on the basis of the first embodiment or the second embodiment, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the length of each louver 3 matches and adapts to the length of the rectangular opening 2, so as to ensure that the louver 3 can rotate freely in the rectangular opening 2, and adjust the opening and closing angle; the width of each louver 3 is 5-6 times of the thickness of the door panel body 1, and is greater than the gap distance when each louver 3 is perpendicular to the door panel, that is, as can be seen from fig. 4 and 5, the width of each louver 3 is much greater than the thickness of the door panel body 1, and is greater than the gap between the louvers 3 when the louvers 3 are fully opened (i.e., perpendicular to the door panel), so as to ensure that the louvers 3 can be mutually clamped to form an inclined plane when fully closed, that is, as shown in fig. 5, the rectangular opening 2 can be completely blocked, and simultaneously, the water mist is convenient to condense and then flow back into the pickling machine table of the pickling machine, thereby further avoiding the accelerated escape of acid gas; meanwhile, the thickness of the louver 3 is designed to be 1/5-2/5 of the thickness of the door panel body 1, so that the requirement of industrial design is met.
In the present embodiment, the material of the door panel body 1, the louver 3, and the screw 4 is also limited. The door plate body 1 is an acrylic plate which has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and is generally made of a light-transmitting material, so that workers can check the cleaning condition inside the machine conveniently; the louver 3 is a PP plate, has good corrosion resistance, and has high strength and difficult deformation when being thinner compared with an acrylic plate; screw 4 is PVC screw 4, and PVC is a high strength, heat-resisting and insulating plastics material, adopts PVC screw 4 can guarantee fixed strength and avoid rotatory overhead branch 31 that leads to the top of breaking because the power is said to control not good in rotatory in-process simultaneously.
