柴火灶又名生物质炊事炉、植物炊事炉、节能柴火炉。柴火灶是以木块,木段,树枝,秸秆,锯末,树叶,生物质成型颗粒为燃料,用其相应的炉灶结构,使燃料以木质直燃、木质气化燃烧的热能聚合于炉口,而进行炊事工作的工具。目前市场上只有家用柴炉有售,尚未看到大型柴炉在市场上销售,家用柴炉的产热量太小而无法商用。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本实用新型旨在提供一种产热量大,可以商用的余热回收烧柴蒸灶。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种余热回收烧柴蒸灶,由外壳、底、门、门框、耐火材料、进风圈、风机、风管、风阀、换热盘管、锅组成,其特征是:底、底耐火材料、下进风圈、上进风圈、外壳、外壳下部耐火材料、外壳上部耐火材料、门、门环形板、门耐火材料、门框环形板、锅共同围成一个非封闭空间为燃烧室;风机通过风管、下风阀、下风管、下进风圈、下进风孔和斜进风孔、燃烧室、烟管、换热盘管、出烟管与大气相通;风机通过风管、上风阀、上风管、上进风圈、上进风孔、燃烧室、烟管、换热盘管、出烟管与大气相通。
锅的形状是圆形或多边形。
锅上面放置蒸笼或锅上面固定蒸柜。
上进风圈上有一圈或多圈小孔,为上进风孔。
下进风圈上有两圈小孔,下面的一圈小孔为下进风孔,下进风孔中心与下进风圈中心的连线与水平面平行;上面的一圈小孔为斜进风孔,斜进风孔中心与下进风圈中心的连线与水平面的夹角大于30度,小于90度,如果斜进风孔中心与下进风圈中心的连线与水平面的夹角为a,则有:30°<a<90°。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1.本实用新型下风圈上的一圈下进风孔3为横进风方式,可使进风量大而均匀,燃料燃烧气化量大,且不论任何时候都不会堵塞进风孔。
2.本实用新型使用的是生物质燃料,属于可再生能源,是碳零排放产品。
3.燃料适应性强。本实用新型可用木块,木段,树枝,秸秆,锯末,树叶,生物质成型颗粒等作燃料,燃料成本低。
4.本实用新型可靠性高,价格低,节能无污染,使用寿命长且安全,生产工艺简单、可大规模工业化生产,有广阔的市场前景。

一种余热回收烧柴蒸灶,由外壳、底、门、门框、耐火材料、进风圈、风机、烟管、风阀、换热盘管、锅组成,腿1与底26安装固定在一起,底26与外壳 11下端安装固定在一起,底26上边有底耐火材料27,烟管14通过进烟法兰15 与换热盘管16安装固定在一起;换热盘管16通过出烟法兰17与出烟管18安装固定在一起;出烟管18与外壳11安装固定在一起,门框环形板5与外壳11 安装固定在一起,门环形板8与门6安装固定在一起,门环形板8与门6内侧有门耐火材料7,门6与门框环形板5铰接在一起,外壳11上部内侧有外壳上部耐火材料12,外壳11下部内侧有外壳下部耐火材料21,锅13安装固定在外壳11上端,锅13的形状为圆形或多边形,下进风圈2安装固定在底耐火材料 27上;底26、底耐火材料27、下进风圈2、上进风圈9、外壳11下部、外壳下部耐火材料21、外壳上部耐火材料12、门6、门环形板8、门耐火材料7、门框环形板5、锅13共同围成一个非封闭空间为燃烧室;风机22通过风管23、下风阀24、下风管25、下进风圈2、下进风孔3和斜进风孔4、燃烧室、烟管14、换热盘管16、出烟管18与大气相通;风机22通过风管23、上风阀19、上风管 20、上进风圈9、上进风孔10、燃烧室、烟管14、换热盘管16、出烟管18与大气相通。
锅13的形状是圆形或多边形。
锅13上面放置蒸笼或锅上面固定蒸柜。
上进风圈上有一圈或多圈小孔,为上进风孔10。
下进风圈2上有两圈小孔,下面的一圈小孔为下进风孔3,下进风孔中心与下进风圈中心的连线与水平面平行;上面的一圈小孔为斜进风孔4,斜进风孔中心与下进风圈中心的连线与水平面的夹角大于30度,小于90度,如果斜进风孔中心与下进风圈中心的连线与水平面的夹角为a,则有:30°<a<90°。
本实用新型烧柴时,打开门6向燃烧室内装入燃料并点火,打开风机22,调整上风阀19至合适位置、调整下风阀24至合适位置、关门6,风通过风管 23、下风阀24、下风管25、下进风圈2、多个下进风孔3喷向燃烧室下部,燃烧室底部的燃料被大量气化。本实用新型燃烧室下部下进风圈2上的一圈下进风孔3为横进风方式,这可使进风量大而均匀,燃料气化量大,且不论任何时候都不会堵塞进风孔。风通过风管23、下风阀24、下风管25、下进风圈2、多个斜进风孔4喷向锅13底部的外沿,一圈多个斜进风孔4喷出的风,在斜进风孔4到锅13底部外沿形成一圈风幕,凡是接触这个风幕的可燃性气体都将迅速燃烧,并放出大量的热。风通过风管23、上风阀19、上风管20、上进风圈9、上进风孔10喷向燃烧室上部,上升至燃烧室上部的高温可燃性气体,与一圈上进风孔10出来的风混合燃烧,锅13被加热,高温废气经烟管14、换热盘管16、出烟管18排出,当高温废气经烟管14、换热盘管16、出烟管18时,锅13中的水被加热汽化。调整下风阀24,可调整燃烧室的进风量,从而控制燃烧室燃料的气化量,进而控制燃烧室火力的大小。调整上风阀19,可调整燃烧室上部的进风量,使可燃性气体达到完全燃烧,燃烧完全的程度可根据出烟管18里排出烟的黑度判定,燃烧完全时排出烟的是无色的。关闭下风阀24、上风阀19、风机22,燃烧室燃料完全与空气隔绝,燃烧室的燃烧就能完全停止。本实用新型可以连续使用多次再经门清灰一次。

1.一种余热回收烧柴蒸灶,由外壳、底、门、门框、耐火材料、进风圈、风机、风管、风阀、换热盘管、锅组成,其特征是:底、底耐火材料、下进风圈、上进风圈、外壳、外壳下部耐火材料、外壳上部耐火材料、门、门环形板、门耐火材料、门框环形板、锅共同围成一个非封闭空间为燃烧室;风机通过风管、下风阀、下风管、下进风圈、下进风孔和斜进风孔、燃烧室、烟管、换热盘管、出烟管与大气相通;风机通过风管、上风阀、上风管、上进风圈、上进风孔、燃烧室、烟管、换热盘管、出烟管与大气相通。
