great difficulty to nursing work, and inflammation such as red swelling, pain, eczema and the like can be caused to cause incontinence-related dermatitis after the perianal area and the hip of the patient are exposed to the excrement for a long time or repeatedly. Therefore, the excrement collection and treatment of the patients with incontinence and diarrhea are needed, and the samples of the patients are also needed to be subjected to routine, occult blood and culture plus drug sensitivity tests. The current defecation device is unreasonable in design, the incontinence nursing problem is often solved by replacing traditional methods such as diapers and bed sheets, and the traditional nursing method is difficult to leave qualified specimens, so that the examination result is inaccurate, and the diagnosis and treatment of patients are delayed. In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an excrement sampler to solve the above proposed problems.
For example, the prior art, such as chinese patent publication No. CN208974777U, discloses a device for collecting feces of a bedridden incontinent patient, which comprises a rectal insertion tube made of silicone for being inserted into the rectum of the patient via the anus, a connection hose, and a collection tube, wherein a first end of the rectal insertion tube is formed with a rim extending obliquely outward at its periphery, a first end of the connection hose is connected to a second end of the rectal insertion tube, the collection tube is used for accommodating the loose stool discharged from the patient, a second end of the connection hose is connected to a first port at an upper end of the collection tube, and a second port is formed at an upper end of the collection tube for discharging the air in the collection tube to the outside. By inserting the rectal cannula into the rectum, the loose stool is discharged through the rectal cannula without contacting the anal orifice, and the discharged loose stool enters the collection canister. The utility model discloses a beneficial technological effect be: the utility model is inserted into the rectum, so that loose stool is discharged from the rectum through the rectum cannula and is not contacted with the anus; the discharged thin liquid enters the collecting cylinder. The whistle is arranged on the second port of the collecting cylinder, and when the discharge exists, the whistle can make a sound to remind nursing staff. However, the utility model still has the following technical disadvantages: the utility model discloses a can not take the experiment sample quantitatively, also can not carry out the segmentation to patient exhaust stool and urine appearance sealed to select the stool and urine appearance of needs to experiment.
