Fig. 4 shows a structural schematic diagram of a sheet-shaped check valve flap arranged inside a speculum insertion tube opening of the speculum anesthesia mask shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 4, a double-layer sheet-shaped check valve flap 6 is arranged in a pipeline of the speculum insertion tube opening 4, so that even if a speculum extends into the mask shell 1 through the speculum insertion tube opening 4, the inside and the outside of the speculum anesthesia mask are kept isolated, namely, the speculum anesthesia mask and the face of a patient can still form a closed space for auxiliary ventilation or controlled ventilation.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, a sealing ring 7 is provided at the connection between the gas inlet 3 and the mask shell 1, which can be used to fix the mask during the auxiliary/controlled ventilation of the respirator, and prevent the gas introduced into the mask shell from escaping from the gap between the gas inlet 3 and the mask shell 1.

for a patient needing sedation or general anesthesia, the endoscope mask can be used for induction, the sealing plug is blocked in the endoscope insertion pipe opening at the moment, the endoscope mask is in a completely airtight state, and endoscopy or operation can be performed after the endoscope mask is prepared.
In the process of endoscopy or operation, the sealing plug is taken down, the endoscope is inserted into the body of a patient along the mouth of the endoscope insertion tube, and at the moment, the double-layer sheet valve clack is coated on the outer wall of the endoscope, so that air leakage as little as possible is ensured, auxiliary ventilation or oxygen supply in the mask under the control of ventilation can be realized in the process of endoscopy or operation, and the safety of the patient is further ensured.
