In the application, when an inspector urinates into a sampling device, the front section urine receiving box 1, the middle section urine receiving box 2 and the rear section urine receiving box 3 respectively receive urine at different stages in the whole urinating process, the urine in the middle section urine receiving box 2 is independently contained, then the urine in the middle section urine receiving box 2 is sampled and inspected, impurities in the front section urine and the rear section urine are avoided, subsequent detection results are influenced, the urine in the middle section urine receiving box 2 enters the sampling tube 5 through the catheter 4, the floating ball 8 gradually rises on the urine along with the increase of the urine in the sampling tube 5, the floating ball 8 rises and simultaneously drives the pull rod 6 to synchronously rise until the floating ball 8 abuts against the lower end pipe orifice of the catheter 4 to block the lower end pipe orifice of the catheter 4, so that the urine can not enter the sampling tube 5 again, and then the column holding pull rod 6 keeps the floating ball 8 blocking the lower end pipe orifice of the catheter 4, connect urine box 1, middle section to connect urine box 2 and back end to connect urine in the box 3 and all pour out with the anterior segment, loosen pull rod 6 afterwards, take off sampling tube 5 again, the quantitative sample of urine in the completion sampling tube 5 avoids the urine to drip when quantitative sample on hand.
