In view of the above, it is desirable to provide an electrically controlled sunshade for a vehicle, which is easy to operate.
An electronically controlled shade for a vehicle, comprising:
the sunshade curtain assembly comprises a curtain cloth and a curtain rolling shaft, wherein the curtain rolling shaft is axially fixed at the position of a car window and can axially rotate around the curtain rolling shaft; the curtain cloth comprises a free end and a connecting end, the connecting end is connected with the roller shutter shaft along the axial direction of the roller shutter shaft, and the free end is controlled to be rolled up when the roller shutter shaft rotates along a first direction and to be unfolded when the roller shutter shaft rotates along a second direction;
the motor is in transmission connection with the roller shutter shaft; and
and the controller is in communication connection with the motor through a wire harness and can be used for operatively controlling the motor to work.
In one embodiment, a switch is arranged on the controller and is controlled to be adjusted to switch between a first position, a second position and a null position;
when the switch is located at the empty position, the controller does not output a control instruction; the switch is switched from the idle position to the first position and is less than a first preset time length, and the controller controls the motor to drive the roller shutter shaft to completely roll the curtain cloth; the switch is by the idle position switches to the second position and is less than the second and predetermines the time length, the controller control the motor drives roll-up shaft expandes completely the curtain cloth.
In one embodiment, the time required for the curtain to achieve full winding or full unwinding is defined as the winding-off time;
the controller controls the motor to drive the roller shutter shaft to roll the curtain cloth, and the controller controls the motor to stop when the switch is switched from the empty position to the first position again within the rolling and unwinding time and is less than the first preset time;
the controller controls the motor to drive the rolling shutter shaft to unfold the curtain cloth, the switch is switched to the second position and is smaller than the second preset time length again in the rolling and unwinding time length, and the controller controls the motor to stop.
In one embodiment, the neutral position is between the first position and the second position, and the switch is in the neutral position when no external force is applied;
when the switch is switched from the idle position to the first position and is longer than or equal to the first preset time length, the controller controls the motor to drive the roller shutter shaft to continuously roll the curtain cloth until the external force disappears;
the switch by the vacant position switch to the second position and be greater than or equal to the second is predetermine for a long time, the controller control the motor drives the roll-up shaft continuously expands the curtain cloth, until external force disappears.
In one embodiment, the sunshade screen assembly further comprises a synchronous rotating shaft, the motor is installed at the first end of the roller shutter shaft and is in transmission connection with the first end, the synchronous rotating shaft is installed at the second end of the roller shutter shaft, and the second end synchronously follows the first end to rotate through the synchronous rotating shaft.
In one embodiment, the sunshade assembly further includes a rolling-up housing and a plurality of fixing brackets, the rolling-up housing is disposed outside the rolling-up shaft and fixed to the window through the fixing brackets, and the rolling-up shaft is fixed to the window through the rolling-up housing.
In one embodiment, the sunshade assembly further includes a first end cover and a second end cover, the motor is inserted into the first end of the roller blind shaft, and is fixed to one end of the roll-up housing frame through the first end cover; the synchronous rotating shaft is inserted into the second end of the rolling shutter shaft and is fixed at the other end of the rolling shell frame through the second end sealing cover.
In one of them embodiment, the synchronous rotating shaft inserts the one end of rolling up the curtain axle is the cross arch, it is circular to roll up the curtain axle outside, and inside is criss-cross fretwork, protruding with the fretwork cooperatees, the other end of synchronous rotating shaft with second end closing cap rotates the connection.
In one embodiment, the one end that the motor inserted the roll-up shaft is oval structure, and pass through oval structure with the roll-up shaft grafting is fixed, the other end of motor is provided with the rectangle structure, and pass through the rectangle structure with first end closing cap grafting is fixed.
In one embodiment, the sunshade assembly further comprises a shade rod and a plurality of structural rods, the shade rod being mounted to a free end of the shade; the structure rod comprises a first rod part and a second rod part, one end of the first rod part is rotatably connected with one end of the second rod part, the other end of the first rod part is rotatably connected with the furling shell frame, and the other end of the second rod part is rotatably connected with the curtain cloth rod.
The vehicle electric control sunshade curtain adopts the rolling type curtain cloth, and the controller controls the motor to work to roll or unfold the curtain cloth. The motor is used for providing power, a user does not need to manually roll up or unfold the curtain cloth through structures such as a handle, and the position of a control switch of the controller can be not limited by the position of the curtain cloth and is arranged at a position convenient for the user to operate. Therefore, the user can use the device conveniently.

Referring to fig. 1, an electrically controlled sunshade 100 for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a sunshade assembly 10, a motor 20, and a controller 30. The sunshade assembly 10 includes a curtain 101 and a roller shutter shaft 102, wherein the roller shutter shaft 102 is axially fixed at a window position and can axially rotate around itself. The curtain 101 includes a free end and a connection end, and the free end is controlled to be wound up when the rolling shaft 102 rotates in a first direction and to be unwound when the rolling shaft 102 rotates in a second direction. The motor 20 is in driving connection with the roller shutter shaft 102. The controller 30 is communicatively coupled to the motor 20 via a wiring harness 32 and is operable to control the operation of the motor 20.
