Nested vascular administration device
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the field of medical auxiliary instruments, relates to a vascular and subcutaneous implantation device for medium-term and long-term drug injection in human body blood vessels, and particularly relates to a sleeved vascular drug delivery device.
Background
The clinical treatment of some chronic patients (such as malignant tumor) needs long-term repeated blood vessel (artery or vein) infusion of medicine or liquid, repeated blood vessel puncture is easy to cause blood vessel injury fibrosis and even occlusion, the remaining time of an indwelling needle is limited, and especially for patients who need a large amount of repeated infusion medicine for a long time, the retention of a good infusion channel is particularly important.
Currently, the arterial medicine box device and the venous transfusion port device are applied to clinic, the structure and the principle are approximately the same, the using method is similar, the operation of the arterial indwelling medicine box is relatively complex and needs to be placed by a professional interventionalist, and the transfusion port can be completed by a trained clinician and a nurse.
Although the medicine boxes and the transfusion ports on the market are in a sleeving form at present, the medicine boxes and the transfusion ports are formed by intensively packaging all components or accessories and do not effectively combine the components, so that the operation is not simple and rapid enough, and the components are exposed in the air in the operation process, so that the risk of pollution exists.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to provide a nested vascular administration device which has a simple structure and convenient use, can tear packages step by step according to operation and reduces the chance of instrument pollution.
In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme of the utility model is as follows: the utility model provides a suit formula blood vessel device of dosing, wherein, including setting up indwelling catheter, seal wire, pjncture needle and the puncture needle sheath in aseptic packaging bag, aseptic packaging bag is separated into front chamber and back chamber by tearing the diaphragm, the front end of puncture needle sheath is arranged in aseptic packaging bag's front chamber, the rear end of puncture needle sheath is arranged in aseptic packaging bag's back intracavity, the pjncture needle is arranged in aseptic packaging bag's front chamber just inserts the puncture needle sheath, it is in to keep somewhere pipe and seal wire setting aseptic packaging bag's back intracavity, the front end of seal wire is inserted in the rear end of puncture needle sheath, the rear end of seal wire is inserted keep somewhere the inside of pipe of dosing.
Furthermore, the front end and the rear end of the puncture needle sheath are communicated, the top of the puncture needle sheath is provided with an opening for inserting the puncture needle, and the rear end opening of the puncture needle sheath is of an outward-turned trumpet structure, so that the guide wire can be inserted into the rear end of the puncture needle sheath, and the puncture needle sheath can be torn.
Further, the puncture needle sheath may be torn from the rear end.
Furthermore, a medicine outlet side port is arranged on the side surface of the front end of the indwelling medicine-feeding catheter.
Furthermore, the retention administration catheter is internally provided with an anti-reflux valve, so that the drug reflux can be effectively prevented.
Furthermore, a blocking cap is arranged at the rear end of the indwelling drug delivery catheter, and a puncture membrane is arranged at the rear end of the blocking cap. The rear end of the indwelling administration catheter and the front end of the plugging cap are both provided with threaded interfaces which are matched with each other, and the plugging cap is provided with a puncture membrane which is favorable for subsequent puncture administration operation.
The nested type blood vessel administration device has simple structure and rapid and convenient operation, and effectively connects and combines all components in the sterile packaging bag, and all components are not easily exposed in the air in the blood vessel administration operation process, thereby reducing the probability of component pollution and improving the administration safety.

Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical content and the structural characteristics of the packaged vascular medication device of the present invention in detail, the following description is further made with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the nested blood vessel administration device of the present invention comprises an indwelling catheter 1, a guide wire 2, a puncture needle 4 and a puncture needle sheath 3, which are provided in a sterile packaging bag 5.
The aseptic packaging bag 5 is divided into a front cavity 5-1 and a rear cavity 5-3 by a tearable membrane 5-2, and the tearable membrane 5-2 can be torn step by step along a dotted line. The front end of the puncture needle sheath 3 is arranged in the front cavity 5-1 of the sterile packaging bag, the rear end of the puncture needle sheath 3 is arranged in the rear cavity 5-3 of the sterile packaging bag, the puncture needle 4 is arranged in the front cavity 5-1 of the sterile packaging bag, the puncture needle part 4-1 is inserted into the front end of the puncture needle sheath 3 from the top opening 3-1 of the puncture needle sheath, the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 and the guide wire 2 are arranged in the rear cavity 5-3 of the sterile packaging bag, the front end of the guide wire 2 is inserted into the rear end of the puncture needle sheath 3, and the rear end of the guide wire 2 is inserted into the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1.
The front end and the rear end of the puncture needle sheath 3 are communicated, and the opening at the rear end of the puncture needle sheath 3 is of an outward-turning trumpet structure, so that the guide wire 2 can be inserted into the rear end of the puncture needle sheath 3 conveniently, and the puncture needle sheath 3 can be torn easily.
The side surface of the front end of the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 is provided with a drug outlet side port 1-1, and the interior of the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 is provided with an anti-reflux valve 1-2, so that drug reflux can be effectively prevented.
The rear end of the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 is provided with a plugging cap 1-3, and the rear end of the plugging cap 1-3 is provided with a puncture membrane. The rear end of the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 and the front end of the plugging cap 1-3 are both provided with screw thread interfaces which are matched with each other, and the plugging cap 1-3 is provided with a puncture membrane which is beneficial to the subsequent puncture drug delivery operation.
The use method of the assembled blood vessel administration device comprises the following steps: the puncture needle 4 is sleeved in the puncture needle sheath 3, the puncture needle 4 is fixed after puncturing the vein, the puncture needle sheath 3 is pushed in along the puncture needle 4, the puncture needle 4 is withdrawn, the guide wire 2 is sent in along the puncture needle sheath 3, when the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 sleeved on the guide wire 2 is synchronously sent in with the guide wire 2, the puncture needle sheath 3 can be torn from the tail part and withdrawn, the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 can be withdrawn from the guide wire after being sent into the vein along the guide wire 2, the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 can make a skin incision in the slightly rear part (about 1-2 cm) of the puncture point, and the tail part of the indwelling drug delivery catheter 1 is buried under the skin and fixedly sutured with the skin.
