背景技术
目前,市场中使用的密封装置为两瓣或多瓣从管道外部拼合连接的外壳,并且各瓣之间通过螺栓进行固定连接,如专利CN212012018U和CN214176739U,其依靠拼合件连接后对管道表面的压紧实现密封,但是各部件之间具有连接缝隙,造成缝隙处的密封效果差,同时拆装效率低,因此,提出一种可密封效果好且易于装拆的密封装置。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决背景技术中涉及的现有技术存在的缺点,而提供一种用于建筑电气管道的围绕式密封装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于建筑电气管道的围绕式密封装置,包括管件,所述管件的两端均设置有环形连接槽,并且两个环形连接槽内壁靠近管件管孔的一侧设置有第一密封环,两个所述环形连接槽内壁远离管件管孔的一侧设置有第二密封环,所述第一密封环和第二密封环均采用橡胶材料制成,并且第一密封环和第二密封环的内部均设置有中空腔,所述管件表面的中部设置有气嘴,并且管件的内部设置有与气嘴、第一密封环和第二密封环相连通的输送通道。
优选的,所述管件的表面且位于气嘴的四周设置有连接圈,所述连接圈的外侧设置有防护罩。
优选的,所述防护罩内壁靠近罩口部位设置有内螺纹,并且连接圈的外壁设置有与内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,所述防护罩与连接圈之间设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述第一密封环靠近管件管孔的一侧与环形连接槽靠近管件管孔的一侧通过粘胶相粘结,并且第二密封环远离管件管孔的一侧与环形连接槽远离管件管孔的一侧通过粘胶相粘结。
优选的,所述环形连接槽的宽度大于连接管的管厚,并且第一密封环和第二密封环充气后之间的间隙小于连接管的管厚。

参照图1-2,一种用于建筑电气管道的围绕式密封装置,包括管件1,管件1的两端均设置有环形连接槽2,并且两个环形连接槽2内壁靠近管件1管孔的一侧设置有第一密封环3,两个环形连接槽2内壁远离管件1管孔的一侧设置有第二密封环4,第一密封环3和第二密封环4均采用橡胶材料制成,并且第一密封环3和第二密封环4的内部均设置有中空腔5,管件1表面的中部设置有气嘴6,并且管件1的内部设置有与气嘴6、第一密封环3和第二密封环4相连通的输送通道7,气嘴6为单向阀结构,可通过针类工具进行放气,实现拆卸。
本方案具备以下工作过程:
使用时,将管件1两端的环形连接槽2对准需要连接的管道,使管道连接端插入环形连接槽2内,打开防护罩9后通过气泵连接气嘴6向第一密封环3和第二密封环4内充入一定压力的气体,使第一密封环3和第二密封环4的中空腔5内充气后膨胀,进而从管道的内壁和外壁进行压紧,形成双密封结构,再旋紧防护罩9即可,拆卸时打开防护罩9后通过气嘴6进行放气即可实现拆卸,过程中无需进行螺栓的紧定操作,装拆效率更高。
进一步的,管件1的表面且位于气嘴6的四周设置有连接圈8,连接圈8的外侧设置有防护罩9,通过防护罩9对气嘴6进行围挡防护,使装置运输和使用过程中不会造成气嘴6的碰撞。
进一步的,防护罩9内壁靠近罩口部位设置有内螺纹,并且连接圈8的外壁设置有与内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,防护罩9与连接圈8之间设置有密封圈,防护罩9与连接圈8之间采用螺纹连接,拆装方便。
进一步的,第一密封环3靠近管件1管孔的一侧与环形连接槽2靠近管件1管孔的一侧通过粘胶相粘结,并且第二密封环4远离管件1管孔的一侧与环形连接槽2远离管件1管孔的一侧通过粘胶相粘结。
进一步的,环形连接槽2的宽度大于连接管的管厚,并且第一密封环3和第二密封环4充气后之间的间隙小于连接管的管厚。
