As shown in fig. 1, the upper end of the agitator tank 200 is preferably provided with a second feeding port 220, and a water inlet pipe 230 is provided at the rear side of the second feeding port 220. During the use, carry into the agitator tank 200 with pitch through second dog-house 220 and stir in, let in pitch cleaning liquid through inlet tube 230 in to agitator tank 200 after the stirring is accomplished and wash, can wash the inside remaining pitch of agitator tank 200 after the stirring is accomplished, reduced the influence of the misce bene material mixing next time last time, improved the efficiency of bituminous mixture mix.
As shown in fig. 1, preferably, the stirring assembly includes a rotating shaft 320 connected to an output end of the first motor 310, and a plurality of first stirring shafts 330 are sequentially disposed on the rotating shaft 320 from top to bottom. Can mix the stirring with pitch and stone material is automatic through a plurality of first (mixing) shafts 330, because a plurality of first (mixing) shafts 330 set up from last equidistant extremely down, can carry out abundant stirring with the upper strata and the lower floor of pitch mixing material, further improve the quality that the mixing material mixes.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that it is considered that the asphalt mixture at the inner sidewall of the agitation tank 200 cannot be agitated by means of the first agitation shaft 330 alone, resulting in non-uniform mixing of the asphalt mixture.
