As shown in fig. 2, the housing 11 is cylindrical and has a partition 15 and a vent pipe 16 inside. The partition 15 extends in the radial direction of the housing 11 and is connected to the inner wall of the housing 11. The air pipe 16 extends in the axial direction of the housing 11 and penetrates the center of the partition 15. The upper end of the air duct 16 is the air suction port 13. The upper end of the air duct 16 is fitted with a mouthpiece cover 14 to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the mouthpiece 12 and the comfort of use. In this embodiment, the housing 11, the partition 15 and the vent pipe 16 are a one-piece integral body; it will be appreciated that the housing 11, the partition 15 and the vent tube 16 may be formed separately from one another and then assembled together.
The lower end of the housing 11 is an open end to which a base assembly 20 is mounted. The lower end of the vent tube 16 is mounted to the base assembly 20. A reservoir 17 is formed inside the housing 11 between the bottom assembly 20 and the partition 15 for holding the atomized liquid, and the reservoir 17 is formed between the outer wall of the vent pipe 16 and the inner wall of the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the bottom assembly 20 includes a cover plate 21 fastened to the bottom end of the housing 11, a sealing and venting member 30 mounted to the housing 11 and located inside the bottom cover plate 21, a bracket 60 mounted to the inside of the housing 11 and supported or retained by the sealing and venting member 30, a misting assembly 80 mounted to the inside of the bracket 60 and supported by the bracket 60, and an oil inlet seal 70 mounted to the top end of the bracket 60.
The outer wall of the oil inlet sealing member 70 is connected with the inner wall of the housing 11 in a sealing manner, and the middle part of the oil inlet sealing member 70 is connected with the outer wall of the lower end of the vent pipe 16 in a sealing manner. In this embodiment, the oil inlet sealing member 70 wraps the upper end of the bracket 60 and has a first through hole 71 and two second through holes 72 respectively located at two sides of the first through hole 71, the first through hole 71 is used for accommodating and sealing the lower end of the vent pipe 16, and the second through hole 72 is used as a part of the liquid supply channel for the atomized liquid in the liquid storage bin 17 to enter the bracket 60.
The bracket 60 has a mounting hole 61 and two oil inlet holes 62 respectively located at both sides of the mounting hole 61, respectively. The mounting hole 61 faces the first through hole 71 for receiving the lower end of the air pipe 16. The oil inlet 62 is opposite to the second through hole 72, and is used for guiding the atomized liquid from the second through hole 72 to the liquid inlet level 82 of the atomization assembly 80. The holder 60 has an atomizing airway formed therein to communicate with the ventilation tube 16.
Atomizing assembly 80 is mounted to the atomizing air passageway inside holder 60. The sealing and venting member 30 has air inlet holes 53 for the external air to enter the nebulizing air channel inside the holder 60. Thus, when the user sucks, the external air enters through the air inlet 53, mixes with the aerosol atomized by the atomizing assembly 80, and enters the air pipe 16 along the atomizing air passage inside the bracket 60. In this embodiment, the atomizing assembly 80 includes a porous ceramic member and a heat generating sheet disposed on the bottom end surface of the porous ceramic member, the liquid inlet 82 is disposed on the top surface of the porous ceramic member, and preferably, the liquid inlet 82 is a groove. The nebulizing air channel inside the holder 60 forms a nebulizing space 84 between the nebulizing assembly 80 and the sealed vent member 30.
