In the battery replacement station provided in this embodiment, the plurality of battery compartments 30 are distributed annularly, and the battery replacement device is disposed in the annular space, and an operation process of the battery replacement device is similar to the above process, which is not described herein again. Claims (11)
1. A battery replacement device is characterized by comprising:
a first seat body;
the gripper device comprises a first gripper device and a second gripper device, and the first gripper device and the second gripper device are arranged on the first base body side by side;
the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism are respectively used for driving the first gripping device and the second gripping device to displace along a first track and a second track, and the first track is parallel to the second track;
The rotating mechanism is used for driving the first seat body to rotate;
the rotating mechanism is arranged on the second seat body;
the traveling mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the second seat body;
wherein the first and second hand gripping devices each comprise:
the cantilever seat comprises a seat body part and a cantilever part connected with the seat body part;
the floating hanging bracket is arranged corresponding to the cantilever part;
the connecting assembly is arranged on the floating hanging bracket and is used for connecting with a battery frame;
a flexible member having a first end connected to the floating hanger;
and the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the seat body part and connected with the second end of the flexible piece, and is used for retracting and releasing the flexible piece so as to drive the floating hanging bracket to be close to or far away from the cantilever part.
2. The battery swapping device of claim 1, wherein the hoisting mechanism comprises:
the winding drum is rotatably arranged on the seat body part, and the second end of the flexible piece is connected with the winding drum;
the guide wheel is arranged on the cantilever seat, and the flexible piece bypasses the guide wheel;
And the first driving device is in transmission connection with the winding drum.
3. The battery swapping device of claim 2, wherein the seat portion is a steel structural frame and the reel and the first drive device are both disposed within the steel structural frame.

The battery replacement device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a positioning pin disposed on one of the cantilever portion and the floating hanger, and the other of the cantilever portion and the floating hanger is provided with a positioning hole into which the positioning pin extends.
5. The battery replacement device as recited in claim 4 wherein at least one of the positioning pin and the positioning hole is tapered at an end thereof adjacent to the positioning pin.
6. The battery replacement device according to claim 1, wherein a guide block is arranged on a side of the floating hanger opposite to the cantilever portion, and a surface of the guide block, which is in contact with the battery frame, is a guide inclined surface.
7. The battery swapping device of claim 1, wherein the connection assembly comprises:
the lock tongue is telescopically arranged on the floating hanging bracket;
and the second driving device is connected with the lock tongue through a transmission part and is used for driving the lock tongue to stretch.
8. The battery replacement device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the number of the locking tongues is set to be multiple, and the plurality of the locking tongues are distributed along the circumferential direction of the floating hanger.
9. The battery swapping device as in claim 1, wherein the first gripping device and the second gripping device have opposite gripping directions or the first gripping device and the second gripping device have the same gripping direction.
10. A battery swapping station, characterized by comprising a plurality of battery bins and a battery swapping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the plurality of battery bins are distributed annularly, the battery swapping device is arranged in an annular space formed by the battery bins, a parking position for stopping a vehicle is arranged outside the annular space, and the annular space is provided with an opening corresponding to the parking position.
11. The swapping station of claim 10, further comprising:
a positioning module for positioning a position of the vehicle;
and the prompting module is used for sending prompting information according to the positioned vehicle position and the parking position, wherein the prompting information comprises information for guiding the vehicle to enter the parking position.