The electrically controlled sunshade 100 for the vehicle adopts a rolling type curtain 101, and controls the motor 20 to work through the controller 30 to roll or unroll the curtain 101. With the motor 20 being powered, the user does not need to manually perform the operation of winding or unwinding the curtain 101 by means of a handle or the like, and the control switch position of the controller 30 can be arranged at a position convenient for the user operation without being restricted by the position of the curtain 101. Therefore, the user can use the device conveniently. In addition, the wire harness 32 can be a waterproof wire harness 32, and potential safety hazards caused by water entering the car window are avoided.
In some embodiments, the sunshade assembly 10 further includes a synchronization shaft 103, the motor 20 is installed at and in transmission connection with a first end of the roller blind shaft 102, the synchronization shaft 103 is installed at a second end of the roller blind shaft 102, and the second end synchronously rotates along with the first end through the synchronization shaft 103. Motor 20 directly settles the tip at rolling slats axle 102, need not the transmission of overlength and can provide power for first end, again in second end installation synchronous rotating shaft 103, makes the second end can follow first end synchronous rotation, even if guarantee whole rolling slats axle 102 only at one end installation power supply, also can realize good rotation and more be convenient for guarantee that the rotation at both ends possesses good uniformity.
Further, the sunshade assembly 10 further includes a roll-up housing 104 and a plurality of fixing brackets 105. The roll-up housing 104 is disposed outside the roll-up shaft 102 and fixed at the window position by a plurality of fixing brackets 105, and the roll-up shaft 102 is fixed relative to the window by the roll-up housing 104. The rolling housing 104 can make the rolling shaft 102 have a better fixing mode, specifically, the rolling shaft 102 can be sleeved outside in a full-wrapping mode, and the outlet of the curtain cloth 101 is reserved on one side only, when the curtain cloth 101 is rolled up, the whole electric control sunshade 100 for the vehicle is more beautiful and tidy.
Further, the sunshade assembly 10 further includes a first end cap 106 and a second end cap 107. The motor 20 is inserted into a first end of the rolling shutter shaft 102 and is fixed to one end of the roll-up housing 104 by a first end cover 106. The synchronous rotating shaft 103 is inserted into the second end of the rolling shaft 102 and fixed to the other end of the rolling housing 104 through a second end cover 107. Thus, the motor 20 and the synchronous rotating shaft 103 are fixed at two ends of the rolling-up housing 104 through the first end sealing cover 106 and the second end sealing cover 107, respectively, and are inserted into two ends of the rolling-up shaft 102, and further, the rolling-up shaft 102 is fixed on the rolling-up housing 104 through the motor 20 and the synchronous rotating shaft 103.
Specifically, the end of the motor 20 inserted into the roller shutter shaft 102 is an oval structure, and is fixed to the roller shutter shaft 102 by inserting the oval structure. The other end of the motor 20 is provided with a rectangular structure, and is fixedly connected with the first end cover 106 through the rectangular structure. One end of the synchronous rotating shaft 103 inserted into the roller shutter shaft 102 is a cross-shaped protrusion, the outer portion of the roller shutter shaft 102 is circular, the inner portion of the roller shutter shaft 102 is cross-shaped hollow, the protrusion is matched with the hollow, the other end of the synchronous rotating shaft 103 is rotatably connected with the second end sealing cover 107, and the second end sealing cover 107 axially limits the synchronous rotating shaft 103. The motor 20 is fixed to the roller shutter shaft 102 through the end of the oval structure, and drives the roller shutter shaft 102 to rotate through the structure. The cross-shaped protrusion of the synchronous rotating shaft 103 is in clearance fit with the cross-shaped hollow-out 0 of the roller shutter shaft 102, so that the reliable insertion of the cross-shaped protrusion and the roller shutter shaft 102 is ensured, and the synchronism of the rotation of the two ends of the roller shutter shaft 102 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the roller shutter shaft 102 has a length greater than 2000mm and an outer diameter of 28mm, and is made of 6063 high strength aluminum alloy. The exterior of the roller shutter shaft 102 is circular, and the interior of the roller shutter shaft is hollow, so that the roller shutter shaft 102 has high rigidity, and the axial deviation of the roller shutter shaft 102 is less than or equal to 1 mm. It is understood that in other embodiments, the roller blind shaft 102 can be a hollow tube and remain within the tube in an axially extending cruciform configuration, thereby reducing the weight of the roller blind shaft 102 while maintaining its strength.
In some embodiments, the shade assembly 10 further includes a shade bar 108 and a number of structural bars 109. The cord rod 108 is mounted to the free end of the cord 101. The structure rod 109 includes a first rod portion and a second rod portion, one end of the first rod portion is rotatably connected to one end of the second rod portion, the other end of the first rod portion is rotatably connected to the roll-up housing 104, and the other end of the second rod portion is rotatably connected to the curtain rod 108. Cord rod plugs 110 are disposed at both ends of the cord rod 108. The structural rod 109 can be folded or unfolded along with the rolling or unfolding of the curtain cloth 101, when the curtain cloth 101 is unfolded, the curtain cloth rod 108 and the structural rod 109 respectively provide structural support for the curtain cloth 101 from two directions, so that the curtain cloth 101 is in a more stretched and flat state, and a good sun-shading effect is ensured.
