The solar audible and visual alarm as claimed in claim 8, wherein a latch device is disposed between the mounting plate and the second housing, the latch device includes a latch groove disposed on the second housing and a latch protrusion disposed on the mounting plate, and the latch protrusion is disposed through the latch groove.
