the first glue supply unit comprises a first main glue storage cylinder (1), a first standby glue storage cylinder (2), a first three-way valve (3) and a first metering pump (4), wherein an outlet of the first main glue storage cylinder (1) is connected with a first interface of the first three-way valve (3), an outlet of the first standby glue storage cylinder (2) is connected with a second interface of the first three-way valve (3), an inlet of the first metering pump (4) is connected with a third interface of the first three-way valve (3), so that the first main glue storage cylinder (1) and the first standby glue storage cylinder (2) are both in switchable communication with the first metering pump (4), and an outlet of the first metering pump (4) serves as a first connecting end for supplying glue to the glue dispensing device;
the second glue supply unit comprises a second main glue storage cylinder (5), a second standby glue storage cylinder (6), a second three-way valve and a second metering pump, wherein the outlet of the second main glue storage cylinder (5) is connected with a first interface of the second three-way valve, the outlet of the second standby glue storage cylinder (6) is connected with a second interface of the second three-way valve, the inlet of the second metering pump is connected with a third interface of the second three-way valve, so that the second main glue storage cylinder (5) and the second standby glue storage cylinder (6) are both in switchable communication with the second metering pump, and the outlet of the second metering pump is used as a second connecting end for supplying glue to the glue dispensing device;
the first main glue storage cylinder (1), the first standby glue storage cylinder (2), the second main glue storage cylinder (5) and the second standby glue storage cylinder (6) are respectively provided with a material cylinder (7), a feeding mechanism, a stirring mechanism, a vacuumizing mechanism, a vacuum releasing mechanism, a glue supplying and pressurizing mechanism and an alarming mechanism;
each feeding mechanism comprises a feeding pipe (8), and one end of each feeding pipe (8) penetrates through the wall of the charging barrel (7);
each stirring mechanism comprises a stirrer (9) extending into the corresponding charging barrel (7);
each vacuum pumping mechanism comprises a vacuum pump (10) and a vacuum tube, one end of each vacuum tube is connected with the vacuum pump (10), the other end of each vacuum tube extends into the corresponding charging barrel (7), and each vacuum tube is provided with a first electromagnetic valve;
each vacuum release mechanism comprises a gas pipe (11), one end of each gas pipe (11) extends into the corresponding charging barrel (7), and the other end of each gas pipe extends out of the corresponding charging barrel (7) and is communicated with the outside; each gas transmission pipe (11) is provided with a second electromagnetic valve;
each glue supply pressurizing mechanism comprises a compressed air pipe, one end of each compressed air pipe extends into the corresponding charging barrel (7), and the other end of each compressed air pipe extends out of the corresponding charging barrel (7) and is connected with a compressed air source; a third electromagnetic valve is arranged on each compressed air pipe;
each alarm mechanism all includes a low liquid level changer (12), each low liquid level changer (12) all are located the inner wall that corresponds feed cylinder (7).