The bottom assembly 20 further includes an electrode 85, and the electrode 85 penetrates through the sealing and ventilation member 30 and is electrically connected to the heat generating sheet of the atomizing assembly 80 for electrically connecting the power supply assembly to supply power to the heat generating sheet of the atomizing assembly 80. The bottom of the cover plate 21 is provided with an air inlet through hole 24 for external air to enter, the cover plate 21 is further provided with an avoiding hole, the avoiding hole is used for enabling the power supply electrode 85 to penetrate through to be electrically connected with an external power supply assembly, the flanging of the cover plate 21 is provided with a clamping hole 22, and the clamping hole 22 is used for being clamped with the clamping portion 18 at the lower end of the shell 11 to achieve locking connection, so that the bottom assembly 20 is prevented from falling off.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the seal-and-vent member 30 includes a seal member 31 and an air intake 51 that are detachably fitted together. The sealing element 31 is an integrated structural member made of a flexible material, and the sealing element 31 comprises an annular main body part 32 and a supporting part 41 arranged in the annular main body part 32; the annular body portion 32 has a profile that is adapted to the internal cross-section of the housing 11 of the atomizer 100 so as to be a slight or tight fit with the inner wall of the housing 11. The support portion 41 is connected with the inner wall of the annular main body portion 32, a first space 42 is enclosed between the annular main body portion 32 and the support portion 41, and the first space 42 is used for cooperating with the atomizing assembly 80 of the atomizer 100 to form an atomizing space 84 (see fig. 2 and 4); the support portion 41 is provided with a mounting through hole 43, and the air intake member 51 is fitted into the mounting through hole 43. The air intake member 51 is provided with an intake hole 53 communicating with the first space 42. That is, the air inlet 51 is installed in the installation through hole 43 to block the installation through hole 43 and fixed on the support portion 41.
In this embodiment, the air intake hole 53 may be provided at a middle position of the air intake member 51, the air intake hole 53 being a part of the air flow passage for introducing the outside air into the first space 42, that is, the outside air enters the atomizing space 84 through the air intake hole 53. Wherein the sealing member 31 may be a base of the atomizer 100, and the flexible material may be silicone, rubber, etc., but is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the air inlet 51 may be made of a hard material. The hard material may include, but is not limited to, plastic, metal, and the like. Since the sealing member 31 is made of flexible material, if the air inlet 53 is disposed on the sealing member 31, when the sealing member 31 is sealingly installed in the housing 11 of the atomizer 100, the sealing member 31 is easily deformed by pressing, so that the air inlet 53 is reduced, which is not beneficial to air intake of the atomizer 100; in addition, since the air inlet hole 53 is relatively small, it is difficult to process the air inlet hole 53 in the sealing member 31 made of a flexible material. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the air inlet 51 provided with the air inlet 53 is made of a hard material, so that the processing difficulty of the air inlet 53 on the air inlet 51 can be reduced, and meanwhile, the problem that the air inlet 53 is reduced due to the fact that the air inlet 51 is extruded and deformed is avoided.
In the present embodiment, the air inlet 51 has a limiting structure, and specifically, the air inlet 51 includes a middle portion 55 and an edge portion 56 surrounding the outer periphery of the middle portion 55 and protruding outward, and the connection between the two forms a limiting step. When assembled, the edge portion 56 abuts against the support portion 41, the middle portion 55 passes through the mounting through hole 43 and extends into the first space 42, and the air intake hole 53 is provided on the middle portion 55. Preferably, the outer circumferential surface of the middle portion 55 is hermetically connected to the inner wall of the air intake hole 53, for example, in a slightly or tightly fitted manner. In this embodiment, the middle portion 55 of the air inlet 51 is hermetically connected to the mounting through hole 43, and the edge portion 56 of the air inlet 51 abuts against the bottom surface of the support portion 41, so as to increase the contact area between the air inlet 51 and the sealing member 31 in the mounting through hole 43, and improve the reliability and stability of the fitting.
