The maximum opening degree of the panel side-moving structure can be ensured to fully meet the maintenance requirement of the air conditioner external unit, and the integral arrangement structure of the connecting rod assembly is simpler.
Preferably, the connecting rod assemblies are provided with an upper group and a lower group which are distributed at the upper end and the lower edge of the panel, wherein the two groups of connecting rod assemblies are arranged in parallel.
The support strength of the connecting rod assembly to the panel can be improved, and the force transmission of the connecting rod assembly is more stable when the panel is opened or closed. The two groups of connecting rod assemblies are distributed on the upper end and the lower edge of the panel and are arranged in parallel, and the integral coordination performance of the panel side-moving type structure is optimal when the panel is opened or closed.
Preferably, the casing includes a base, a front upper beam disposed on the opposite side of the base, and two sets of the driven links, wherein one set of the driven links is rotatably connected to the front upper beam, and the other set of the driven links is rotatably connected to the base.
When the connecting rod assembly has an upper group and a lower group, the driven connecting rod also has an upper group and a lower group, and then the upper group can be rotationally connected with the front upper cross beam, and the lower group can be rotationally connected with the base, so that the assembly of the driven connecting rod, namely the connecting rod assembly on the shell, is greatly facilitated.

To solve the above fourth aspect of the present invention, an air conditioner is provided, which has the air conditioner external unit panel mounting structure according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect.
Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner external unit panel mounting structure, the casing, the outdoor unit and the air conditioner with the same have the following beneficial effects:
the panel of the air conditioner external unit can be maintained without being completely disassembled, so that the maintenance efficiency of the air conditioner external unit is improved, and the follow-up assembly is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present invention provides an air conditioner external unit panel mounting structure, which includes a panel 2 mounted on a casing 1, wherein a link assembly 3 is mounted between the panel 2 and the casing 1, one end of the link assembly 3 is rotatably connected to the panel 2, the other end of the link assembly 3 is rotatably connected to the casing 1, an avoidance space 4 is further formed on the casing 1, and the avoidance space 4 is used for allowing the link assembly 3 to be folded and stored in the casing 1 when the panel 2 is closed.
Specifically, in a normal state, the panel 2 is closed, and the link assembly 3 is folded and stored in the housing 1 through the escape space 4. When the air conditioner outdoor unit needs to be maintained, due to the action of the connecting rod assembly 3, the panel 2 only needs to be laterally moved and gradually unfolded out of the avoiding space 4 along with the connecting rod assembly 3, and the panel 2 is gradually opened to a degree of opening set by a user or a maximum degree of opening, so that the compressor 5, the electric control box 6 and the like in the casing 1 can be conveniently maintained. When the overhaul is finished, the panel 2 can be laterally moved again, the panel 2 is gradually closed along with the connecting rod assemblies 3 being gradually folded and stored in the avoidance space 4, and the panel 2 can be completely closed until the connecting rod assemblies 3 are completely folded and stored in the avoidance space 4.
Therefore, the panel mounting structure of the air conditioner outer unit enables the panel of the air conditioner outer unit to be repaired without being completely disassembled, so that the maintenance efficiency of the air conditioner outer unit is improved, and the subsequent assembly is guaranteed.
Preferably, the lower end of the panel 2 is provided with a screw hole 21 for screwing and fixing with the casing 1.
Specifically, when the panel 2 is closed, the panel 2 and the casing 1 may be further screwed and fixed through the screwing hole 21, so as to ensure the stability and firmness of the closed panel 2, especially when the casing 1 is in transportation. Two screw holes 21 can be opened.

Preferably, the link assembly 3 includes a driving link 31 and a driven link 32, which are movably hinged, wherein an end of the driving link 31 away from the driven link 32 is rotatably connected to the panel 2, and an end of the driven link 32 away from the driving link 31 is rotatably connected to the casing 1.
Specifically, when the user opens or closes the panel 2, the force transmission process is as follows: panel 2 → driving link 31 → driven link 32 → casing 1, and the reaction force is just opposite. When each group of connecting rod assemblies 3 is provided with two connecting rod assemblies, the two connecting rod assemblies 3 can be arranged in parallel according to the preset distribution positions.
Preferably, the casing 1 includes a base 7, a front upper beam 8 disposed on the opposite side of the base 7, and two sets of the driven links 32, wherein the upper set is rotatably connected to the front upper beam 8, and the lower set is rotatably connected to the base 7.
Specifically, when the connecting rod assembly 3 has two sets of upper and lower groups, the driven connecting rod 32 will also have two sets of upper and lower groups, and then one set of upper group can be connected with the front upper beam 8 in a rotating manner, and one set of lower group can be connected with the base 7 in a rotating manner, so that the assembly of the driven connecting rod 32, that is, the connecting rod assembly 3 on the casing 1, is also greatly facilitated.
Preferably, the compressor 5 is mounted on the base 7, the electronic control box 6 is suspended above the compressor 5 through an electronic control box cover plate 61 coated on the outside of the electronic control box, and the electronic control box cover plate 61 is hung in the front upper cross beam 8.

Preferably, the avoiding space 4 comprises a first avoiding groove 41 formed in the cover plate 61 of the electronic control box and/or a second avoiding groove 42 formed in the base 7.
Specifically, when the panel 2 is closed, both the driving link 31 and the driven link 32 need to be folded and stored in the housing 1 through the escape space 4. When the connecting rod assembly 3 has two upper and lower sets, the driving connecting rod 31 and the driven connecting rod 32 of the upper set can be folded and stored in the first avoiding groove 41, and the driving connecting rod 31 and the driven connecting rod 32 of the lower set can be folded and stored in the second avoiding groove 42.
Preferably, in each group of the connecting rod assemblies 3, there is at least one driven connecting rod 32, which is connected to the casing 1 at a position close to the left inner edge or the right inner edge of the avoiding space 4.
Specifically, no matter the link assembly 3 has only one set, or has two or even more sets, each set may also have a plurality of link assemblies 3 arranged side by side, and the driven link 32 in each set is connected with the rotation of the casing 1, which not only enables the driven link 32 to move leftwards, but also enables the driven link 32 to move rightwards, and further when the groove width of the avoiding space 4 limits any one of the left side or the right side, the function of limiting the openable range of the panel 2 can be played, so as to avoid excessive side movement or ineffective side movement of the panel 2 when opening.