In this embodiment, the sunshade assembly 10 includes four structural rods 109 made of high strength aluminum alloy YL112, and each pair of the four structural rods 109 is adjacent to each other, and when the first rod portion and the second rod portion are folded, the connecting portions of the first rod portion and the second rod portion are close to each other, and when the sunshade assembly is completely folded, the connecting portions of the first rod portion and the second rod portion are closest to each other, but still keep a certain distance. The structural rods 109 made of high strength aluminum alloy are light in weight and high in structural strength, and four structural rods 109 can adapt to the size of one large cord fabric 101. It will be appreciated that the number of structural bars 109 may be determined by the size of the curtain 101, and need only ensure good structural support for the curtain 101, and is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, a switch (not shown) is disposed on the controller 30, and the switch is controlled to switch between the first position, the second position, and the idle position. When the switch is in the idle position, the controller 30 does not output a control command. When the switch is switched from the idle position to the first position and is less than the first preset time, the controller 30 controls the motor 20 to drive the roller blind shaft 102 to completely roll up the curtain 101. When the switch is switched from the idle position to the second position and is less than the second preset time, the controller 30 controls the motor 20 to drive the rolling shutter shaft 102 to fully unfold the curtain 101. The user can press the winding or unwinding by pressing the switch of the controller 30 for a short time, and the operation is very convenient.
Further, the time required for the curtain 101 to achieve full wind-up or full wind-down is defined as the length of wind-up time. The controller 30 controls the motor 20 to drive the roller shutter shaft 102 to roll the curtain cloth 101, and the switch is switched from the empty position to the first position again within a time period less than the roll-off time period and less than a first preset time period, the controller 30 controls the motor 20 to stop. The controller 30 controls the motor 20 to drive the roller blind shaft 102 to unfold the curtain cloth 101, and the switch is switched from the empty position to the second position again within the winding and unwinding time and is less than the second preset time, the controller 30 controls the motor 20 to stop. When the user presses the winding or unwinding function at the point of use, the user may stop the curtain 101 at the position desired by the user by pressing the switch again when the curtain 101 is wound or unwound to the appropriate position without waiting for the curtain 101 to be completely wound or unwound.
Further, the neutral position is located between the first position and the second position, and the switch is located at the neutral position when no external force is applied. When the switch is switched from the idle position to the first position and is greater than or equal to the first preset time duration, the controller 30 controls the motor 20 to drive the rolling shaft 102 to continuously roll the curtain cloth 101 until the external force disappears. When the switch is switched from the idle position to the second position for a time period longer than or equal to a first preset time period, the controller 30 controls the motor 20 to drive the rolling shutter shaft 102 to continuously unfold the curtain cloth 101 until the external force disappears. Therefore, the user can also select to continuously roll up or unfold the curtain cloth 101 to the position required by the user by pressing the switch for a long time, loosening the switch to the proper position, returning the switch to the empty position under the action of no external force, stopping the motor 20 and rolling up or unfolding the curtain cloth 101 to the position required by the user.
In this embodiment, the first preset time period and the second preset time period are both 1 s. It is understood that the first preset duration and the second preset duration are used as time duration boundaries for distinguishing click-to-click from long-to-press, and may be adjusted according to user habits, which are not specifically limited herein.
In the electrically controlled sunshade 100 for a vehicle, the curtain 101 drives the rolling shaft 102 to roll on the rolling shaft 102 or unroll from the rolling shaft 102 through the motor 20, the motor 20 is inserted into one end of the rolling shaft 102, the synchronous rotating shaft 103 is inserted into the other end of the rolling shaft 102, the motor 20 and the synchronous rotating shaft 103 are fixed on the rolling housing frame 104 through the first end sealing cover 106 and the second end sealing cover 107, respectively, so that the rolling shaft 102 is indirectly fixed on the rolling housing frame 104. The first end cover 106 and the second end cover 107 are connected to the roll-up housing 104 by rivets, and the roll-up housing 104 is fixed at the window position by the fixing bracket 105. The free end of the curtain cloth 101 is connected with the curtain cloth rod 108 through a rivet, the two ends of the structural rod 109 are respectively connected with the curtain cloth rod 108 and the furling shell frame 104 through screws, and the curtain cloth rod 108 and the structural rod 109 can ensure that the unfolded curtain cloth 101 has a good stretching state. The user can realize the winding or the unwinding of the curtain cloth 101 by long pressing the switch of the controller 30 and stop the unwinding, can realize the winding or the unwinding to the limit state by one key by short pressing the switch of the controller 30, and can stop the lifting by pressing again in the winding or the unwinding process, the operation is simple and convenient, and the use is convenient.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