The air inlet 51 may be a plate-shaped part made of a hard material, wherein the central part 55 may be provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 53 extending through the plate-shaped part. The center portion 55 protrudes from the edge portion 56 in the axial direction of the intake port 53 to form a plateau or boss on which the intake port 53 is provided. The air intake member 51 may be embedded in the mounting through hole 43 from a surface of the support portion 41 facing away from the first space 42 (a bottom surface of the support portion 41 in this embodiment). In other words, the structures of the air inlet 51 and the mounting through hole 43 are matched with each other, so that when the air inlet 51 is mounted or inserted into the mounting through hole 43, not only can a stable connection be achieved, but also the middle portion 55 of the air inlet 51, where the air inlet 53 is disposed, is flush with the bottom surface of the supporting portion 41 (i.e., the surface facing away from the first space 42 in fig. 7) so that a predetermined gap is formed between the middle portion 55, where the air inlet 53 is disposed, and the cover plate 21 to form at least a part of the air inlet groove 45, so that external air can reach the air inlet 53 through the air inlet groove 45 to enter the first space 42, and the requirement of the atomizer 100 on flowing air flow is met. In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the air inlet member 51 (i.e., the surface facing away from the first space 42) is further provided with two supporting legs 57, and the supporting legs 57 are used for limiting the distance between the middle portion of the air inlet member 51 where the air inlet hole 53 is provided and the cover plate 21 and preventing the air inlet member 51 from falling off from the sealing member 31.
It will be appreciated that in alternative embodiments, the air inlet 51 may be a non-plate structure, such as a column structure or other realizable structure, which is not listed here.
In the present embodiment, the annular body portion 32 extends beyond the support portion 41 in an axial direction away from the first space 42, so as to enclose the air intake groove 45 with the support portion 41. Wherein the air inlet groove 45 and the first space 42 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the supporting portion 41, and the first space 42 and the air inlet groove 45 are communicated with each other through the air inlet hole 53.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, an outer flange 33 extends from one end of the annular main body portion 32 away from the first space 42 in a radial direction away from the air inlet slot 45, and the outer flange 33 is configured to abut against an outer surface of an end portion of the housing 11 of the atomizer 100 and function as an assembly limit, where the outer flange 33 is a protruding structure formed by extending a set width outward in a radial direction of the annular main body portion 32 at a tip end of the annular main body portion 32.
The outer flange 33 may be a discontinuous ring divided into two segments by two gaps 36. The two notches 36 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the ring body formed by the outer flange 33, respectively. The gap 36 communicates with the inlet holes 53 through the inlet slot 45 and, in some cases, may be a supplement to the normal inlet passage. For example, in the present embodiment, the notch 36 is opposite to the fastening hole 22 of the cover plate 21, and the fastening hole 22 can communicate with the outside, so that the outside air can enter the air inlet groove 45 through the fastening hole 22 and the notch 26.
Of course, in other cases, the outer flange 33 may be a continuous ring, in which case the gap 36 is not present, nor is there a complement of air flow passages.
In the present embodiment, the annular main body portion 32 is further provided with an annular seal rib 37 on the outer periphery thereof, and the seal rib 37 is used for abutting against the inner peripheral wall of the housing 11 of the atomizer 100. When the annular main body portion 32 is mounted in the housing 11 of the atomizer 100, the sealing rib 37 is located between the outer surface of the annular main body portion 32 and the inner peripheral wall of the housing 11 of the atomizer 100, and can play a role in enhancing the sealing effect. Two or more sealing ribs 37 may be provided as required.
Preferably, the sealing rib 37 surrounds the outer surface of the annular main body portion 1, and the sealing rib 37 is disposed at a position on the annular main body portion 32 away from one end of the support portion 41, that is, at the upper end or top end of the annular main body portion 32. In the present embodiment, an electrode passing structure 44 for passing the electrode 85 is further provided at a position of the support portion 41 adjacent to the mounting through hole 43, and the electrode passing structure 44 passes through the support portion 41 and the first space 42.
In the present embodiment, the electrode passing structure 44 is two through holes respectively disposed at two outer sides of the air inlet 51 (specifically, at two opposite sides of the mounting through hole 43), and the through holes extend along the axial direction to have higher edge portions, so as to prevent the oil liquid or the atomized condensed liquid entering the first space 42 in the atomizer 100 from leaking out through the electrode passing structure 44.
In this embodiment, there is a close fit between the electrode pass-through structure 44 and the electrode 85 passing through the structure. Since the whole sealing member 31 is made of a flexible material, the electrode pass-through structure 44 has a certain height relative to the surface of the supporting portion 41, so that the electrode pass-through structure 44 can seal and wrap the electrode 85 at a certain length or height, thereby ensuring good sealing performance between the electrode 85 and the electrode pass-through structure 44, and ensuring that the electrode 85 can be reliably mounted on the supporting portion 41.
In the present embodiment, the annular main body portion 32 is further provided with a positioning portion 38 at the end provided with the first space 42 for positioning and engaging with the inner support 60 of the atomizer 100. The positioning portion 38 may include, but is not limited to, a positioning groove or a positioning post or a combination thereof. Specifically, the number of the positioning portions 38 is at least two, and at least two positioning portions 38 are oppositely disposed on two opposite sidewalls in the first space 42. Through the corresponding structure cooperation that sets up location portion 38 and support 60, for example location portion 38 includes the constant head tank, support 60 bottom have with constant head tank complex grafting post, again as location portion 38 includes the reference column, the direct inside wall butt with support 60 of reference column to confirm the cooperation position of cyclic annular main part 32 on above-mentioned casing 11 axis, so that sealing member 31 can carry out the location cooperation installation with support 60 of atomizer 100 fast, thereby improve assembly efficiency.
During assembly, the electrode 85 is inserted into the electrode passing structure 44 of the sealing member 31, and then the atomizing assembly 80, the bracket 60 and the oil inlet sealing member 70 are assembled together from top to bottom in sequence to form a pre-assembly. In the formed pre-assembly, electrode 85 is electrically connected to atomization assembly 80. The housing 11 is then inserted into the pre-assembly with the bottom opening facing downward, and the air inlet member 51 and cover plate 21 are finally assembled to complete the assembly of the atomizer 100.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention further provides an electronic atomizer 200 including the atomizer 100 in the above-mentioned embodiment. Further, the electronic atomizer 200 further includes a battery rod 150, and the battery rod 150 is connected to the lower end of the atomizer 100, and is used for controlling the operation of the atomizer 100 and supplying power to the atomizer 100 as a power supply assembly. In this embodiment, a portion of the lower end of the atomizer 100 is inserted into the housing 152 of the battery rod 150.
In general, in the present embodiment, by using the sealing member 31 made of a flexible material, since it has the annular body portion 32 adapted to the inner wall surface of the housing 11 of the atomizer 100, when the sealing and ventilating member 30 is pressed into the housing 11 perpendicularly, the sealing and ventilating member 30 (including the sealing member 31 and the air inlet 51 which are detachably fitted together) can be in interference fit with the inner wall surface of the housing 11. So that the sealing member 31 can be in sealing connection with the inner wall of the housing 11 of the atomizer 100 through its own flexibility, so that the internal oil cannot permeate to the outside. Meanwhile, the separately provided air inlet 51 is a part only responsible for air inlet, and it is only necessary to ensure that the sizes of the air inlet holes 53 are consistent. And since the air inlet 51 is separately produced so that it may be a hard material, for example, plastic, alloy or other hard material, since the air inlet 51 is embedded in the mounting through-hole 43 of the sealing member 31 made of silicon rubber, it may be interference-fitted with the mounting through-hole 43. The air inlet 51 is sealed except for the air inlet 32 on it, which is communicated with the outside, and other places (including the connection position with the sealing member 31); the O-shaped sealing ring with a conventional structure is abandoned in the design, and the problems that the O-shaped sealing ring is easy to fold and roll and poor in sealing effect caused by incomplete assembly are naturally solved. Moreover, because the air inlet 53 is not arranged on the base (i.e. the sealing element 31) but arranged on the independent air inlet 51, the technical problem that the base made of flexible material and the like are difficult to realize small hole forming is avoided, the cost is reduced, and the forming efficiency of the base is improved. The air inlet openings 53 are formed in a single air inlet piece 51 made of a hard material, and according to the existing manufacturing technology, the air inlet openings 53 are easy to produce, stable in structural size and difficult to deform.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
